Cycle Mindfulness® Clubs

Forming connecté, gratuitet confident femmes

Qu'est-ce qu'un club Cycle Mindfulness® ?

Cycle Mindfulness® Clubs are peer-led campus communities where young women discover the truth, dignity, and science of their cycles, fertility, and womanhood. More than just a club, they are safe and empowering spaces where women can learn, share, and grow together.

Pourquoi avons-nous créé les clubs Cycle Mindfulness® ?

Too many young women go through life without truly understanding how their bodies work. Without this knowledge, decisions made today can affect health, lifespan, and future fertility. Stigma or silence around periods makes it even harder to talk about. Cycle Mindfulness® Clubs were created to change that. Every woman deserves to know the truth about her body in a supportive community of peers.

How Cycle Mindfulness® Clubs help young women thrive

Cycle Mindfulness® Clubs are interactive, peer-led circles where women can ask questions, share openly, and learn practical tools for understanding their cycles.

In each club, participants:

  • Learn to chart their cycles and recognize what’s healthy or abnormal
  • Discover how daily choices connect with cycle health and well-being
  • Break the stigma by talking freely in a supportive community
  • Build confidence and sisterhood through shared growth

As one participant put it: “Cycle Mindfulness gave me a community of women and a distinct space to discuss our cycles. I loved how open it was and knowing that my period affects every part of my life.”

The impact of Cycle Mindfulness® Clubs

The transformation is real.

  • At the beginning of the year, 15% of participants charted their cycles daily. By the end, that number grew to 64% daily, and another 30% weekly.
  • When asked, “How much peace and control do you feel about your cycle?”—positive responses jumped from 21% to 73% in one year.

And behind every number is a story:

  • “Oh goodness! I can’t say enough how much this club has changed my life… I have grown in knowledge and relationship with my body and with the beautiful women in the club.”
  • “It made me feel like I was finally being told the truth about my body and how to take care of it.”
  • “I can now live my life to the fullest as opposed to living my life based on my symptoms.”

Quels sont les établissements d'enseignement supérieur qui disposent d'un club Cycle Mindfulness® ?

For the Cycle Mindfulness® Clubs’ pilot year (2022-2023), we started with three clubs. In the summer of 2025 we trained 29 new leaders who are starting clubs all over the US, in Uganda and Nigeria this fall.
