Nous pensons aussi souvent que la connaissance et le suivi de la fertilit\u00e9 sont un moyen d'\u00e9viter une grossesse, mais c'est bien plus que cela. J'ai donc \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9\u00e7ue lorsque j'ai&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/herviewfromhome.com\/welcome-to-periods-in-your-30s-and-40s\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/herviewfromhome.com\/welcome-to-periods-in-your-30s-and-40s\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1554643551946000&amp;usg=AFQjCNG2ZxLw64nAQOQHDOaglxa4Ry5Mug\">lire un article r\u00e9cent<\/a>&nbsp;sugg\u00e9rant que la p\u00e9rim\u00e9nopause (c'est-\u00e0-dire la phase qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de la m\u00e9nopause) \u00e9tait une chose que les femmes devaient redouter et \u00e0 laquelle elles n'avaient aucun espoir de donner un sens.<\/p>\n<p>Il n'y a pas longtemps, je discutais avec une amie qui venait de lire un livre sur les m\u00e9thodes bas\u00e9es sur la connaissance de la fertilit\u00e9 (FABM). Elle \u00e9tait stup\u00e9faite de ce qu'elle apprenait sur le fonctionnement de son corps et franchement contrari\u00e9e par le peu de connaissances qu'elle avait avant de trouver le livre. Nous avons compati et nous nous sommes retrouv\u00e9s \u00e0 secouer la t\u00eate. Pourquoi personne ne nous avait parl\u00e9 des hormones, de l'ovulation et des diff\u00e9rentes phases de nos cycles avant que nous n'ayons besoin d'utiliser ces informations ?<\/p>\n<p>J'ai appris que, si l'on comprend les biomarqueurs observables et la fa\u00e7on de les interpr\u00e9ter, il n'y a pas lieu de craindre cette \u00e9tape de transition.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"fabms-are-effective-at-all-stages-of-your-reproductive-years\">Les FABM sont efficaces \u00e0 tous les stades de la vie reproductive<\/h2>\n<p>Pour commencer, Lisa Lomneth, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fertilitycare.org\/\">Soins de fertilit\u00e9<\/a> Praticien stagiaire (FCPI), affirme que les FABM peuvent \u00eatre formidables pour les femmes entrant en p\u00e9rim\u00e9nopause car \"ils travaillent avec des personnes dans tous les domaines de la fertilit\u00e9. . . . J'encouragerais vivement quelqu'un \u00e0 commencer \u00e0 \u00e9tablir un diagramme s'il en fait l'exp\u00e9rience\".<\/p>\n<p>Elizabeth Mason, instructrice de la <a href=\"http:\/\/www.billings.life\/en\">M\u00e9thode d'ovulation Billings<\/a>Le professeur de m\u00e9decine de l'Universit\u00e9 d'Ottawa est d'accord avec cette affirmation et affirme que les femmes \"peuvent tout \u00e0 fait apprendre cette m\u00e9thode \u00e0 n'importe quel moment de leur parcours reproductif. Une fois qu'on vous a appris \u00e0 \u00e9tablir un diagramme\", dit-elle, \"vous pouvez commencer \u00e0 observer et \u00e0 \u00e9tablir un diagramme imm\u00e9diatement et, avec l'aide d'un instructeur, apprendre \u00e0 lire et \u00e0 interpr\u00e9ter votre diagramme\".<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"expect-a-change-in-the-pattern\">S'attendre \u00e0 un changement de mod\u00e8le<\/h2>\n<p>Mason explique qu'il existe quelques sch\u00e9mas typiques d'\u00e9volution de la fertilit\u00e9. Dans certains cas, les r\u00e8gles s'arr\u00eatent sans pr\u00e9venir et ne recommencent tout simplement pas. Techniquement parlant, il s'agit de la m\u00e9nopause, d\u00e9finie comme douze mois cons\u00e9cutifs sans r\u00e8gles. Mais toutes les femmes ne connaissent pas une transition aussi brutale. L'\u00e9tape interm\u00e9diaire est la fameuse \"p\u00e9rim\u00e9nopause\" qui peut \u00eatre <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/graphique-perimenopause-methodes-de-sensibilisation-a-la-fertilite-signes-deroutants-cycle-changements-hormonaux\/\">difficile \u00e0 d\u00e9chiffrer<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, explique Mason, le d\u00e9clin de la fertilit\u00e9 se produit progressivement, au fur et \u00e0 mesure que les fonctions de l'ovaire et du col de l'ut\u00e9rus se modifient. \u00c0 ce stade, la plupart des ovules disponibles sont arriv\u00e9s \u00e0 maturit\u00e9 et ont quitt\u00e9 les ovaires, mais la muqueuse ut\u00e9rine peut continuer \u00e0 s'accumuler et \u00e0 se d\u00e9tacher. Les cycles peuvent devenir extr\u00eamement irr\u00e9guliers : ils peuvent \u00eatre aussi courts que 17 jours ou aussi longs que 6 mois. Les menstruations peuvent commencer et s'arr\u00eater. Une femme peut continuer \u00e0 avoir des r\u00e8gles pendant des mois ou des ann\u00e9es, m\u00eame si elle n'est pas fertile.<\/p>\n<p>L'activit\u00e9 continue de l'endom\u00e8tre signifie qu'il est possible d'avoir des r\u00e8gles, m\u00eame en l'absence d'ovulation. Il est \u00e9galement possible d'ovuler sans qu'il y ait de glaire fertile. \"Les cycles se d\u00e9r\u00e8glent pendant la p\u00e9rim\u00e9nopause en raison de la modification des niveaux d'hormones\", explique Mme Mason. \"Le suivi des changements de temp\u00e9rature et l'utilisation \u00e9ventuelle d'un <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/trois-nouvelles-technologies-pour-revolutionner-la-periode-post-partum-03202019\/\">kit de pr\u00e9diction de l'ovulation<\/a> serait le meilleur moyen de suivre l'ovulation. Elle n'est pas toujours \u00e9vidente, ce qui peut \u00eatre frustrant\".<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"shift-your-mindset\">Changez d'\u00e9tat d'esprit<\/h2>\n<p>Selon Mme Mason, l'\u00e9tablissement de graphiques pendant la p\u00e9rim\u00e9nopause n\u00e9cessite un changement d'\u00e9tat d'esprit : au lieu de rechercher la fertilit\u00e9, vous apprenez maintenant \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre l'infertilit\u00e9. Il ne faut pas s'inqui\u00e9ter si le sch\u00e9ma d'un cycle fertile n'existe plus. Les organes reproducteurs ne suivent pas n\u00e9cessairement un d\u00e9clin lin\u00e9aire de leur fonctionnalit\u00e9. Il est possible de ne plus produire de glaire fertile, mais de continuer \u00e0 ovuler et \u00e0 avoir des r\u00e8gles. Si l'ovulation est moins fr\u00e9quente, le risque de saignement entre les r\u00e8gles est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Mais m\u00eame si une femme ovule encore, il est important de se rappeler que la glaire fertile reste essentielle pour que les spermatozo\u00efdes conservent leur potentiel de f\u00e9condation. En termes simples, m\u00eame si vous ovulez, si vous n'avez pas de glaire fertile, les spermatozo\u00efdes ne peuvent pas atteindre l'ovule. En l'absence de glaire fertile, une femme est infertile.<\/p>\n<p>Une formation <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/apprendre\/commencer\/\">instructeur de sensibilisation \u00e0 la fertilit\u00e9<\/a> peut aider une femme \u00e0 apprendre \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre les caract\u00e9ristiques de son propre sch\u00e9ma d'infertilit\u00e9 et \u00e0 interpr\u00e9ter une p\u00e9riode de fertilit\u00e9 potentielle, si la glaire fertile r\u00e9appara\u00eet. Il n'y a pas de garantie d'un sch\u00e9ma particulier en p\u00e9rim\u00e9nopause, dit Mason, mais le fait de reconna\u00eetre son propre sch\u00e9ma individuel peut renforcer le sentiment de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d'une femme quant \u00e0 la possibilit\u00e9 d'obtenir ou d'\u00e9viter une grossesse.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"perimenopause-doesnt-have-to-be-dismal\">La p\u00e9rim\u00e9nopause n'a pas \u00e0 \u00eatre d\u00e9sastreuse<\/h2>\n<p>Les m\u00e9thodes fond\u00e9es sur la connaissance de la fertilit\u00e9 ne peuvent pas pr\u00e9dire ce que votre corps va faire ensuite, mais elles peuvent vous aider \u00e0 comprendre ce qui se passe en ce moment. \u00c0 tous les stades de votre parcours reproductif, l'interpr\u00e9tation des signes que vous donne votre corps peut vous aider \u00e0 trouver une certaine tranquillit\u00e9 d'esprit et \u00e0 identifier et g\u00e9rer d'autres probl\u00e8mes de fertilit\u00e9. <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/fecondite-cycle-planification-familiale-naturelle-pfn-fabm-fausse-couche-progesterone\/\">conditions de sant\u00e9<\/a>comme le diab\u00e8te de type 1.<\/p>\n<p>Notre corps est compliqu\u00e9, mais pas ind\u00e9chiffrable.
