Jasmine Adams graduated from University of Dallas. She became fascinated with fertility awareness and natural women’s health through conversations with other women, her own struggles with hormone imbalances, and a long journey of learning to appreciate the gift of her own body. She lives and works in Dallas, TX, where she enjoys reading, discovering new coffee shops, and constantly asking friends, “Where are you in your cycle?”
