Amylynn Smit is a passionate advocate for women's health, holding a Master's degree in Community Health Promotion and a Bachelor's degree in Exceptional Student Education. With over a decade of experience as a Natural Family Planning (NFP) teacher, Amylynn is dedicated to helping women and families understand and embrace the natural rhythms of the body. She is particularly focused on supporting mothers in teaching and empowering their daughters to understand their menstrual cycles, aiming for healthy ovulatory cycles from puberty through menopause. In addition to her work as an NFP educator, Amylynn enjoys reading, strength training, hiking, and spending time outdoors with her three energetic boys. She also cherishes long trail walks with her husband of 12 years. Together, they reside in Lynchburg, where Amylynn is the co-host of The NFP Podcast, sharing her knowledge and experience with a wider audience. Amylynn's commitment to promoting natural health practices and her genuine passion for empowering women and families are at the heart of her work and life.
