Comment faire face \u00e0 vos craintes concernant l'utilisation d'un GPA ?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les m\u00e9thodes de connaissance de la fertilit\u00e9 (FAM) sont souvent d\u00e9crites comme un moyen de suivre sa fertilit\u00e9 et sa sant\u00e9 reproductive. Mais pour certains, apprendre \u00e0 utiliser la m\u00e9thode choisie et \u00e0 consigner ses observations peut sembler insurmontable et faire na\u00eetre la crainte de commettre une erreur qui changerait leur vie. S'il est tout \u00e0 fait normal d'avoir des craintes li\u00e9es \u00e0 l'enregistrement de vos observations et au suivi de votre fertilit\u00e9, ces craintes ne doivent pas vous emp\u00eacher de profiter des avantages de la planification familiale naturelle.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En tant que psychoth\u00e9rapeute, je peux vous proposer quelques strat\u00e9gies simples qui vous permettront d'affronter avec succ\u00e8s vos craintes concernant l'utilisation d'une m\u00e9thode de f\u00e9condation assist\u00e9e et de les transformer en une occasion de vous responsabiliser.  La peur ne doit pas vous emp\u00eacher d'apprendre une m\u00e9thode de connaissance de la fertilit\u00e9 !<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"write-out-your-fears\"><b>Exprimez vos craintes par \u00e9crit<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s utile de dresser une liste et d'\u00e9crire toutes les craintes que vous avez \u00e0 propos de l'utilisation d'un FAM. C'est une strat\u00e9gie que je recommande \u00e0 mes clients lorsqu'ils se retrouvent coinc\u00e9s dans la \"roue du hamster de l'inqui\u00e9tude\", o\u00f9 ils se contentent de <a href=\"https:\/\/medium.com\/better-humans\/this-simple-strategy-will-decrease-your-anxiety-and-fears-6d696b1c3165\">recycler les m\u00eames soucis<\/a> encore et encore dans votre esprit. Par exemple, vous pourriez vous retrouver en train d'\u00e9num\u00e9rer vos craintes d'utiliser un FAM alors que vous faites la queue au caf\u00e9 ou que vous pliez du linge. Lorsque vous laissez vos inqui\u00e9tudes tourner en boucle, vous alimentez la peur et en augmentez l'intensit\u00e9.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La bonne nouvelle, c'est qu'il est possible de sortir de la roue du hamster et de l'orni\u00e8re de la peur ! Il y a quelque chose dans le fait d'\u00e9crire ses peurs qui aide \u00e0 arr\u00eater la boucle sans fin des inqui\u00e9tudes, et qui aide \u00e0 se donner les moyens de faire face \u00e0 ces peurs. Et c'est vraiment aussi simple que cela en a l'air : Faites une liste de toutes vos peurs, aussi petites ou insignifiantes qu'elles puissent para\u00eetre. S'il s'agit d'une chose qui vous emp\u00eache d'apprendre un GPA ou d'\u00e9tablir un graphique, cela vaut la peine de l'\u00e9crire.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"problem-solve\"><b>R\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une fois que vous avez not\u00e9 vos craintes, examinez-les une par une et essayez d'identifier une ressource ou un expert qui vous aidera \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette crainte. Par exemple, si l'une de vos craintes est de ne pas \u00eatre en mesure d'interpr\u00e9ter avec confiance les signes de fertilit\u00e9, ce qui rendrait votre GPA moins efficace dans la pr\u00e9vention de la grossesse, une solution potentielle serait de contacter une <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/apprendre\/commencer\/#choose-class\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instructeur FAM<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Vous aurez ainsi quelqu'un avec qui vous pourrez travailler en \u00e9troite collaboration, surtout au d\u00e9but, pour vous aider \u00e0 vous sentir plus confiant et plus \u00e0 l'aise avec la tenue des dossiers. Par ailleurs, si vous craignez de ne pas vous souvenir d'entrer vos donn\u00e9es chaque jour, une solution consisterait \u00e0 programmer des rappels sur votre t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ou \u00e0 utiliser la fonction de rappel de l'application que vous utilisez. Quelle que soit votre crainte, il existe tr\u00e8s probablement une ressource ou un expert qui peut vous aider \u00e0 la surmonter.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utile de rappeler que les m\u00e9thodes modernes fond\u00e9es sur la prise de conscience de la fertilit\u00e9 ont des taux d'efficacit\u00e9 prouv\u00e9s, dont un grand nombre sont des m\u00e9thodes d'aide \u00e0 la procr\u00e9ation. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/guide-sur-lefficacite-des-methodes-fondees-sur-la-connaissance-de-la-fecondite-le-planning-familial-naturel-est-il-efficace\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">les taux d'efficacit\u00e9 typiques se situent entre 90 et 98<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dans la pr\u00e9vention de la grossesse, comparables \u00e0 ceux de la pilule. La cl\u00e9 pour atteindre ces <a href=\"https:\/\/ccli.org\/2019\/05\/finally-cdcs-fabm-numbers-change\/\">taux d'efficacit\u00e9<\/a>Vous \u00eates form\u00e9 par un FAM, ce qui renforce votre confiance et dissipe vos craintes \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard de l'utilisation d'un FAM. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/apprendre\/commencer\/#choose-class\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">instructeur FAM certifi\u00e9<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> pour vous assurer que vous suivez bien les r\u00e8gles de la m\u00e9thode et que vous restez en contact avec votre instructeur lorsque vous avez des questions.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"communicate-with-your-partner\"><b>Communiquer avec votre partenaire<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Certaines femmes s'inqui\u00e8tent de ce que leur partenaire pensera du changement de mode de vie qu'entra\u00eene la prise de conscience de la fertilit\u00e9. Si vous craignez que votre partenaire ne soit pas d'accord, lisez ce qui suit <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/etre-en-desaccord-avec-son-conjoint-sur-la-planification-familiale-naturelle\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">conseils pour les cas o\u00f9 votre mari n'est pas d'accord avec la PFN<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> ou pr\u00e9parer des <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/reponses-rapides-pfn-sensibilisation-a-la-fertilite-doutes-fam-fabm-05192018\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">R\u00e9ponses rapides aux sceptiques de la PFN<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Vous pouvez \u00eatre tent\u00e9 de garder vos craintes pour vous au lieu de les partager avec votre partenaire. Mais cela se retourne souvent contre nous et ne fait qu'aggraver nos craintes, car nous nous sentons seuls face \u00e0 notre peur. Le fait de communiquer vos craintes \u00e0 votre partenaire peut non seulement vous aider \u00e0 vous sentir moins isol\u00e9, mais aussi vous permettre de r\u00e9pondre efficacement \u00e0 ces pr\u00e9occupations en tant qu'\u00e9quipe.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En partageant vos craintes avec votre moiti\u00e9, vous pouvez vous soutenir mutuellement et, selon toute probabilit\u00e9, vous rapprocher tout au long du processus. C'est un atout suppl\u00e9mentaire !<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"surround-yourself-with-support\"><b>S'entourer de soutiens<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enfin, n'oubliez pas que vous n'\u00eates probablement pas la seule \u00e0 \u00e9prouver des craintes. L'apprentissage d'une m\u00e9thode bas\u00e9e sur la connaissance de la fertilit\u00e9 et la confiance dans l'\u00e9tablissement d'un diagramme peuvent sembler insurmontables, surtout au d\u00e9but pour de nombreuses personnes. N'h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 demander du soutien \u00e0 des amis de confiance. Il existe de nombreuses communaut\u00e9s, tant en ligne qu'en personne, qui peuvent vous apporter leur soutien dans l'apprentissage d'une m\u00e9thode de prise de conscience de la fertilit\u00e9. Le simple fait de savoir que vous pouvez poser vos questions et exprimer vos craintes dans un environnement s\u00fbr et favorable att\u00e9nue consid\u00e9rablement certaines des craintes que vous pouvez \u00e9prouver.
