We can provide you with the data about how natural family planning (NFP) strengthens intimacy. We can also tell you how it preserves and protects couples’ fertility, while still allowing them to avoid pregnancy, when desired. We can even share our NFP report with you, and describe all the ways the people we interviewed felt themselves become better spouses and parents through their practice of NFP.
But often, it’s through listening to the stories of real women and couples—told in their own words—that others can begin to see what using NFP would really look like for them. It’s our hope that if you’re considering natural family planning—or already using NFP, but struggling with it in some way—that these stories give you the confidence needed to pursue this radical, intentional way of life.
