Our Team

Gerard Migeon is President and CEO of Natural Womanhood, which he founded with his wife Anna in 2012. From 2009 until 2021, Gerard served in marketing and development for a non-profit children’s mental health center in Central Texas. There he contributed to helping families find help through awareness and education. Gerard left the center in July 2021 to focus on Natural Womanhood. Gerard’s background includes 30 years of branding, marketing management, healthcare and non-profit marketing as well as marketing research. A native of France, Gerard is a graduate of the French business school Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris. Besides his fluency in English and French, Gerard speaks German and basic Chinese.

Anna Migeon is a founder and board member for Natural Womanhood. Since its founding, Anna has served Natural Womanhood as writer, editor and grant writer. Anna earned her master’s degree in English from Illinois State University and is the author of The Happy Dinner Table: The Path to Healthy Harmonious Family Meals. Gerard and Anna have been married for 31 years and raised two children.

Grace Emily Stark, M.A., is the Editor-in-Chief and Public Relations manager at Natural Womanhood. Grace holds a M.A. in Bioethics & Health Policy from Loyola University Chicago and a B.S. in Healthcare Management & Policy from Georgetown University. She is an alumna of both the Paul Ramsey Institute Fellowship and the Robert Novak Journalism Fellowship, and together with her husband, is a certified Sympto-Thermal Method Teaching Couple for the Couple to Couple League. When she isn’t writing or cleaning up after her four small children, Grace loves to relax by baking and hosting barbecues with her husband.

Anne Marie Williams, RN, BSN, is Managing Editor at Natural Womanhood, and a wife and mom of five from Illinois. She has 10 years of nursing experience, with the bulk of that time spent working in an adult intensive care unit (ICU). She became a fertility awareness enthusiast in college after learning the Creighton Model to address hormonal issues, and is a passionate advocate of women’s health options that work with rather than against women’s bodies.

Silvia Coto is the Development Manager of Natural Womanhood. Born and raised in Costa Rica, Silvia is a computer science engineer who has 12 years of experience working in IT software development for Dole Fresh Fruit International. While raising five children, she worked in management and administration for two educational institutions, including fundraising money to build a new high school for girls in the endangered areas of San Jose. She served as the administrative director of an educational institution that specialized in hospitality services.

Jackie Aguilar is the Director of Education for Natural Womanhood. Jackie is a trained FertilityCare Practitioner instructing women and couples in the Creighton model, and a certified Sympto-thermal method instructor with the Couple to Couple League. Jackie also holds a degree in Marketing from Texas A&M University.  As a former Zumba instructor, she enjoys salsa dancing with her husband, with whom she has 5 children.

Lourdes Villanueva consults on digital marketing strategy for Natural Womanhood. She is the President and CEO of Wombat Accelerate Digital Marketing Agency, located in Mexico City. Lourdes served as the Latin American Director of the World Youth Alliance, a Social Media Consultant for the World Youth Alliance Foundation, and took on the role of Data Digital Strategy & Advertising for the FEMM Foundation, where she was instrumental in launching the FEMM App. Additionally, Lourdes was the Director of the Master in Government and Public Policy program at Universidad Panamericana’s Mexico City campus. She has earned a Master’s in Public Policy and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication. Beyond her roles in the digital marketing realm, Lourdes is a partner and co-owner of Saxum Media Marketing Agency, an Online Reputation Agency. Outside of her professional life, Lourdes is a health and wellness blogger with a specialization in Lupus and chronic illnesses. Erin Dewey is the Education Coordinator for Natural Womanhood. She recently graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Biomedical Sciences, with the goal of pursuing PA school. She led one of our first Cycle Mindfulness Clubs during the 2022-2023 school year, where she grew even more passionate about sharing information about authentic women’s health and fertility awareness. She aspires to become a women’s health PA to continue to develop her skills and play a role in healing women’s cycle dysfunctions. Erin currently lives in San Antonio, TX.

Isabelle Hobbs is the Administrative Assistant for Natural Womanhood. She recently graduated from Western Kentucky University with a degree in psychological sciences. Isabelle was a Cycle Mindfulness Club leader during the 2023-24 school year, and this experience only deepened her appreciation for holistic women’s health and love of truth. With the goal of becoming a Catholic counselor, she plans to pursue a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling! In her free time, she enjoys running half marathons, trying out new coffee shops, and spending time with her family.

Cassondra Moriarty, IBCLC, FAE, is co-host of the Natural Womanhood Podcast, a fertility awareness educator, and a lactation consultant based in the New York City metro area. She runs a private practice where she teaches women and couples about their menstrual cycles and provides support to postpartum families. Taryn Oesch DeLong is a wife and mother in North Carolina. After 10 years in nonprofit and editorial work, she left the workplace to be a stay-at-home mom and freelance editor and writer. She encourages women to live out their feminine genius as the managing editor of Catholic Women in Business and as a contributor to publications for women. Taryn enjoys curling up with a cup of Earl Grey and a good novel, playing the piano, and taking walks in the sunshine with her family. Kristen Curran is a wife and mother from Denver, Colorado. She holds a B.A. in biology from Benedictine College with a research focus in cancer biology. She is a content and copywriter for a number of small businesses but has a particular passion for fertility and all things women’s health. Most of Kristen’s time is spent chasing her two small children but in free moments she loves reading, visiting with friends, and swing dancing. Clare Sharp is a wife and mom from small town Ohio. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Wyoming Catholic College, where she also received extensive outdoor education in Wyoming’s wild mountain ranges. Experiential education, Socratic dialogue, and living naturally have been passions for her ever since, leading her both to teaching in classical schools for six years and now to writing for Natural Womanhood. Clare loves reading, perfecting her sourdough bread baking skills, playing piano, and being outside. She lives with her husband and two baby daughters in Steubenville, Ohio.  

Madison Ayers Madison holds a bachelors in Economics and Public Policy from Trinity University and lives in Texas with her husband and daughter. While in college, she was the editor of ISI’s Collegiate Network Publication of the Year, The Tower. After graduating, she worked as an elementary school teacher at a classical school before becoming a mother. Christina Bennett, MS, is a freelance health writer in Central Texas, and her stories have been published in various media outlets, including Kaiser Health News, The Washington Post, and NBC News online. She holds a B.S. in Biomedical Science and M.S. in Science and Technology Journalism from Texas A&M University. Wife and mother of a growing family, she enjoys the freedom that fertility-based awareness methods provide and hopes her writing informs women about how to navigate their health and fertility with dignity. During her spare time, Christina enjoys reading, baking, and writing.  

Melayna Alicea is a wife and mother of three boys. She works from home as a freelance writer, editor, and FEMM Fertility Care Practitioner. Melayna is passionate about helping women discover the beauty of their bodies and achieve holistic health. She also believes firmly in educating men about fertility awareness, so they can honor women’s bodies and be better partners. For Melayna, fertility awareness has become a way of life that allows her to show up as her best for her family on a daily basis, and she hopes that, through her writing, others are able to experience that same freedom
