Depuis que j'ai lu ce livre il y a quelques ann\u00e9es, je n'ai plus besoin de<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/pms-pain-pcos-diva-nouveau-livre-04302018\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> s'allonger sur le canap\u00e9 <\/a>une fois par mois avec du chocolat, un coussin chauffant et une bo\u00eete de mouchoirs, pendant que l'adaptation \u00e0 l'\u00e9cran par la BBC du classique de Jane Austen est diffus\u00e9e \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision.<em> Orgueil et pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s <\/em>joue pour la millioni\u00e8me fois. Certains conseils sont d'ordre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et peuvent am\u00e9liorer l'exp\u00e9rience menstruelle de la plupart des lectrices, tandis que d'autres sont sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 des sympt\u00f4mes ou \u00e0 des conditions. Tous les conseils sont \u00e9tay\u00e9s par la science et l'exp\u00e9rience de l'auteur aupr\u00e8s de patientes r\u00e9elles. Le principal changement que j'ai constat\u00e9 est venu de l'ajout de magn\u00e9sium et de zinc \u00e0 mes suppl\u00e9ments matinaux, bien que je sache maintenant que ces deux \u00e9l\u00e9ments ont de nombreux effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques sur le sommeil et que j'ai donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de les prendre le soir. J'ai constat\u00e9 des r\u00e9sultats en l'espace d'un cycle menstruel. J'ai toujours eu des r\u00e8gles plus l\u00e9g\u00e8res, \u00e0 l'exception de la sensibilit\u00e9 des seins, qui pouvait \u00eatre suffisamment importante pour que le simple fait de monter les escaliers soit douloureux. La sensibilit\u00e9 des seins n'est pas r\u00e9apparue depuis que j'ai fait ce petit changement !&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-strengths-of-period-repair-manual\"><span id=\"strengths-of-period-repair-manual\">Points forts du manuel de r\u00e9paration p\u00e9riodique<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Manuel de r\u00e9paration p\u00e9riodique<\/em> est un ouvrage complet mais facile \u00e0 lire. L'auteur utilise un langage facile \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer, des donn\u00e9es scientifiques et des exemples pertinents pour d\u00e9fendre avec force les cycles naturels et les p\u00e9riodes saines. Il n'y a pas d'incitation \u00e0 s'inscrire \u00e0 un cours, \u00e0 suivre l'auteur sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux ou \u00e0 faire de l'autopromotion. Au contraire, l'auteure fait preuve d'un r\u00e9el d\u00e9sir de partager ses connaissances et d'am\u00e9liorer la vie de ses lecteurs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La plus grande force ? Ce livre apporte de vraies r\u00e9ponses. Pour de nombreuses femmes, dont moi-m\u00eame, ce livre est la cl\u00e9 d'une am\u00e9lioration majeure de la vie gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des cycles plus sains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-limitations-or-blindspots\"><span id=\"limitations-or-blindspots\">Limites ou angles morts<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La plus grande limite de ce livre est qu'il vise r\u00e9ellement \u00e0 r\u00e9tablir des r\u00e8gles saines chez les femmes qui arr\u00eatent la pilule ou qui ont eu des cycles \"r\u00e9guliers\", c'est-\u00e0-dire qui ne sont pas en p\u00e9riode de post-partum ou d'accouchement. <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/la-connaissance-de-la-fertilite-le-suivi-du-post-partum-pendant-lallaitement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l'allaitement<\/a>. Bien que l'auteur aborde rapidement la question de l'allaitement, elle se concentre davantage sur les maladies chroniques, le r\u00e9tablissement de la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 du cycle et la diminution du syndrome pr\u00e9menstruel dans les situations non li\u00e9es au post-partum et \u00e0 la p\u00e9rim\u00e9nopause.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je me souviens d'avoir sorti avec confiance mon manuel \u00e0 8 mois du post-partum, alors que j'\u00e9tais encore en train d'allaiter, dans l'espoir de r\u00e9tablir un cycle un peu plus r\u00e9gulier (et par la m\u00eame occasion, d'am\u00e9liorer mes performances). <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/verywell-health-natural-birth-control-controle-naturel-des-naissances\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">m\u00e9thode naturelle de contr\u00f4le des naissances<\/a>), mais j'ai \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9\u00e7ue par le manque de conseils utiles. J'ai mis en \u0153uvre certains des conseils g\u00e9n\u00e9raux, notamment en veillant \u00e0 consommer suffisamment de vitamines importantes comme le magn\u00e9sium et le zinc, mais cela n'a gu\u00e8re contribu\u00e9 \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 de mon cycle pendant l'allaitement.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-practical-are-the-author-s-suggestions-for-the-average-woman\"><span id=\"how-practical-are-the-authors-suggestions-for-the-average-woman\">Dans quelle mesure les suggestions de l'auteur sont-elles pratiques pour la femme moyenne ?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lara Briden a \u00e9crit ce livre pour la femme moyenne. Elle est concise mais exhaustive dans ses conseils, qui sont organis\u00e9s par sympt\u00f4mes, ce qui facilite l'identification des changements n\u00e9cessaires. Les suggestions sont incroyablement pratiques et de nombreuses femmes les trouveront tr\u00e8s utiles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-verdict-to-buy-borrow-or-skip-period-repair-manual-altogether-nbsp\"><span id=\"the-verdict-to-buy-borrow-or-skip-period-repair-manual-altogether\">Verdict : \u00e0 acheter, \u00e0 emprunter ou \u00e0 sauter <em>Manuel de r\u00e9paration p\u00e9riodique <\/em>tout \u00e0 fait ?&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce livre a chang\u00e9 la qualit\u00e9 de ma vie et la fa\u00e7on dont je comprends mon cycle, et j'esp\u00e8re qu'il pourra faire de m\u00eame pour vous. Je vous sugg\u00e8re donc (sans surprise) de l'acheter, de l'emprunter ou de le sauter : Achetez, achetez, achetez !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Achetez-le pour vous. Puis rachetez-le pour l'offrir \u00e0 toutes vos copines, \u00e0 votre s\u0153ur, \u00e0 votre m\u00e8re et, tant que vous y \u00eates, \u00e0 votre gyn\u00e9cologue-obst\u00e9tricien qui en aurait probablement besoin aussi.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suppose que pour les femmes \u00e9conomes d'entre nous, c'est<em> pourrait<\/em> est un livre \u00e0 emprunter \u00e0 votre biblioth\u00e8que locale, car une fois que vous aurez identifi\u00e9 vos sympt\u00f4mes sp\u00e9cifiques et les \"rem\u00e8des\" recommand\u00e9s, vous n'aurez peut-\u00eatre plus besoin de ce livre. Cependant, je me suis surprise \u00e0 y revenir \u00e0 plusieurs reprises. Je l'ai rouvert lorsque j'ai voulu tomber enceinte, lorsque j'ai eu une pouss\u00e9e d'acn\u00e9 bizarre et lorsque j'\u00e9tais en post-partum.
