Monica is a certified FABM instructor with over a decade in Restorative Reproductive Medicine after another lifetime as a holistic health practitioner in a multi-cultural metropolis. She is inspired by mothers, particularly those who are powerful in their meekness and consistent, selfless giving. She writes for her friends and family who are ill and ill-informed, with no one to help them appreciate and work with the design of their bodies.
