Vos \"r\u00e8gles\" font en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 partie d'un jeu hormonal complexe qui aboutit \u00e0 l'apparition de l'ovulation.<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/les-bases-de-la-fam-quest-ce-que-lovulation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement principal de votre cycle<\/a>-l'ovulation. Mais comment savoir si quelque chose ne va pas sur le plan hormonal ? Un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre hormonal peut-il \u00eatre \u00e0 l'origine de vos r\u00e8gles abondantes, douloureuses ou absentes ? Voici les signes qui indiquent un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre hormonal.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hormones-make-ovulation-happen\"><span id=\"hormones-make-ovulation-happen\">Les hormones favorisent l'ovulation<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/follicule-luteinise-non-rompu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> cycle menstruel<\/a>De nombreuses hormones travaillent ensemble pour soutenir le cycle de la femme. Les quatre principales hormones de la reproduction sont <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/principes-de-base-de-la-fam-quest-ce-que-la-phase-folliculaire\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hormone folliculo-stimulante (FSH)<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/naturalwomanhood-org-fam-basics-phase-luteale\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Hormone lut\u00e9inisante (LH)<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/quest-ce-que-lhormone-oestrogene\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u0152strog\u00e8nes<\/a>et <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/fam-basics-progesterone\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Progest\u00e9rone<\/a>. Au d\u00e9but du cycle, la FSH stimule la maturation de plusieurs follicules (que l'on peut consid\u00e9rer comme des \"r\u00e9servoirs d'ovules\") dans l'un des deux ovaires du corps de la femme. Au fur et \u00e0 mesure que les follicules m\u00fbrissent, les \u0153strog\u00e8nes augmentent rapidement.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette augmentation rapide de l'\u0153strog\u00e8ne stimule la LH, ce qui entra\u00eene la maturation et l'\u00e9clatement de l'un des follicules, qui aboutit \u00e0 la lib\u00e9ration d'un ovule dans la trompe de Fallope (ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne connu sous le nom d'ovulation). Le follicule qui retenait l'ovule devient le follicule de l'ovulation. <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/les-bases-de-la-fam-quest-ce-que-le-corps-jaune\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">corps jaune<\/a>. Le corps jaune produit alors de la progest\u00e9rone pendant le reste du cycle. Si l'ovule est <em>pas <\/em>f\u00e9cond\u00e9, le corps jaune commence \u00e0 se d\u00e9grader environ 8 \u00e0 10 jours apr\u00e8s l'ovulation, ce qui entra\u00eene une diminution de la progest\u00e9rone et finalement des r\u00e8gles (environ 14 jours apr\u00e8s l'ovulation). Un nouveau cycle commence alors.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce \"jeu de t\u00e9l\u00e9phone\" hormonal complexe est essentiel au maintien d'une hom\u00e9ostasie saine dans l'organisme f\u00e9minin. Selon la m\u00e9thode choisie, vous pouvez suivre l'action des quatre hormones reproductives primaires (ou de leurs m\u00e9tabolites urinaires) \u00e0 l'aide de moniteurs hormonaux, d'observations de la glaire cervicale,<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/signes-dovulation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> temp\u00e9rature basale du corps<\/a>Les principaux biomarqueurs sont les bandelettes LH, les bandelettes de progest\u00e9rone et\/ou la position du col de l'ut\u00e9rus. Pour pratiquer avec pr\u00e9cision l'une ou l'autre de ces m\u00e9thodes, vous devez travailler avec un instructeur FAM ou PFN form\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(Et nous avons m\u00eame fourni le<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/trouver-un-instructeur-fam\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> ressources<\/a> pour vous aider \u00e0 trouver une m\u00e9thode et un instructeur qui vous conviennent !)\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-are-the-signs-of-hormonal-imbalance\"><span id=\"what-are-the-signs-of-hormonal-imbalance\">Quels sont les signes d'un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre hormonal ?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque vous utilisez une m\u00e9thode FAM ou NFP, vous obtenez des connaissances sur le cycle et des ressources pour d\u00e9tecter les d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres hormonaux par le biais de biomarqueurs qui indiquent <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/theme\/les-dysfonctionnements-du-cycle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">anormal<\/a> les sch\u00e9mas hormonaux. Pensez-y comme au \"voyant de v\u00e9rification du moteur\" de votre v\u00e9hicule. Ces signes sont les suivants <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/principes-de-base-de-la-fam-quest-ce-que-la-phase-folliculaire\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">longues phases folliculaires<\/a>, courte <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/naturalwomanhood-org-fam-basics-phase-luteale\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">phases lut\u00e9ales<\/a>des r\u00e8gles abondantes ou l\u00e9g\u00e8res, et trop ou pas assez d'eau. <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/fam-basics-quest-ce-que-la-glaire-cervicale\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">glaire cervicale<\/a> (pour ne citer que quelques exemples).\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si le suivi des cycles est le meilleur outil initial pour <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/theme\/les-dysfonctionnements-du-cycle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">d\u00e9tecter un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre hormonal<\/a>vous pouvez pr\u00eater attention \u00e0 d'autres indicateurs m\u00eame si vous n'avez pas encore d'exp\u00e9rience en mati\u00e8re de graphiques cycliques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Syndrome pr\u00e9menstruel (SPM), troubles de l'humeur, complet <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/athletes-feminines-sensibilisation-a-la-fertilite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">perte de cycles<\/a> (am\u00e9norrh\u00e9e) et la st\u00e9rilit\u00e9 ou les troubles de la reproduction peuvent tous indiquer un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre hormonal.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pms-symptoms\"><span id=\"pms-symptoms\">Sympt\u00f4mes du syndrome pr\u00e9menstruel<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Syndrome pr\u00e9menstruel (<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/theme\/pms-pmdd-depression\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PMS<\/a>) se caract\u00e9rise par un ensemble de sympt\u00f4mes, tels que les sautes d'humeur, la sensibilit\u00e9 des seins, les ballonnements, la fatigue et les crampes. Malheureusement, de nombreuses femmes pensent que le syndrome pr\u00e9menstruel fait in\u00e9vitablement partie de la vie d'une femme. C'est loin d'\u00eatre le cas. En tant qu'instructrice de sensibilisation \u00e0 la fertilit\u00e9 FEMM, je dis \u00e0 mes clientes de noter leurs sympt\u00f4mes de SPM sur une \u00e9chelle de 1 \u00e0 10 (10 \u00e9tant le plus grave), parce que <em>ces sympt\u00f4mes, bien que courants, ne sont pas n\u00e9cessairement normaux<\/em>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des sympt\u00f4mes l\u00e9gers peuvent indiquer que votre corps subit des changements hormonaux normaux, tels que la pouss\u00e9e d'\u0153strog\u00e8nes avant l'ovulation ou la chute de la progest\u00e9rone vers la fin du cycle. Cependant, si les sympt\u00f4mes que vous ressentez avant vos r\u00e8gles sont si graves qu'ils affectent votre vie quotidienne, vous devriez consulter un professionnel de la sant\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les domaines suivants <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/theme\/medecine-reproductive-reparatrice-rrm\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">la m\u00e9decine reproductive r\u00e9paratrice (MRR)<\/a> qui comprendra comment rem\u00e9dier au(x) d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre(s) hormonal(aux) pouvant contribuer \u00e0 votre syndrome pr\u00e9menstruel.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-amenorrhea-nbsp\"><span id=\"amenorrhea\">Am\u00e9norrh\u00e9e&nbsp;<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L'am\u00e9norrh\u00e9e est la perte des cycles menstruels lorsqu'une femme <em>devrait<\/em> normalement le cycle (c'est-\u00e0-dire en dehors de la m\u00e9nopause, de la grossesse ou, dans certains cas, de l'allaitement). Comme l'explique Lauren Fleshman dans son livre, <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/la-bonne-humeur-pour-une-fille-revue-de-livres\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>Bon pour une fille<\/em><\/a>L'am\u00e9norrh\u00e9e induite par l'exercice est un probl\u00e8me courant chez les athl\u00e8tes f\u00e9minines et augmente leur risque de blessure et d'autres probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'am\u00e9norrh\u00e9e est un indicateur plus \u00e9vident d'un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre hormonal. Si vous n'avez pas de r\u00e8gles, vous n'ovulez pas. De facto, vous ne b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiez pas des bienfaits de l'ovulation sur l'ensemble du corps, notamment sur les seins, le cerveau, les os, le c\u0153ur et le syst\u00e8me immunitaire.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-reproductive-disorders-like-pcos-and-endometriosis\"><span id=\"reproductive-disorders-like-pcos-and-endometriosis\">Troubles de la reproduction tels que le SOPK et l'endom\u00e9triose<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Les d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres hormonaux sont des signes caract\u00e9ristiques des troubles de la reproduction les plus courants, \u00e0 savoir le syndrome des ovaires polykystiques (SOPK) et l'endom\u00e9triose. <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/5-symptomes-moins-connus-de-lendometriose\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Endom\u00e9triose<\/a> pr\u00e9sente souvent des signes de dominance \u0153strog\u00e9nique qui peuvent \u00eatre mis en \u00e9vidence par des biomarqueurs irr\u00e9guliers dans le diagramme FAM\/NFP. <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/5-symptomes-moins-connus-de-lendometriose\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Endom\u00e9triose<\/a> Le SOPK peut \u00e9galement se manifester par des probl\u00e8mes gastro-intestinaux, des douleurs nerveuses, de la fatigue et des rapports sexuels douloureux. Il existe diff\u00e9rentes formes de SOPK et donc une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de sympt\u00f4mes, mais les plus courants sont les suivants <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/le-pcos-provoque-t-il-une-depression-les-symptomes-de-linfertilite-19\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">les sympt\u00f4mes du SOPK<\/a> comprennent la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'insuline, la croissance ou la perte anormale des cheveux, les troubles de la thyro\u00efde et l'inflammation chronique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hormonal-birth-control-is-not-the-solution-to-a-hormonal-imbalance\"><span id=\"hormonal-birth-control-is-not-the-solution-to-a-hormonal-imbalance\">La contraception hormonale n'est pas la solution \u00e0 un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre hormonal<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De nombreux professionnels de la sant\u00e9 \"traitent\" le d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre hormonal et ses sympt\u00f4mes \u00e0 l'aide d'une contraception hormonale. Mais la contraception hormonale ne \"r\u00e9gule\" pas les cycles, elle <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/pas-de-cycle-avec-la-pilule\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">les arr\u00eate tous ensemble<\/a> (m\u00eame les saignements qu'une femme conna\u00eet pendant la semaine placebo de la pilule contraceptive ne sont pas de vraies r\u00e8gles !) La contraception hormonale ne fait que mettre un pansement sur le(s) probl\u00e8me(s), ce qui risque de l'aggraver avec le temps. Les hormones synth\u00e9tiques ne fonctionnent pas de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re que les hormones naturelles de notre corps ; elles suppriment principalement l'ovulation. De plus, elles s'accompagnent d'une multitude d'effets secondaires. <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/theme\/effets-secondaires-du-controle-des-naissances\/#:~:text=Many%20women%20dislike%20the%20idea,liver%20malfunction%20(jaundice)\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">risques pour la sant\u00e9<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-do-i-do-if-i-think-i-have-a-hormonal-imbalance\"><span id=\"what-do-i-do-if-i-think-i-have-a-hormonal-imbalance\">Que dois-je faire si je pense souffrir d'un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre hormonal ?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous vous posez peut-\u00eatre la question,<em> si les hormones synth\u00e9tiques ne sont pas le traitement appropri\u00e9, qu'en est-il ?<\/em>? Un instructeur FAM form\u00e9 peut vous aider \u00e0 entrer en contact avec un professionnel du MRR, et votre diagramme du cycle constituera un premier dossier m\u00e9dical utile au professionnel du MRR pour commencer \u00e0 \u00e9valuer et \u00e0 diagnostiquer vos sympt\u00f4mes.
