Quels sont les moteurs de la libido ? Nous savons que les quatre principales hormones responsables de l'\u00e9quilibre et du maintien de la libido sont l'\u0153strog\u00e8ne, la testost\u00e9rone, le cortisol et l'hormone thyro\u00efdienne. C'est donc un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"thyroid-hormones\"><b>Hormones thyro\u00efdiennes<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Enfin, la thyro\u00efde est un facteur important de l'\u00e9quilibre hormonal de l'organisme. Les deux principales hormones produites et lib\u00e9r\u00e9es par la glande thyro\u00efde sont la T3 et la T4. La TSH (Thyroid Stimulating Hormone) est cr\u00e9\u00e9e dans l'hypophyse - le m\u00eame endroit d'o\u00f9 proviennent nos hormones menstruelles, l'hormone folliculo-stimulante (FSH) et l'hormone lut\u00e9inisante (LH) ! Les femmes en post-partum et celles qui allaitent produisent moins d'\u0153strog\u00e8nes car la prolactine supprime l'ovulation. Les femmes en post-partum sont \u00e9galement sujettes \u00e0<i> hypo<\/i>la thyro\u00efdie (production de niveaux trop faibles d'hormones thyro\u00efdiennes) ou<i> hyper<\/i>la thyro\u00efdie (production excessive). Si vous subissez des niveaux de stress extr\u00eames, le cortisol peut inonder votre syst\u00e8me, ce qui risque de vous donner une sensation d'hyperactivit\u00e9. <i>et<\/i> \u00e9puis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Qu'est-ce qui est normal ? Chaque personne est diff\u00e9rente, mais c'est \u00e0 chacun de se mettre \u00e0 l'\u00e9coute de son propre corps. Il est probable que si quelque chose ne va pas, vous en \u00eates conscient \u00e0 un certain niveau. Voici donc quelques conseils pratiques pour retrouver une libido saine.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"what-you-can-do\">Ce que vous pouvez faire<\/h2>\n<h3 id=\"cut-down-on-refined-carbs-sugar-and-caffeine\"><strong>R\u00e9duisez votre consommation de glucides raffin\u00e9s, de sucre et de caf\u00e9ine.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Je sais que vous le voyez dans tous les articles sur le bien-\u00eatre, mais c'est tout simplement le moyen le plus simple, le plus rapide et le plus puissant de r\u00e9initialiser votre syst\u00e8me hormonal.
