En fait, ils m'ont enseign\u00e9. Elle avait 30 ans et lui \u00e0 peine 26. Un jeune couple s\u00e9duisant, professionnel, pr\u00eat \u00e0 se marier dans cinq mois, avec un bel avenir devant eux.<\/p>\n<p>Ce n'\u00e9tait pas toujours le cas. Elle tournait la page sur un pass\u00e9 color\u00e9 et rayonnait maintenant \u00e0 l'id\u00e9e de devenir la fianc\u00e9e d'un jeune homme exceptionnel.<\/p>\n<p>J'ai admir\u00e9 sa franchise et son honn\u00eatet\u00e9 \u00e0 propos de son histoire, ainsi que sa d\u00e9termination \u00e0 faire de meilleurs choix. Elle avait utilis\u00e9 la pilule et savait par exp\u00e9rience qu'elle n'\u00e9tait pas bonne pour elle. Elle ne voulait plus compromettre sa sant\u00e9 au nom d'un plaisir \u00e9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re. Elle s'est engag\u00e9e. Maintenant, tout en apprenant \u00e0 \u00eatre une femme naturelle, sans barri\u00e8res ni hormones synth\u00e9tiques, elle se pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 devenir une \u00e9pouse et, si tout se passe bien, une m\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Qu'est-ce qui a fait que cette femme est pass\u00e9e d'une femme avec des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 \u00e0 une femme avec des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 ? <a href=\"http:\/\/www.sciencealert.com\/the-pill-can-change-the-shape-of-your-brain-new-study-suggests\">des hormones artificielles qui transforment son cerveau<\/a>\u00a0et le corps \u00e0 une femme qui traite activement la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marksdailyapple.com\/the-pill-what-you-need-to-know-about-oral-contraception\/#axzz3aETgsdub\">l'inflammation caus\u00e9e par la pilule<\/a>\u00a0et de contr\u00f4ler son potentiel reproductif ?<\/p>\n<p>Vous pourriez \u00eatre tent\u00e9 de dire : \"Oh, elle a 30 ans, elle sent le temps passer\". Mais en apprenant \u00e0 conna\u00eetre ce couple, je doute fort que ce soit la seule raison.<\/p>\n<p>Ce jeune homme \u00e9tait l'\u00e9tudiant le plus enthousiaste que j'aie eu jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent. Au cours de la s\u00e9ance d'introduction, il a pos\u00e9 de nombreuses questions, les questions analytiques d'un esprit qui envisage ce que cette prise de conscience de la fertilit\u00e9 signifierait pour son avenir, celui de sa femme et de sa future famille. Il a pr\u00eat\u00e9 attention \u00e0 la science et aux d\u00e9finitions des marqueurs de la fertilit\u00e9 f\u00e9minine. Lors de notre premier suivi, il a m\u00eame montr\u00e9 une meilleure compr\u00e9hension des phases sp\u00e9cifiques du cycle menstruel que sa fianc\u00e9e. Il connaissait ses affaires, ou plut\u00f4t celles de sa partenaire.<\/p>\n<p>Combien d'hommes connaissez-vous qui se soucient r\u00e9ellement de ce qui se passe dans le corps d'une femme chaque mois ? Pour l'anecdote, le jour de la f\u00eate des m\u00e8res, j'ai surpris un p\u00e8re et son fils adolescent en train de plaisanter en essayant de choisir un paquet de serviettes hygi\u00e9niques. Il s'agissait manifestement d'une course amusante \u00e0 laquelle les avait envoy\u00e9s leur m\u00e8re, mais cela illustre l'attitude commune que les hommes, et les hommes en devenir, peuvent avoir \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard des \"affaires de femmes\".  Oy...<\/p>\n<p>Les vrais hommes savent et respectent ce que signifie \u00eatre une femme. En respectant leurs partenaires f\u00e9minines, leurs amies et les membres de leur famille, ils prot\u00e8gent la dignit\u00e9 des femmes, en disant \"oui, soyez ce qui est r\u00e9el. Soyez vous, soyez vraiment femme, au lieu de le cacher avec des drogues\". Il faut \u00eatre un homme viril pour montrer ce genre de respect.<\/p>\n<p>Revenons \u00e0 cet homme engag\u00e9. C'\u00e9tait un homme \"viril\". Il aimait les gadgets et la musculation. Beaucoup de testost\u00e9rone. Et il \u00e9tait enthousiaste \u00e0 l'id\u00e9e de participer \u00e0 l'aspect naturel et procr\u00e9atif de son futur mariage. Oui, bien s\u00fbr, il attendait avec impatience la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/de-lenregistrement-des-conversations-sur-loreiller-et-des-lunes-de-miel\/\">lune de miel<\/a>Mais en ce moment, il \u00e9tait pr\u00eat \u00e0 apprendre la m\u00e9thode de l'ovulation et ce qu'elle signifiait pour eux. Il savait sans l'ombre d'un doute que sa future femme et lui jouiraient d'une relation sexuelle plus intense, car ils sauraient comment retarder une grossesse sans compromettre le corps de l'int\u00e9ress\u00e9e<em>. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cet homme \u00e9tait aux commandes de son futur mariage et de sa future famille. Je pense qu'en m'\u00e9coutant parler des d\u00e9tails de la planification des cycles, il savait que ce choix signifiait que lui et sa future \u00e9pouse auraient le contr\u00f4le total du moment o\u00f9 ils deviendraient parents, et ce pour le reste de leur vie.<\/p>\n<p>Si cet homme avait \u00e9t\u00e9 moins d\u00e9sireux d'aller <em>au naturel<\/em> avec le contr\u00f4le de leur fertilit\u00e9, pensez-vous que sa fianc\u00e9e serait aussi proactive dans la recherche d'un traitement pour les dommages que la pilule a caus\u00e9s \u00e0 son corps et dans la r\u00e9forme de son mode de vie ?<\/p>\n<p>Les gens aiment \u00e0 dire que derri\u00e8re chaque grand homme se cache une grande femme. J'aime \u00e0 penser que derri\u00e8re chaque femme naturelle, il y a un homme naturel. Bien s\u00fbr, les hommes ne sont pas la proie d'hormones qui les rendent moins naturels. Les hommes naturels soutiennent et prot\u00e8gent tranquillement leurs femmes afin qu'elles puissent \u00eatre libres d'\u00eatre la version la plus authentique d'elles-m\u00eames. Ils observent, comprennent et acceptent les changements que nous subissons au cours de nos cycles. C'est ainsi que les hommes virils aiment.<\/p>\n<p>Merci \u00e0 ce couple de m'avoir appris \u00e0 croire que les hommes peuvent aussi s'int\u00e9resser \u00e0 la connaissance de la fertilit\u00e9. Dans un monde parfait, tous les maris et futurs maris assisteraient \u00e0 des s\u00e9ances de sensibilisation \u00e0 la fertilit\u00e9 avec leurs \u00e9pouses et les soutiendraient dans l'apprentissage du fonctionnement de leur corps.
