Je savais que quelque chose n'allait pas, mais tous les m\u00e9decins que j'ai consult\u00e9s m'ont dit qu'ils ne trouvaient rien d'anormal. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ils m'ont assur\u00e9 que mes crampes s\u00e9v\u00e8res, mes cycles irr\u00e9guliers, mon acn\u00e9 kystique, ma fatigue chronique, mon anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et ma d\u00e9pression n'\u00e9taient que des aspects normaux de l'adolescence. Ma m\u00e8re, qui est infirmi\u00e8re, \u00e9tait d'accord. J'ai donc tol\u00e9r\u00e9 mes sympt\u00f4mes du mieux que j'ai pu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce n'est que plus de dix ans plus tard, lors de mon premier rendez-vous avec un m\u00e9decin, que j'ai appris \u00e0 conna\u00eetre la nature de la maladie. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/apprendre\/le-traitement-des-troubles\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">NaProTECHNOLOGIE<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> J'ai consult\u00e9 un m\u00e9decin lorsque j'ai cess\u00e9 d'avoir l'impression de me faire des id\u00e9es. Apr\u00e8s un examen physique et quelques questions, elle a conclu que je souffrais probablement d'un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre hormonal. Ils m'ont prescrit de la progest\u00e9rone, une hormone qui soutiendrait et aiderait \u00e0 maintenir mes grossesses. Alors que tous les sympt\u00f4mes \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sents, personne ne m'a parl\u00e9 de la progest\u00e9rone.<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/des-options-naturelles-pour-gerer-le-syndrome-de-la-vache-folle\/\"> SOPK (syndrome des ovaires polykystiques)<\/a> jusqu'\u00e0 ce que je fasse une fausse couche lors de mes deux grossesses suivantes. Le SOPK est une maladie qui provoque la croissance de kystes sur les ovaires, entra\u00eenant des d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres hormonaux. Ils ne gu\u00e9rissent pas vraiment la cause premi\u00e8re. Son livre ne se concentre pas sur une liste d'aliments \u00e0 proscrire ou de produits pharmaceutiques destin\u00e9s \u00e0 masquer les sympt\u00f4mes. Elle note : \"Voici ce qu'il faut savoir : jusqu'\u00e0 ce que vous <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">penser<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> comme une Diva du SOPK, vous ne pouvez pas <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">vivre <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">comme une Diva du SOPK . . jusqu'\u00e0 ce que vous am\u00e9lioriez votre fa\u00e7on de penser, rien ne collera\".<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Qu'est-ce qu'une PCOS Diva ?<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Medling \u00e9crit qu'une Diva du SOPK est \"une femme pleine d'espoir\" qui est \u00e9duqu\u00e9e, responsabilis\u00e9e et qui s'entoure d'une \u00e9quipe de soins de sant\u00e9, d'amis et d'une famille qui la soutiennent. Elle ajoute : \"Une Diva du SOPK va au-del\u00e0 du soutien physique n\u00e9cessaire pour g\u00e9rer les sympt\u00f4mes et travaille \u00e0 la gu\u00e9rison et \u00e0 l'am\u00e9lioration de l'ensemble de sa personne - corps, esprit et \u00e2me\".<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bien que j'aie un r\u00e9gime alimentaire plut\u00f4t sain, j'avoue que je ne suis pas dou\u00e9e pour faire de l'exercice et me d\u00e9stresser. Certains de mes sympt\u00f4mes, comme la perte de cheveux, les ballonnements et l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, se sont att\u00e9nu\u00e9s, mais il me reste encore beaucoup \u00e0 faire pour gu\u00e9rir. Je me dis sans cesse : \"Je commencerai demain\". Mais apr\u00e8s avoir lu le livre de Medling, il est clair que je n'ai plus d'excuses. <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">peut<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> contr\u00f4ler mes \u00e9ruptions ; je <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">peut<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> veulent faire de l'exercice ; je <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">peut<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> l'apr\u00e8s-midi sans se sentir groggy ; et j'ai <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ne<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> avoir des r\u00e8gles douloureuses. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le plan de 21 jours de PCOS Diva est vraiment r\u00e9alisable et durable.
