Si vous l'avez manqu\u00e9, nous avons r\u00e9cemment mis en lumi\u00e8re certaines des <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/2025-articles-sur-la-sante-feminine-ont-suscite-le-plus-dinteret-chez-nos-abonnes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">articles les plus lus<\/a>ainsi que <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/meilleurs-articles-sur-la-sante-des-femmes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">les favoris du personnel<\/a> et le <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/nouveaux-posts-instagram-les-plus-populaires-de-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Les articles les plus populaires sur nos m\u00e9dias sociaux<\/a>. \u00c0 l'aube de l'ann\u00e9e 2026, nous sommes nombreux \u00e0 nous pr\u00e9occuper de la sant\u00e9 des femmes. Peut-\u00eatre avez-vous des objectifs personnels en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 ou souhaitez-vous simplement \u00eatre mieux inform\u00e9e cette ann\u00e9e. Nous avons ce qu'il vous faut. Toutes sont convaincues qu'il faut donner aux femmes les faits, fond\u00e9s sur des \u00e9tudes scientifiques, concernant la sant\u00e9 des femmes, afin qu'elles puissent prendre les meilleures d\u00e9cisions pour leur propre sant\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/auteur\/jadams\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Jasmine Piescik<\/a> souhaite que davantage de personnes aient une vision globale de la sant\u00e9 des femmes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-plain is-style-cnvs-paragraph-callout wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cJ'aimerais que les femmes parlent davantage du fait que notre fertilit\u00e9 est int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 notre sant\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et qu'elle est influenc\u00e9e par la plupart des choses que nous faisons et mettons dans notre corps. Je pense que Natural Womanhood pr\u00eache cela depuis longtemps, mais tout le drame autour de la f\u00e9condit\u00e9 est une question de sant\u00e9 publique. <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/tylenol-pendant-la-grossesse-liens-sur-lautisme-et-le-trouble-deficitaire-de-lattention\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tylenol<\/a> et l'action concert\u00e9e des <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/maha-natural-family-planning\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">les efforts visant \u00e0 diffamer le MRR\/PNF dans les m\u00e9dias<\/a> m'ont r\u00e9cemment fait prendre conscience de cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-plain is-style-cnvs-paragraph-callout wp-block-paragraph\">\u201c<strong>La sant\u00e9 de la fertilit\u00e9 n'est pas une question ind\u00e9pendante et ne doit pas \u00eatre prise en compte apr\u00e8s coup. <\/strong>Les m\u00e9dicaments ne sont qu'un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de tout cela, mais tant de gens sont soumis \u00e0 des prescriptions \u00e0 long terme ou croient que les m\u00e9dicaments en vente libre n'ont aucun effet sur leurs hormones et leur fertilit\u00e9\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En parlant d'une meilleure prise en compte de notre sant\u00e9, <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/auteur\/rvalderrama\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rebekah Valderrama<\/a> aimerait que davantage de femmes \u201cpr\u00eatent attention \u00e0 l'impact de leur cycle sur leur sant\u00e9 mentale\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-cnvs-paragraph-callout wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cJ'ai vu beaucoup de contenu sur les \u2018m\u00e8res de type C\u2019 et je l'ai m\u00eame entendu en direct de la part de mes amis et dans mon propre discours : Parfois, je suis au top, mais je n'arrive jamais \u00e0 le rester ! Je dois \u00eatre une mauvaise m\u00e8re\u2018. D\u00e8s que vous r\u00e9alisez...<strong>ce n'est pas ton amour-propre, parfois c'est juste tes hormones qui parlent<\/strong>; Vous serez capable de vous pardonner et peut-\u00eatre m\u00eame de planifier \u00e0 l'avance la semaine o\u00f9 vous aurez de l'\u00e9nergie \u00e0 revendre\u201d.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/auteur\/jduncan\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Johanna Duncan<\/a> convient de l'importance de la synchronisation des cycles et de tout ce qu'il y a \u00e0 apprendre et \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-cnvs-paragraph-callout wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cJ'ai vu des articles sur <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/?s=cycle+syncing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">synchronisation des cycles<\/a> sur le site Natural Womanhood et je pense que nous pourrions en faire encore plus, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 qu'il y a beaucoup de choses sur ce sujet et qu'il semble faire l'objet d'un bourdonnement. J'ai \u00e9t\u00e9 stup\u00e9faite de voir \u00e0 quel point la consultation d'un kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapeute et la pratique d'exercices et d'\u00e9tirements \u00e0 la maison m'ont permis de soulager mes douleurs menstruelles et celles li\u00e9es \u00e0 la grossesse, l'ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, dans ma propre vie !\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/auteur\/amwilliams\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Anne Marie Williams<\/a> nous rappelle qu'en mati\u00e8re de fertilit\u00e9 et de sant\u00e9 des b\u00e9b\u00e9s, il ne faut pas oublier que les enfants sont des \u00eatres humains. <strong>sant\u00e9 des hommes <\/strong>\u00e9galement des questions d'actualit\u00e9 :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-cnvs-paragraph-callout wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLe sujet auquel j'aimerais que davantage de femmes pr\u00eatent attention en 2026 est la sant\u00e9 pr\u00e9conceptionnelle de leur partenaire masculin\/conjoint. J'ai \u00e9t\u00e9 fascin\u00e9e cette ann\u00e9e par tout ce qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 sur l'impact de la sant\u00e9 paternelle sur la sant\u00e9 du f\u0153tus.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pendant que nous parlons de la sant\u00e9 des hommes, <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/auteur\/mfogarty\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Merlot Fogarty<\/a> d\u00e9clare que la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 oublie souvent que les femmes sont diff\u00e9rentes des hommes et que cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9 exige un d\u00e9bat plus large dans notre culture :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"is-style-cnvs-paragraph-callout wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cEn 2026, je pense que nous devrons accorder plus d'attention \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont le stress chronique et les attentes de plus en plus masculines affectent les hormones et la fertilit\u00e9 des femmes. Notre culture demande constamment aux femmes d'assumer des r\u00f4les tr\u00e8s stressants et comp\u00e9titifs et de fonctionner comme si leur corps fonctionnait de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re que celui des hommes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-cnvs-paragraph-callout wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLorsque les femmes sont plac\u00e9es dans ces environnements ou mont\u00e9es les unes contre les autres, leur corps reste souvent en mode combat ou fuite. Nous nous demandons alors pourquoi les d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres hormonaux, les probl\u00e8mes de cycle et les fausses couches sont si fr\u00e9quents, sans reconna\u00eetre que le corps d'une femme a besoin de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de repos non seulement apr\u00e8s la naissance d'un b\u00e9b\u00e9, mais aussi pendant qu'elle cr\u00e9e et nourrit une nouvelle vie.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-cnvs-paragraph-callout wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLes conversations sur la sant\u00e9 des femmes devraient commencer \u00e0 se concentrer davantage sur les facteurs de stress ext\u00e9rieurs tels que le travail, l'\u00e9cole, les exigences familiales, les horaires et la pression culturelle, et pas seulement sur les sympt\u00f4mes. De nombreux emplois et syst\u00e8mes ne sont pas con\u00e7us en fonction de la biologie f\u00e9minine, mais on attend des femmes qu'elles fassent en sorte que leur corps se comporte comme celui des hommes.
