Il n'est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas question de s'attaquer \u00e0 la cause premi\u00e8re, par exemple en modifiant le r\u00e9gime alimentaire, le mode de vie, l'environnement, l'exercice physique, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Alors que la plupart des m\u00e9decins proposent la pilule, le st\u00e9rilet, l'implant ou d'autres moyens de contraception hormonaux en r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes hormonaux courants, ceux-ci ne font pas que dissimuler les causes profondes, ils s'accompagnent de graves effets secondaires pour les femmes qui les prennent.<\/p>\n<p>\"La contraception hormonale est un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre hormonal prescrit par le m\u00e9decin\", me dit Laurie. \"L'\u0153strog\u00e8ne et la progest\u00e9rone sont des hormones essentielles au bonheur et fonctionnent comme une balan\u00e7oire dans le corps. La contraception hormonale nous emp\u00eache d'ovuler et si nous n'ovulons pas, nous ne produisons pas de progest\u00e9rone\". Par cons\u00e9quent, la contraception hormonale n'est pas une solution universelle et, dans certains cas, elle peut aggraver les sympt\u00f4mes d'une femme, y compris les probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 mentale.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"identifying-root-causes\">Identifier les causes profondes<\/h2>\n<p>Parce que les femmes n'entendent pas souvent parler d'autres options que la contraception hormonale pour g\u00e9rer leurs sympt\u00f4mes, beaucoup d'entre elles se sentent impuissantes lorsqu'il s'agit d'aborder les questions de sant\u00e9 hormonale. Des niveaux d'hormones moins que sains peuvent \u00eatre \u00e0 l'origine du probl\u00e8me si vous n'obtenez pas r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des PR (records personnels) \u00e0 la salle de sport, si vous n'avez pas de \"seconde vitesse\" dans une s\u00e9ance d'entra\u00eenement, si vous ne constatez pas de gain musculaire, si vous avez du mal \u00e0 perdre de la graisse ou si vous constatez des changements dans votre composition corporelle.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"starting-a-journey-toward-improved-hormone-health\">Commencer un voyage vers une meilleure sant\u00e9 hormonale<\/h2>\n<p>Si l'un de ces sympt\u00f4mes vous semble familier, ne d\u00e9sesp\u00e9rez pas. Il est possible de r\u00e9tablir la sant\u00e9 hormonale apr\u00e8s un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre. La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape, selon Laurie, est de \"cesser imm\u00e9diatement de prendre des contraceptifs hormonaux\". Elle avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 pris soin de son alimentation, de son mode de vie et de son environnement, mais ce n'est que lorsqu'elle a cess\u00e9 d'utiliser la contraception hormonale que les choses se sont arrang\u00e9es d'elles-m\u00eames et que sa sant\u00e9 s'est r\u00e9tablie.<\/p>\n<p>Laurie Christine King encourage les femmes \u00e0 rechercher d'autres solutions \u00e9tonnamment simples, telles que la prise de suppl\u00e9ments de zinc, de magn\u00e9sium, de vitamine C, de vitamine D et de complexe B.
