Cela a commenc\u00e9 par quelques rides et quelques cheveux gris, ce qui n'est pas bien grave. La cr\u00e8me antirides et une visite au salon de coiffure ont suffi. Mais lorsque les douleurs musculaires et articulaires sont apparues, il est devenu plus difficile d'ignorer ces \u201cnuisances\u201d. Il \u00e9tait temps d'affronter la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 : mon corps vieillissait de partout. C'est pourquoi j'ai \u00e9t\u00e9 ravie d'examiner <a href=\"https:\/\/theunbreakablebook.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Incassable<\/em><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9crit par un chirurgien orthop\u00e9dique, j'esp\u00e9rais, apr\u00e8s l'avoir lu, mieux comprendre ce qui causait mes douleurs corporelles et comment y rem\u00e9dier. En tant que personne souffrant d'arthrose, j'avais l'impression que ce livre pourrait m'aider \u00e0 mieux identifier la cause profonde de ma douleur. C'est d\u00e9cevant, d'autant plus que l'auteur fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 sa propre exp\u00e9rience du vieillissement plus t\u00f4t dans le livre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le programme d'exercices, bien que complet, manque d'indications visuelles. Les lecteurs doivent se rendre sur un site web pour voir les d\u00e9monstrations, ce qui ajoute une \u00e9tape suppl\u00e9mentaire. En outre, l'\u00e9quipement requis peut rendre le programme moins accessible \u00e0 ceux qui n'ont pas de salle de sport \u00e0 domicile ou d'abonnement \u00e0 une salle de sport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La section sur la gestion de la douleur et le traitement des blessures m'a \u00e9galement sembl\u00e9 limit\u00e9e. Elle se concentre sur quelques pathologies, telles que l'arthrose, l'\u00e9paule gel\u00e9e et les l\u00e9sions de la coiffe des rotateurs, mais n'aborde pas de mani\u00e8re plus large d'autres probl\u00e8mes courants, la kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapie ou les strat\u00e9gies de r\u00e9tablissement.
