La v\u00e9rit\u00e9, c'est que<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/les-3-raisons-pour-lesquelles-les-femmes-francaises-abandonnent-la-pilule\/\"> de nombreuses femmes invoquent des sympt\u00f4mes d\u00e9pressifs pour justifier leur arr\u00eat de la pilule<\/a>et m\u00eame les marques de contraceptifs hormonaux les plus prescrits aujourd'hui,<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nexplanon.com\/side-effects\/\"> comme l'implant Nexplanon<\/a>Parmi les risques et les effets secondaires les plus fr\u00e9quents, les contraceptifs hormonaux citent l'humeur d\u00e9pressive. Ainsi, bien que le d\u00e9bat se poursuive sur l'ampleur des effets secondaires des contraceptifs hormonaux, comme pour tout m\u00e9dicament, le risque de les prendre n'est pas neutre. De plus, il existe des moyens non m\u00e9dicamenteux qui peuvent aider les femmes \u00e0 \u00e9viter une grossesse avec des taux d'efficacit\u00e9 typiques similaires ou sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 ceux de la pilule, sans aucun risque d'effets secondaires. Il s'agit de <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/apprendre\/les-methodes-naturelles-de-controle-des-naissances\/\">les m\u00e9thodes de sensibilisation \u00e0 la fertilit\u00e9<\/a> (FAM).<\/p>\n<p>Non seulement les FAM ne <em>blesser<\/em> Les FAM ne sont pas seulement des outils pour am\u00e9liorer la sant\u00e9 mentale des femmes, ils peuvent aussi leur donner les moyens d'am\u00e9liorer leur sant\u00e9 mentale de bien des fa\u00e7ons. J'ai appris que le fait de savoir comment et quand les hormones fluctuent au cours d'un cycle est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 de l'apprentissage d'une GPA, et que cette connaissance peut \u00eatre inestimable dans le cheminement d'une femme vers une meilleure compr\u00e9hension de ce qui suit<b>\u00a0<\/b>sa sant\u00e9 mentale.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cela ne veut pas dire que les m\u00e9decins de famille peuvent faire le travail des professionnels de la sant\u00e9 mentale ; en cas de maladie mentale grave, il faut demander l'aide d'un professionnel. Mais dans le cadre d'un programme de sant\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9, le suivi de la fertilit\u00e9 peut permettre d'analyser sous d'autres angles ce qui se passe exactement et ce que nos cycles hormonaux ont \u00e0 voir avec tout cela.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"1-fams-can-alert-us-that-something-is-wrong-hormonally\">#1 Les FAM peuvent nous avertir que quelque chose ne va pas sur le plan hormonal<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En tant que femme qui utilise les MAF depuis plus de quatre ans, j'ai personnellement ressenti des avantages significatifs en termes de sant\u00e9 mentale gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension de mon cycle. Au d\u00e9but de mon mariage, mes r\u00e8gles \u00e9taient de plus en plus difficiles \u00e0 g\u00e9rer, tant sur le plan \u00e9motionnel que physique. Pendant un certain temps, je n'ai pas cherch\u00e9 \u00e0 approfondir la question, pensant \u00e0 tort que le syndrome pr\u00e9menstruel douloureux \u00e9tait mon lot en tant que femme.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En fait, mes r\u00e8gles douloureuses, ma mauvaise humeur et mes r\u00e9flexes de pleurs auraient d\u00fb nous alerter, mon mari et moi (oui, il conna\u00eet ce genre de choses), sur le fait que quelque chose ne tournait pas rond chez moi sur le plan hormonal. Ce n'est que lorsque nous avons commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 essayer de concevoir - et apr\u00e8s plusieurs mois d'essais, malgr\u00e9 des rapports sexuels pendant mes p\u00e9riodes les plus fertiles - que nous avons vraiment commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 nous rendre compte que quelque chose n'allait pas. Nous avons donc approfondi nos connaissances sur les cycles f\u00e9minins et lu des livres tels que <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.amazon.com\/Fertility-Cycles-Nutrition-Marilyn-Shannon\/dp\/0926412345\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fertilit\u00e9, cycles et nutrition<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. J'ai toutefois constat\u00e9 qu'une fois mes r\u00e8gles termin\u00e9es, je me sentais beaucoup plus positive et pleine d'espoir pour le cycle suivant. Comme un brouillard qui se dissipe, la spirale de tristesse que je ressentais pendant les premiers jours de mes r\u00e8gles s'estompait, m\u00eame si j'\u00e9tais toujours triste que nous n'ayons pas con\u00e7u. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Apr\u00e8s quelques mois de ce sch\u00e9ma, mon mari et moi avons commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 mieux comprendre le r\u00f4le important que jouaient mes hormones sur mon humeur, mon attitude et mes perspectives \u00e0 chaque cycle. Nous avons fini par comprendre que j'avais simplement besoin des premiers jours de mes r\u00e8gles pour faire mon deuil et qu'une fois la chute hormonale termin\u00e9e, je pouvais voir les choses beaucoup plus clairement. Bien que cette connaissance n'ait pas rendu notre infertilit\u00e9 plus facile \u00e0 g\u00e9rer, elle a immens\u00e9ment aid\u00e9 ma propre sant\u00e9 mentale - et celle de mon mariage - en sachant que les larmes incontr\u00f4lables avaient une date d'expiration \u00e0 chaque cycle, et que mon mari comprenait mon besoin d'espace et de gentillesse suppl\u00e9mentaires pendant cette p\u00e9riode. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"3-fams-can-help-women-navigate-postpartum-hormonal-changes\">#3 Les FAM peuvent aider les femmes \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les changements hormonaux du post-partum<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ma nouvelle compr\u00e9hension de mon cycle m'a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s utile pendant la p\u00e9riode post-partum. Dans les premiers jours qui ont suivi la naissance de mon fils, j'ai naturellement connu les hauts et les bas \u00e9motionnels auxquels toutes les nouvelles m\u00e8res sont confront\u00e9es. L'obscurit\u00e9 du myst\u00e8re a disparu.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"4-fams-can-improve-relationships\">#4 Les FAM peuvent am\u00e9liorer les relations<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chaque mois que mon mari et moi avons utilis\u00e9 un FAM, et au fur et \u00e0 mesure que nous traversions les hauts et les bas d'un mariage pr\u00e9coce, que nous essayions de concevoir et que nous avions notre premier enfant, nous avons acquis une meilleure compr\u00e9hension de l'interaction des hormones qui se produisent au cours de chacun de mes cycles. Alors que vous naviguez dans votre propre parcours de sant\u00e9 mentale, il vaut la peine d'apprendre \u00e0 tracer votre cycle avec un FAM pour apprendre \u00e0 conna\u00eetre le cycle unique de votre corps. Ce n'est peut-\u00eatre pas la solution miracle \u00e0 tous vos probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 - mentale ou autre - mais comme tout ce qui permet de surveiller les sympt\u00f4mes de votre corps, cela ne peut pas faire de mal et ne fera qu'ajouter des informations utiles \u00e0 votre arsenal d'autosoins.
