Mais si sa m\u00e9thodologie et l'accent mis sur un bien-\u00eatre concret sont frais et amusants, il est important de noter que l'utilisation de l'application ne doit pas remplacer les pratiques de suivi de la GPA.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-about-28\"><span id=\"about-28\">A propos de <em>28<\/em><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L'approche de 28 en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 menstruelle repose sur l'id\u00e9e que le corps d'une femme a des besoins physiques et nutritionnels diff\u00e9rents selon l'\u00e9tape de son cycle. L'application divise le cycle menstruel en quatre phases : \"Restore\" (menstruation), \"Awaken\" (folliculaire), \"Perform\" (ovulatoire) et \"Balance\" (lut\u00e9ale). Pour chaque phase, les utilisatrices ont acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des s\u00e9ances d'entra\u00eenement, \u00e0 des informations nutritionnelles et \u00e0 des informations int\u00e9ressantes sur la phase en question, le tout dans le but de r\u00e9guler les hormones de l'utilisatrice pour un cycle plus sain. Selon le site web de l'application, <em>28<\/em>a pour mission de \"d\u00e9mystifier et de d\u00e9stigmatiser la sant\u00e9 menstruelle en permettant aux femmes d'embrasser leur nature f\u00e9minine, et non de la combattre\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-why-28-is-useful-nbsp\"><span id=\"why-28-is-useful\">Pourquoi <em>28<\/em> est utile&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S'il est vrai que <em>28 <\/em>ne peut pas remplacer les pratiques de GPA pour des raisons que nous d\u00e9taillerons plus tard, elle peut n\u00e9anmoins \u00eatre un outil utile pour le bien-\u00eatre menstruel. Voyons pourquoi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d'abord, l'application est d'une valeur incroyable puisque la plupart de ses fonctionnalit\u00e9s sont incluses dans l'abonnement gratuit. Cela signifie qu'en plus de l'enregistrement des sympt\u00f4mes et du suivi des r\u00e8gles de base, les utilisateurs ont acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des s\u00e9ances d'entra\u00eenement, \u00e0 des conseils avis\u00e9s et \u00e0 des recommandations nutritionnelles, le tout gratuitement. Chaque phase comprend 6 \u00e0 12 vid\u00e9os d'exercices dirig\u00e9s par un entra\u00eeneur, dont l'intensit\u00e9 et la dur\u00e9e varient. Les s\u00e9ances d'entra\u00eenement sont con\u00e7ues pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins sp\u00e9cifiques de votre corps pendant chaque partie de votre cycle. D'un point de vue personnel, la phase \"Perform\" de l'application ne correspondait pas au moment o\u00f9 mon corps ovulait r\u00e9ellement. J'ovule g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus t\u00f4t dans mon cycle que le jour 14 \"standard\". Ainsi, lorsque j'ai consult\u00e9 l'application le jour o\u00f9 j'\u00e9tais presque certaine d'ovuler, d'apr\u00e8s la glaire cervicale et d'autres marqueurs, l'application m'a indiqu\u00e9 que j'\u00e9tais toujours en phase d'ovulation, c'est-\u00e0-dire que je n'avais pas encore ovul\u00e9. <em>\u00e0 deux jours de ma p\u00e9riode de f\u00e9condit\u00e9<\/em>. Si j'avais suivi mon cycle uniquement \u00e0 l'aide de <em>28<\/em>Au lieu de me concentrer sur ce que mon corps me disait r\u00e9ellement, je n'aurais jamais su quand j'ovulais, ce qui aurait rendu mes objectifs de suivi impossibles.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-app-needs-functionality-to-specify-what-cycle-phase-you-re-in\"><span id=\"app-needs-functionality-to-specify-what-cycle-phase-youre-in\">L'application a besoin d'une fonctionnalit\u00e9 permettant de sp\u00e9cifier la phase du cycle dans laquelle on se trouve <\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Il n'y a pas non plus de moyen d'ajuster manuellement o\u00f9 vous en \u00eates dans votre cycle dans l'application. Ainsi, dans mon cas o\u00f9 je savais que j'avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 ovul\u00e9 gr\u00e2ce aux observations des biomarqueurs de mon cycle, j'aurais aim\u00e9 passer \u00e0 la phase lut\u00e9ale pour des s\u00e9ances d'entra\u00eenement et des informations applicables \u00e0 ce qui se passait r\u00e9ellement dans mon corps. Mais ce n'est pas possible dans l'application, \u00e0 moins d'aller dans mon profil et de manipuler la dur\u00e9e du cycle, ce qui annulerait toutes mes informations. La possibilit\u00e9 de passer outre l'algorithme et de dire \u00e0 l'application dans quelle phase se trouve mon corps serait une mise \u00e0 jour bienvenue !&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour \u00eatre honn\u00eate, l'application ne pr\u00e9tend pas \u00eatre un outil de suivi des d\u00e9placements \u00e0 v\u00e9lo.
