Join our Cycle Mindfulness® Clubs Leadership Team

A unique community for young women to learn about and discuss
their fertility and cycle health in a safe context.

Why Cycle Mindfulness Clubs?

Because women deserve to feel confident and connected to their bodies.

Yet for so many college women, one of the most personal parts of life, understanding your menstrual cycle and fertility, feels confusing, isolating, or even taboo.

Too often, we’re left wondering: Is what I’m experiencing normal? Where can I find real answers? And when cycle health issues arise, many don’t know that authentic, holistic help even exists.

That’s why we created Cycle Mindfulness® Clubs—safe, welcoming communities on U.S. college campuses where women can come together, share openly, and learn practical, science-based insights about their cycles and fertility. Led by peers who care, these clubs are about more than education—they’re about empowerment, community, and reclaiming confidence in your own body.

Become a Cycle Mindfulness Club Leader…

…and Gain a Lifetime of Transformational Leadership Skills

Stepping into a Cycle Mindfulness Club leadership role is more than a campus opportunity to share your passion, it’s a powerful, résumé-worthy leadership training experience

As a Club Leader, you’ll develop real-world experience in:

  • Health education and healing
  • Small-group facilitation, listening, and coaching
  • Marketing and outreach
  • Fundraising and community engagement
  • Organization, planning, and program deployment

Your experience begins with a life-changing 3-day intensive workshop covering program planning, health education, ethics, community building and coaching, fundraising, and personal development. You will build meaningful, long-lasting connections with other passionate leaders and mentors. Afterward, you’ll receive monthly coaching to support your growth and success.

This is your chance to lead, make a meaningful impact, and gain real-world leadership experience that stands out everywhere your future takes you.

Who is behind the Cycle Mindfulness Club?

Cycle Mindfulness Clubs are a program of Natural Womanhood, a global nonprofit 501c3 and the publisher of the online Magazine of Fertility Awareness and Women’s Health.  Our mission is to help restore women’s confidence in their bodies and claim their natural fertility as beautiful powerful and healthy. Natural Womanhood is rooted in Catholic values and life-affirming principles that respect the dignity of every woman. Our programs themselves are not religious and accessible to people of all backgrounds. We’re committed to empower women to know and love their bodies through fertility awareness, body literacy, and authentic women’s health through evidence-based, scientifically accurate information and education.
