C'\u00e9tait juste avant le concert de la chorale d'hiver, et je ne pouvais pas imaginer un pire moment pour commencer mon voyage vers la f\u00e9minit\u00e9. <em>Fallait-il vraiment que cela se produise maintenant ?<\/em>? \u00c0 l'\u00e9poque, j'\u00e9tais loin de penser \u00e0 appr\u00e9cier - et encore moins \u00e0 suivre - ma fertilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\"D'accord\", ai-je dit, sans comprendre. Je n'ai suivi ce conseil que quelques ann\u00e9es plus tard, mais entre-temps, elle l'a not\u00e9 pour moi sur un calendrier en papier, avec des petits points rouges ponctuant irr\u00e9guli\u00e8rement chaque mois. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-middle-school-periods-meant-misery\"><span id=\"middle-school-periods-meant-misery\">Les \"p\u00e9riodes de coll\u00e8ge\" sont synonymes de mis\u00e8re<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces points repr\u00e9sentaient les jours terribles au cours desquels rien de bon ne pouvait arriver, selon la pens\u00e9e de la jeune fille de 12 ans que j'\u00e9tais. Ils repr\u00e9sentaient les crampes, les naus\u00e9es, l'embarras et le fait de ne pas aller \u00e0 la piscine - et il n'y avait aucun moyen pour moi de savoir quand cela allait arriver. M\u00eame si le calendrier tachet\u00e9 de rouge et les vid\u00e9os p\u00e9rim\u00e9es des cours de biologie me laissaient croire que j'aurais \u00e0 nouveau mes r\u00e8gles tous les 28 jours, en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, elles ne suivraient jamais aucun calendrier. Je n'ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que bien plus tard qu'il est tout \u00e0 fait normal que les cycles soient tr\u00e8s irr\u00e9guliers au cours des premi\u00e8res ann\u00e9es qui suivent la pubert\u00e9, comme le montre le tableau ci-dessous. <a href=\"https:\/\/newsnetwork.mayoclinic.org\/discussion\/mayo-clinic-q-and-a-irregular-periods-can-be-common-at-first\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">de nombreux premiers cycles sont anovulatoires<\/a>ce qui signifie qu'elles n'ont pas d'ovulation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les ann\u00e9es ont pass\u00e9 et mon ressentiment \u00e0 l'\u00e9gard de ces journ\u00e9es s'est accru. Mes cycles avaient enfin commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 s'\u00e9quilibrer, mais mes sympt\u00f4mes s'\u00e9taient aggrav\u00e9s. J'avais trouv\u00e9 le moyen de nager et de faire de l'exercice les jours de r\u00e8gles, mais je devais toujours faire face aux montagnes russes \u00e9motionnelles et physiques de mon cycle. Lorsque j'ai fait part de ces probl\u00e8mes \u00e0 ma p\u00e9diatre lors de l'une de nos derni\u00e8res visites avant mon d\u00e9part pour l'universit\u00e9, sa r\u00e9ponse a \u00e9t\u00e9 simple. \"Oh, je peux vous prescrire un contraceptif pour cela\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">J'ai d\u00e9clin\u00e9 son offre, car je n'avais pas l'impression d'avoir besoin de la pilule. J'avais de nombreuses amies qui prenaient des contraceptifs pour leur acn\u00e9 ou comme moyen de contraception, et toutes se plaignaient de ce qu'elles ressentaient. La <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/theme\/effets-secondaires-du-controle-des-naissances\/la-prise-de-poids\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">la prise de poids<\/a>des ballonnements, des maux de t\u00eate et <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/theme\/effets-secondaires-du-controle-des-naissances\/#articles\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">une myriade d'autres effets \u00e0 long terme<\/a> ne me convenait pas. Pourtant, l'\u00e9poque o\u00f9 j'appr\u00e9ciais ma fertilit\u00e9 \u00e9tait loin d'\u00eatre r\u00e9volue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-when-i-stopped-believing-my-fertility-was-a-burden\"><span id=\"when-i-stopped-believing-my-fertility-was-a-burden\">Quand j'ai cess\u00e9 de croire que ma fertilit\u00e9 \u00e9tait un fardeau<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lorsque je pensais aux cycles hormonaux que je subissais chaque mois, un mot me revenait sans cesse \u00e0 l'esprit : <em>charge<\/em>. J'ai ressenti comme un fardeau le fait d'\u00eatre \u00e0 la merci de ma biologie en tant que femme, et j'ai ressenti comme un fardeau que j'\u00e9tais la seule \u00e0 porter.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces sentiments se sont poursuivis lorsque j'ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 sortir avec mon futur mari pendant nos ann\u00e9es d'\u00e9tudes. M\u00eame s'il a toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 d'un grand soutien, quelle que soit la situation dans laquelle je me trouvais (il a m\u00eame travers\u00e9 le campus sous une pluie battante pour m'apporter de la glace et des analg\u00e9siques lors d'une journ\u00e9e de r\u00e8gles particuli\u00e8rement difficile), je n'arrivais pas \u00e0 me d\u00e9barrasser du sentiment que tout cela \u00e9tait si injuste.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alors que nous envisagions le mariage et commencions \u00e0 discuter de notre avenir, nous savions, gr\u00e2ce aux conseils de notre foi catholique, que le contr\u00f4le des naissances n'\u00e9tait pas une option. Cela me convenait parfaitement, car c'est \u00e0 cette \u00e9poque que j'ai d\u00e9couvert Natural Womanhood et que j'ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 me documenter sur la sensibilisation \u00e0 la fertilit\u00e9. Je me suis renseign\u00e9e sur les diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes d'\u00e9valuation de la fertilit\u00e9, j'ai achet\u00e9 un thermom\u00e8tre basal et j'ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 noter ma temp\u00e9rature au r\u00e9veil, \u00e9galement connue sous le nom de <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/methode-de-connaissance-de-la-fertilite-bases-temperature-corporelle-basale-bbt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">temp\u00e9rature basale du corps<\/a>et <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/fam-basics-quest-ce-que-la-glaire-cervicale\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">glaire cervicale<\/a> observations. M\u00eame si nous venions tout juste de nous fiancer, le simple fait de tracer mes cycles et d'apprendre \u00e0 conna\u00eetre mon corps m'a ouvert les yeux.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Soudain, j'ai pu conna\u00eetre le jour exact du d\u00e9but de mes r\u00e8gles, car mon <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/naturalwomanhood-org-fam-basics-phase-luteale\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">phase lut\u00e9ale<\/a> \u00e9tait toujours le m\u00eame nombre de jours apr\u00e8s l'ovulation. Je pouvais faire des projets en cons\u00e9quence, prendre de l'ibuprof\u00e8ne avant mes r\u00e8gles pour combattre la douleur et me sentir moins anxieuse \u00e0 propos de ce qui se passait. Mes r\u00e8gles ne semblaient plus \u00eatre une punition mensuelle, mais plut\u00f4t faire partie d'un cycle plus large de changements hormonaux. <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/theme\/les-methodes-de-sensibilisation-a-la-fertilite\/raisons-pour-lesquelles-les-femmes-ont-besoin-de-regles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">des avantages pour la sant\u00e9 de tout le corps<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-using-fertility-awareness-for-pregnancy-avoidance-pregnancy-achievement-and-postpartum\"><span id=\"using-fertility-awareness-for-pregnancy-avoidance-pregnancy-achievement-and-postpartum\">Utiliser la connaissance de la fertilit\u00e9 pour \u00e9viter les grossesses, les mener \u00e0 bien et les utiliser dans le post-partum<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une fois que nous nous sommes mari\u00e9s, tous ces mois pass\u00e9s \u00e0 apprendre \u00e0 \u00e9tablir des graphiques ont finalement port\u00e9 leurs fruits. J'avais une grande confiance dans la m\u00e9thode symptothermique (discut\u00e9e plus en d\u00e9tail). <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/fam-basics-quest-ce-que-la-methode-du-rythme-controle-naturel-des-naissances\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ici<\/a>) que nous avions appris ensemble. Nous avons suivi un cours en ligne avec le <a href=\"https:\/\/ccli.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ligue de couple \u00e0 couple<\/a>Il s'est assur\u00e9 qu'il connaissait les r\u00e8gles de la m\u00e9thode aussi bien que moi. Il s'est assur\u00e9 qu'il connaissait les r\u00e8gles de la m\u00e9thode aussi bien que moi, et au lieu que je sois la seule \u00e0 supporter le poids de notre planification familiale, nous avons fait de m\u00eame.<em> \u00e0 la fois<\/em> a assum\u00e9 la responsabilit\u00e9 de notre fertilit\u00e9 commune.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cela ne veut pas dire que la pratique d'une m\u00e9thode de connaissance de la fertilit\u00e9 (MCF) a rendu les choses faciles dans notre mariage. Comme nous savions d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part que nous ne voulions pas tomber enceinte tout de suite, nous avons d\u00fb prendre des d\u00e9cisions difficiles \u00e0 chaque cycle. M\u00eame si toute la formation que nous avons re\u00e7ue sur la MAF <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/10-facons-dont-la-connaissance-de-la-fertilite-ameliore-votre-vie-amoureuse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nous a dit que cela ne ferait que nous rapprocher en tant que couple<\/a>Parfois, il <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/lutter-contre-le-pfn-lorsque-les-hommes-sopposent-a-labstinence\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">semblait faire le contraire<\/a>. Pour \u00e9viter une grossesse, il faut \u00e9viter les rapports sexuels pendant <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/les-bases-de-la-fam-quest-ce-que-lovulation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ovulation<\/a>qui <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/point-de-vue-de-la-femme-abstinence-pfn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">n'est pas vraiment facile<\/a> en tant que jeune mari\u00e9e. Il y a eu des moments o\u00f9 nous nous sommes sentis tous les deux en col\u00e8re car, contrairement \u00e0 toute forme de contr\u00f4le des naissances, la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de ma fertilit\u00e9 \u00e9tait encore bien pr\u00e9sente. Nous <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/activites-pour-les-couples-qui-ne-font-pas-lamour-pendant-la-periode-de-fecondite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ne pouvait pas faire comme si elle n'existait pas<\/a>et parfois cela ne faisait qu'ajouter au fardeau que je ressentais d\u00e9j\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La diff\u00e9rence, aujourd'hui, c'est que ce fardeau n'est plus seulement le mien. Non seulement je comprends mon corps et la beaut\u00e9 inn\u00e9e avec laquelle les hommes et les femmes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9s, mais je suis \u00e9galement dans un mariage qui comprend <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/comment-avoir-des-conversations-difficiles-sur-le-sexe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">une communication honn\u00eate sur mon \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9<\/a> d'une mani\u00e8re qui n'aurait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 possible si j'avais simplement supprim\u00e9 la fonction de ma fertilit\u00e9. Mon mari et moi formions une \u00e9quipe depuis l'\u00e9poque o\u00f9, jeunes mari\u00e9s, nous apprenions \u00e0 pratiquer la GPA (et parfois, franchement, nous n'aimions pas ce processus), en passant par une grossesse et un accouchement difficiles, jusqu'\u00e0 aujourd'hui, alors que nous naviguons ensemble dans le post-partum et la parentalit\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-beauty-of-fertility-awareness-beyond-family-planning\"><span id=\"the-beauty-of-fertility-awareness-beyond-family-planning\">La beaut\u00e9 de la connaissance de la fertilit\u00e9 au-del\u00e0 de la planification familiale<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est difficile de continuer \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer les choses que votre corps est capable de faire comme un simple fardeau lorsque vous regardez votre enfant de huit mois ramper sur le sol - et c'est exactement ce que je suis en train de faire au moment o\u00f9 j'\u00e9cris ces lignes. Dans cette nouvelle phase de ma vie, j'ai d\u00fb r\u00e9apprendre tout ce que je savais sur les dossiers et la GPA. <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/la-connaissance-de-la-fertilite-le-suivi-du-post-partum-pendant-lallaitement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">L'allaitement<\/a> a \u00e9loign\u00e9 mon cycle pendant un bon moment, ce qui m'a donn\u00e9 le temps de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir aux id\u00e9es que j'avais autrefois sur la sensibilisation \u00e0 la fertilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien que les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s de la biologie f\u00e9minine puissent encore \u00eatre assez pesantes (et mes douleurs menstruelles ont eu un impact n\u00e9gatif sur la sant\u00e9 des femmes), il n'en reste pas moins qu'il est important d'en tenir compte. <em>rien <\/em>), les occasions de beaut\u00e9 et de bienfaits abondent \u00e9galement et j'en suis venue \u00e0 appr\u00e9cier ma fertilit\u00e9 comme un cadeau. Non seulement nos corps f\u00e9minins peuvent cr\u00e9er et maintenir la vie - un exploit assez incroyable malgr\u00e9 tout - mais nos cycles ne se r\u00e9sument pas \u00e0 des r\u00e8gles douloureuses. J'apprends tout juste \u00e0 conna\u00eetre les <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/theme\/les-methodes-de-sensibilisation-a-la-fertilite\/les-avantages-de-la-cartographie-pour-la-sante\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">une myriade de bienfaits pour la sant\u00e9<\/a> Je ne suis pas seulement int\u00e9ress\u00e9e par la planification familiale, mais aussi par l'importance de nos cycles en tant que marqueurs de sant\u00e9. Maintenant que ma fertilit\u00e9 est revenue, je suis impatiente d'en savoir plus sur les sujets suivants <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/synchronisation-du-cycle-comment-pirater-les-changements-hormonaux-naturels-de-votre-cycle\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">synchronisation des cycles<\/a> et en travaillant avec mes rythmes naturels pour poursuivre mes objectifs de sant\u00e9 et de bien-\u00eatre post-partum.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plus important encore, j'attends avec impatience le jour o\u00f9 <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/mothers-of-teens-online-course-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Je peux apprendre \u00e0 ma fille<\/a> sur la beaut\u00e9 qu'elle porte en elle et sur le fait que sa biologie est bien plus qu'un fardeau de quelques jours par mois. Elle m\u00e9rite de comprendre et d'appr\u00e9cier le fonctionnement de son corps, et pas seulement de le masquer par un contr\u00f4le des naissances d\u00e8s son plus jeune \u00e2ge.
