Il y a la m\u00e8re qui a pass\u00e9 des heures \u00e0 faire des tests sanguins, \u00e0 analyser des dossiers et \u00e0 attendre dans des salles d'attente. Celle qui a vu un nombre incalculable de tests de grossesse n\u00e9gatifs et qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9\u00e7ue \u00e0 chaque fois. Il y a la maman qui n'a vu qu'un seul test de grossesse positif, vous savez de quoi je parle. Le test inattendu. Le test qui a fait tourner la pi\u00e8ce et sonner un peu ses oreilles. La maman qui a essay\u00e9, la maman qui a pris sa pilule loyalement chaque soir au chevet de son lit. Il y a des jeunes mamans, des mamans plus \u00e2g\u00e9es, des mamans nombreuses et des mamans d'une seule personne. Des m\u00e8res c\u00e9libataires, des m\u00e8res avec des petits dont la vie a \u00e9t\u00e9 perdue bien trop t\u00f4t, et des m\u00e8res qui n'ont pas donn\u00e9 naissance \u00e0 un enfant, mais qui continuent \u00e0 donner de l'amour comme s'il \u00e9tait illimit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La f\u00eate des m\u00e8res est une f\u00eate charg\u00e9e, c'est certain. Le parcours de chacun vers la maternit\u00e9 est un peu diff\u00e9rent, mais chaque m\u00e8re voue un amour sans pareil \u00e0 ses enfants. La culture am\u00e9ricaine parle souvent de l'entr\u00e9e dans la maternit\u00e9 et de la planification familiale comme s'il s'agissait d'un livre de jeux. Chaque couple choisit sa pi\u00e8ce et poursuit sa vie. Mais en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, le planning familial est aussi fluide que... le col de l'ut\u00e9rus. En constante \u00e9volution. Des flux et reflux constants. Il peut \u00eatre une chose une semaine et une autre une autre semaine. Les couples qui utilisent des m\u00e9thodes de sensibilisation \u00e0 la fertilit\u00e9 sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement plus \u00e0 l'\u00e9coute de ce flux et de ce reflux. Je veux dire litt\u00e9ralement, mais aussi \u00e9motionnellement. Chaque cycle est une nouvelle occasion de d\u00e9lib\u00e9rer sur les r\u00e8gles du jeu.<\/p>\n<p>Les m\u00e9thodes de sensibilisation \u00e0 la fertilit\u00e9 sont loin d'\u00eatre d\u00e9finitives. Mais ce n'est pas n\u00e9cessairement une mauvaise chose. Elles vous mettent en contact avec votre fertilit\u00e9 \u00e0 chaque cycle, et de mani\u00e8re assez intime. Je pense que c'est l'aspect le plus int\u00e9ressant de cette m\u00e9thode. J'ai la possibilit\u00e9 de prendre des d\u00e9cisions, mais aussi de travailler avec les nombreux \u00e9l\u00e9ments en mouvement qui me permettent de d\u00e9cider si je veux agrandir ma famille ou quand je veux le faire.<\/p>\n<p>Mais nous n'avons pas toujours notre mot \u00e0 dire - la vie a parfois ses propres plans. L'infertilit\u00e9, les fausses couches, les grossesses non planifi\u00e9es, tout cela arrive. La planification familiale n'est pas toujours aussi planifi\u00e9e. Et c'est peut-\u00eatre une bonne chose. Quel que soit le nombre de cours de pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 l'accouchement que vous suivez, quel que soit le nombre de livres sur l'\u00e9ducation des enfants que vous lisez, nous ne pouvons contr\u00f4ler qu'une partie de la situation. Je suis tr\u00e8s reconnaissante d'utiliser la connaissance de la fertilit\u00e9 comme m\u00e9thode de planification familiale, ce qui me permet d'\u00eatre flexible.<\/p>\n<p>En cette journ\u00e9e de la f\u00eate des m\u00e8res, nous souhaitons donc rendre hommage au parcours de chacun vers la maternit\u00e9. C'est le travail le plus commun et le plus unique au monde. Il n'y a pas deux mamans qui se ressemblent. Il est dommage que la parentalit\u00e9 soit class\u00e9e dans deux cat\u00e9gories, planifi\u00e9e et non planifi\u00e9e. Parfois, la vie nous rattrape et nous avons parfois besoin d'un syst\u00e8me de soutien pour nous aider \u00e0 traverser cette \u00e9preuve. Qu'il s'agisse d'une fausse couche, de l'infertilit\u00e9, d'une grossesse inattendue ou de toutes les choses qui se produisent apr\u00e8s la naissance et que nous ne pouvons tout simplement pas pr\u00e9voir.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 toutes les mamans, nous vous voyons et nous vous sommes reconnaissants pour le travail inlassable, les nuits blanches, les petits matins, les sorties de jeux, les nombreuses visites chez le m\u00e9decin et les larmes (souvent les v\u00f4tres).
