Cycle Mindfulness Clubs Application

  • Candidates will be notified by April 18, 2025 if they have been selected as a Cycle Mindfulness Leader for the Fall 2025 semester.

Requirements. If you select “No” to any of the questions below, you may NOT be eligible to be a CMC Leader. Please check with us before completing the application.

1. I am currently enrolled in a four-year university and will have completed two college years by August 15, 2025 (if you are going to grad school next year, please use other to specify)(Required)
2. I have at least one year remaining in my undergraduate collegiate education after August 15, 2025 (you will graduate from college in or after May 2026). If you're going to grad school check yes.(Required)
3. I have read and agree with the Cycle Mindfulness Club Guidelines (see Expectations and Requirements)(Required)
4. I am willing to establish a CMC on my campus if one does not already exist, setting a location and a fix time for meetings to insure maximum attendance(Required)
5. I am willing to devote 2 to 3 hours per week to organize and run the CMC meetings on my campus during at least 10 weeks of each semester (with the help of a co-leader at times)(Required)
6. I am willing to attend the all-expense-paid training hosted by Natural Womanhood at these dates: June 6-8 in Houston TX(Required)
7. I am willing to attend a monthly Leadership Team meeting and to talk with a member of the NW Education Team at least once per semester.(Required)
8. I am willing to maintain a 3.0 GPA.*(Required)
9. I am willing to provide attendance reports to weekly meetings(Required)
10. I understand that a completed application includes two completed recommendation forms filled out by non-family members.(Required)
11. I am willing to provide a short written evaluation at the end of the academic year to help improve the program(Required)
12. If selected as a CMC Leader, I understand that I will be required to sign the Natural Womanhood Volunteer Agreement at the end of the training, which spell out general guidelines for all volunteers, and specifies that as a CMC leader, I am informed of the curriculum and process used for the CMC meeting and committing to abide by its guidelines and structure.
