Mais il \u00e9tait tellement convaincu que je devais manger plus de mati\u00e8res grasses et moins de sucre qu'il m'a m\u00eame propos\u00e9 de m'emmener faire mes courses pour la semaine, \u00e0 condition que j'ach\u00e8te des produits qu'il approuvait, bien s\u00fbr. En tant qu'\u00e9tudiante pauvre, j'\u00e9tais heureuse d'avoir un peu plus de marge de man\u0153uvre dans mon budget, alors j'ai accept\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 ma grande surprise, je n'ai pas grossi en mangeant du gras ! En fait, j'ai constat\u00e9 que j'\u00e9tais rassasi\u00e9e plus rapidement et que je restais satisfaite plus longtemps lorsque je mangeais du yaourt nature entier plut\u00f4t que du yaourt sucr\u00e9 pauvre en mati\u00e8res grasses. Mes papilles gustatives ont m\u00eame chang\u00e9 : lorsque je suis rentr\u00e9e chez moi pour les vacances scolaires et que j'ai mang\u00e9 un yaourt Yoplait sucr\u00e9 de chez mes parents, j'en ai mang\u00e9 une bouch\u00e9e et je l'ai jet\u00e9e - elle avait un go\u00fbt de sucr\u00e9 \u00e9c\u0153urant !<\/p>\n<p>Plus tard, lorsque nous nous sommes mari\u00e9s et que nous avons essay\u00e9 de tomber enceinte, j'ai pris encore plus au s\u00e9rieux ma consommation de bonnes graisses, comme celles que l'on trouve dans les produits laitiers entiers, le jaune d'\u0153uf et la viande, et j'ai r\u00e9duit ma consommation de sucre. Il n'a pas fallu longtemps pour que je constate les bienfaits sur ma sant\u00e9 reproductive et ma sant\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, sans parler de la r\u00e9duction de ma taille de pantalon. R\u00e9duisez votre consommation de sucre.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Le sucre a fait l'objet d'une <a href=\"https:\/\/verilymag.com\/2017\/01\/surprising-things-learned-about-sugar-past-year\">beaucoup de feu<\/a> ces derniers temps, et peut-\u00eatre \u00e0 juste titre. Outre les suspects habituels que sont l'ob\u00e9sit\u00e9, le diab\u00e8te et les maladies cardiaques, il existe aujourd'hui de bonnes raisons de penser que l'exc\u00e8s de sucre peut \u00e9galement avoir des effets n\u00e9fastes sur les hormones.
