Se sentir \"\u00e0 plat\" et \"ne pas \u00eatre soi-m\u00eame\" peut avoir un impact sur vos habitudes de prise de d\u00e9cision, vos interactions avec les autres et votre exp\u00e9rience globale de la vie.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Il s'agit donc d'une question de soins personnels.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Prendre soin de soi de mani\u00e8re authentique ne consiste pas tant \u00e0 se faire plaisir qu'\u00e0 \u00eatre \u00e0 l'\u00e9coute de ce dont on a besoin pour se sentir le plus authentique possible \u00e0 chaque instant et \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces besoins. Prendre soin de soi, c'est apprendre \u00e0 \u00e9couter ses besoins physiques, \u00e9motionnels, mentaux, relationnels et spirituels. Pour certains, cela signifie r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des pr\u00e9occupations de sant\u00e9 (comme l'exercice, la nutrition, le sommeil), tandis que pour d'autres, cela peut signifier r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des pr\u00e9occupations relationnelles (comme l'apprentissage d'une communication saine ou de comp\u00e9tences en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9finition des limites).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Par exemple, un manque de sommeil se traduit g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le lendemain par un sentiment d'irritabilit\u00e9, des difficult\u00e9s de concentration, un manque d'\u00e9nergie et des oublis.
