Clubs Leadership Team

A unique place for young women to learn about and discuss personal questions about their fertility and cycle health in a safe context.

Why we created Cycle Mindfulness® Clubs

CMC two girls

Female college students lack support in one of the most personal areas of their lives: good knowledge of, and health care for, their menstrual cycles and fertility.

Often, it is seen as taboo to discuss women’s menstrual cycles. Many women aren’t aware that authentic help for cycle health problems exists, or if their personal cycle experience is normal.

In response to this reality, we created Cycle Mindfulness® Clubs on select university campuses in the U.S., where young women can gather to learn about and discuss personal questions about their fertility and cycle health in a safe, peer-led context.

Cycle Mindfulness® is a Natural Womanhood program.

What we offer:

  • An authentic women’s community
  • A solid formation on FAM
  • A way to share your passion for FAM
  • A life-changing 3-day training workshop (all-expenses paid)
  • A unique leadership experience

What we ask:

  • Devote 35 hours per semester to the program (2-3 hours a week)
  • Attend the 3-day summer training workshop (June 7-9)
  • Use the Cycle Mindfulness process and tools to run your club
  • Attend monthly team support meetings (1 hour / month)
  • Use our simple tools to raise financial support (June10-July 30)

Erin, Club leader at Texas A&M University, talks about her experience.

An amazing training experience!

Here is what the 3-day training includes:

  • Eight education sessions on the science of Fertility Awareness
  • A presentation on women’s health by a NaPro Technology OBGYN
  • Workshop on how to lead a life-changing group
  • Workshop on the Feminine Genius and the meaning of Women’s Dignity
  • Workshop on spiritual self-care
  • The training will take place in TX on June 7,8 and 9 (arrive June 6)

Sessions will be led by a team of experts in each area and the Natural Womanhood team.
