Pour ceux qui le peuvent, les entreprises travaillent \u00e0 distance. Les restaurants et les bars ont ferm\u00e9 leurs portes ou ont consid\u00e9rablement limit\u00e9 leurs services. Pourtant, il existe des moyens de privil\u00e9gier le calme et le bien-\u00eatre pendant cette pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"stay-in-touch-with-your-fam-instructor-digitally\"><b>Restez en contact avec votre instructeur FAM par voie num\u00e9rique<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour beaucoup, notre vie quotidienne a \u00e9t\u00e9 brusquement interrompue par cette \u00e9pid\u00e9mie. Au milieu de tout cela, pour les utilisateurs de FAM, il est important de garder ses habitudes en mati\u00e8re de dossiers, de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir de mani\u00e8re critique \u00e0 ses intentions en mati\u00e8re de planification familiale et, si l'on a besoin de soins de la part de son instructeur ou de son m\u00e9decin, d'utiliser la t\u00e9l\u00e9sant\u00e9. De nombreux praticiens sont plus qu'heureux d'offrir cette option. Si vous \u00eates en train d'apprendre une m\u00e9thode bas\u00e9e sur la connaissance de la fertilit\u00e9, cela vaut la peine de poursuivre vos cours (de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence en ligne). Ne laissez pas tomber sous l'effet de la panique.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"keep-up-with-your-charting\"><b>Restez \u00e0 jour avec vos graphiques\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Parlez \u00e0 votre partenaire de la planification familiale. N'oubliez pas que cette pand\u00e9mie ne durera pas \u00e9ternellement (nous l'esp\u00e9rons), et qu'il vaut donc la peine de faire ce que vous pouvez maintenant pour que tout le monde soit en meilleure sant\u00e9 \u00e0 long terme. Si vous pouvez inclure l'exercice, le soleil et le rire dans vos habitudes, c'est encore mieux. Nous nous \u00e9panouissons au sein d'une communaut\u00e9, alors pensez \u00e0 appeler un ami, \u00e0 prendre de ses nouvelles et \u00e0 lui proposer une \"sortie virtuelle\". La n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 est la m\u00e8re de l'invention, n'est-ce pas ? Si vous avez un jardin ou si vous pouvez vous promener dans votre quartier sans \u00eatre encombr\u00e9, que pouvez-vous d\u00e9couvrir ? Quelles sont les fleurs qui s'\u00e9panouissent ? Quels types d'arbres avez-vous ? J'ai d\u00e9couvert que j'ai deux \u00e9rables rouges juste devant la fen\u00eatre de mon salon qui bourgeonnent en ce moment. Si Netflix et Hulu peuvent nous divertir pendant des heures, quelles autres activit\u00e9s pouvons-nous proposer ? Des jeux de cartes ? Des jeux de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ? Des activit\u00e9s dans la cuisine ? Alors que de nombreuses biblioth\u00e8ques publiques sont ferm\u00e9es, saviez-vous que si vous avez une carte de biblioth\u00e8que, vous pouvez acc\u00e9der gratuitement \u00e0 des livres \u00e9lectroniques sur <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.overdrive.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Surmultipli\u00e9e<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">? Cela pourrait \u00eatre l'occasion de changer l'id\u00e9e que nous nous faisons de notre temps.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nous nous en sortirons ensemble, mon ami ! Pour l'instant, notre seule t\u00e2che est de rester en bonne sant\u00e9 - mentalement, physiquement et \u00e9motionnellement.
