Tiare, 32, is an engineer and the mother of three children. She is the founder of Cycle Naturel a French blog dedicated to demystifying the female menstrual cycle and to promoting fertility awareness based methods. Knowing the pill’s impact on a woman’s health and relationships, she and her husband chose instead to be trained in the sympto-thermal method.
