L'ovulation est claire et il est facile de voir les sch\u00e9mas \u00e9merger gr\u00e2ce aux biomarqueurs de ses cycles qui lui indiquent ce qui se passe sur le plan hormonal. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">D'autres p\u00e9riodes de la vie d'une femme, comme la pubert\u00e9, le post-partum et la p\u00e9rim\u00e9nopause, peuvent cependant \u00eatre des moments tr\u00e8s d\u00e9licats pour comprendre ce qui se passe. Cette saison peut \u00eatre compar\u00e9e \u00e0 la pubert\u00e9, mais \u00e0 l'envers. Ensuite, il produit moins d'hormone lut\u00e9ale (LH), puis moins d'\u0153strog\u00e8nes. Les niveaux d'hormone folliculo-stimulante (FSH), quant \u00e0 eux, restent \u00e9lev\u00e9s pendant plusieurs ann\u00e9es <em>apr\u00e8s<\/em> les derni\u00e8res r\u00e8gles de la femme (m\u00e9nopause).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Au d\u00e9but de la p\u00e9rim\u00e9nopause, la production d'\u0153strog\u00e8nes est plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e que d'habitude, et les follicules peuvent avoir besoin de deux, trois ou plusieurs tentatives avant d'ovuler. Si l'ovulation se produit, la progest\u00e9rone est probablement insuffisante pour contrer les niveaux d'\u0153strog\u00e8nes ant\u00e9rieurs. (Les \u0153strog\u00e8nes et la progest\u00e9rone sont comme le yin et le yang : ils s'\u00e9quilibrent mutuellement). Pour une femme dont le cycle est r\u00e9gulier, nous recherchons un rapport de 2:6 entre la progest\u00e9rone et l'\u0153strog\u00e8ne.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> En p\u00e9rim\u00e9nopause, ils peuvent doubler ou tripler, entra\u00eenant une dominance \u0153strog\u00e9nique. (C'est en partie ce qui est \u00e0 l'origine des bouff\u00e9es de chaleur).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lorsqu'une femme se trouve en p\u00e9riode de transition vers la p\u00e9rim\u00e9nopause, je l'encourage \u00e0 demander l'avis d'un sp\u00e9cialiste de la sant\u00e9 publique. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/apprendre\/commencer\/#choose-class\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Instructeur de la m\u00e9thode bas\u00e9e sur la prise de conscience de la fertilit\u00e9<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Il est difficile d'avoir la t\u00eate dans son propre dossier et de se perdre dans les d\u00e9tails. Parfois, un cours de rattrapage sur ce qui se passe au niveau hormonal vous aide \u00e0 sortir de votre propre dossier juste assez pour avoir la bonne perspective. Je dis souvent aux femmes d'envisager de changer de biomarqueurs si ceux qu'elles lisent ne sont pas assez clairs. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Par exemple, si vous ne notez que les signes de la glaire cervicale, pensez \u00e0 ajouter un test urinaire de progest\u00e9rone ou un moniteur Marquette. Ils vous donneront un peu plus d'informations sur ce qui se passe. Il est probable que vous ayez beaucoup de jours de glaire cervicale au d\u00e9but, ce qui rendra les graphiques confus. Si l'ovulation a lieu, les phases lut\u00e9ales peuvent \u00eatre courtes. M\u00eame si les chances de grossesse sont beaucoup plus faibles pendant la p\u00e9rim\u00e9nopause, si une grossesse survient, la m\u00e8re a plus de risques de souffrir de complications. Si vous souhaitez \u00e9viter une grossesse, il est important de prendre des pr\u00e9cautions suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"other-important-considerations\">Autres consid\u00e9rations importantes<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pendant cette p\u00e9riode et au-del\u00e0, il est crucial de donner la priorit\u00e9 \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 endocrinienne. Bien s\u00fbr, il y a des habitudes de vie saines \u00e9videntes, comme bien dormir, manger des aliments entiers non raffin\u00e9s et non transform\u00e9s et faire de l'exercice r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, mais pendant la p\u00e9rim\u00e9nopause, il est plus important que jamais de soutenir la sant\u00e9 du foie, de l'intestin, de la thyro\u00efde et des glandes surr\u00e9nales. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De nombreux m\u00e9decins sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s en m\u00e9decine fonctionnelle peuvent vous proposer des tests (sanguins ou salivaires) qui vous donneront une id\u00e9e de votre position sur le spectre de la d\u00e9r\u00e9gulation du cycle. Ces tests peuvent \u00eatre associ\u00e9s, sous la direction d'un professionnel de la sant\u00e9, \u00e0 une th\u00e9rapie hormonale bio-identique, qui est radicalement diff\u00e9rente de la th\u00e9rapie hormonale conventionnelle. La th\u00e9rapie bio-identique est adapt\u00e9e aux besoins de chaque individu. Mais ce n'est pas n\u00e9cessaire pour tout le monde. Le plus important est que les femmes prennent le temps de s'occuper d'elles-m\u00eames au quotidien, dans les petites choses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La p\u00e9rim\u00e9nopause et la postm\u00e9nopause ont mauvaise presse.
