Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli que la contraception hormonale perturbe l'absorption par l'organisme de plusieurs vitamines essentielles. Par cons\u00e9quent, tant que vous preniez une contraception hormonale, votre corps manquait largement de ces vitamines et min\u00e9raux importants.
