Votre b\u00e9b\u00e9 n'a pas re\u00e7u d'aliments compl\u00e9mentaires (lait maternis\u00e9 ou solides), ni de t\u00e9tines artificielles (biberons ou sucettes).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le poste #2 me laisse toujours un peu perplexe - il semble que la qualification elle-m\u00eame conteste la m\u00e9thode, mais faisons comme si de rien n'\u00e9tait pour l'instant.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ce qui complique les choses, c'est lorsque les femmes suivent les conseils habituels sur l'allaitement qui neutralisent le pouvoir qu'ont les hormones de l'allaitement de supprimer l'ovulation. Par exemple, de nombreuses femmes pensent que le tire-lait produit le m\u00eame effet hormonal que la succion d'un b\u00e9b\u00e9, alors qu'il en est tout autrement. Le tire-lait fonctionne par aspiration plut\u00f4t que par succion et ne stimule pas le mamelon de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re que la prise du sein par le b\u00e9b\u00e9 ; par cons\u00e9quent, il ne produit pas autant de prolactine. C'est tr\u00e8s important de le savoir !<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><b>L'allaitement \u00e9cologique<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Il existe \u00e9galement un dispositif appel\u00e9 <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.nfpandmore.org\/The%20Seven%20Standards%20Summary.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">l'allaitement \u00e9cologique<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (EBF), qui prolonge la p\u00e9riode de non-ovulation au-del\u00e0 des six premiers mois et comporte des dispositions plus rigoureuses. Il s'agit notamment du co-dodo, de l'allaitement \u00e0 la demande, d'une s\u00e9paration limit\u00e9e (voire inexistante) entre la m\u00e8re et le b\u00e9b\u00e9 et de l'absence de pompes, de biberons et de sucettes. La Fertility Appreciation Collaborative to Teach the Science (FACTS) note que, si la f\u00e9condation assist\u00e9e est une forme de m\u00e9thode de sensibilisation \u00e0 la fertilit\u00e9 permettant d'\u00e9viter une grossesse, elle ne fait pas l'objet de suffisamment de recherches actuelles sur son efficacit\u00e9 pour \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme fond\u00e9e sur des donn\u00e9es probantes. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pourtant, de nombreuses femmes ne jurent que par ce programme, tandis que d'autres m\u00e8res estiment qu'il est impossible de respecter toutes les normes, en particulier les m\u00e8res qui travaillent \u00e0 l'ext\u00e9rieur. Dans notre culture actuelle (nous ne vivons pas dans un village o\u00f9 les gens se donnent la main \u00e0 droite et \u00e0 gauche), il peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s difficile pour les mamans de tenir sans s'\u00e9puiser.
