Katie E. Vidmar, MTS, is the former Director of Programs for Natural Womanhood, and founder of The Body Literacy Project. A former health center executive director turned Body Literacy and Fertility Awareness educator, Katie holds a B.S. in Pre-Medicine/Liberal Arts from the University of North Dakota and a Master of Theological Studies in Biotechnology and Ethics from the Pontifical John Paul II Institute at the Catholic University of America.
Katie is also the creator of Elevate, a training designed to provide healthcare professionals with the tools they need to provide their patients a shallow-entry to Body Literacy, Cycle Tracking, Fertility Awareness, and root-cause approaches to menstrual health problems. She also developed Cycle Wise, an on-demand Body Literacy series on Bright Course, and co-authored Cycle Aware, a middle school Body Literacy curriculum. She lives in Bismarck, ND with her husband and family.
