D\u00e9velopper la conscience \u00e9motionnelle peut vous aider \u00e0 remarquer ce que vos \u00e9motions vous disent sur la fa\u00e7on dont vous vivez une situation particuli\u00e8re. La grossesse, l'accouchement et la p\u00e9riode postnatale font l'objet de nombreuses attentes (exprim\u00e9es ou non, internes ou externes). Si votre exp\u00e9rience ne correspond pas \u00e0 ces attentes, vous pouvez avoir l'impression d'\u00eatre un \u00e9chec. Repousser ces \u00e9motions ne fait que les laisser s'envenimer sous la surface, ce qui ne favorise pas la gu\u00e9rison ou la r\u00e9solution des probl\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par exemple, dans le cadre de ma th\u00e9rapie, j'ai aid\u00e9 mes clients \u00e0 prendre conscience des raisons pour lesquelles ils ressentent de la col\u00e8re lorsqu'ils pensent \u00e0 leur accouchement (parce qu'ils n'ont pas eu l'impression que leurs besoins \u00e9taient pris en compte pendant le travail) et de la honte qu'ils peuvent ressentir lorsqu'ils luttent contre la maladie de Parkinson. <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/the-fourth-trimester-guidebook-postpartum-healing-and-exercise\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">le r\u00e9tablissement post-partum et la prise en charge de leur propre personne<\/a> et leur nouveau-n\u00e9 (parce qu'elles pensaient qu'elles ne devraient pas se battre ou se sentir stress\u00e9es, mais qu'elles auraient d\u00fb se r\u00e9tablir rapidement et facilement). En explorant ces \u00e9motions, mes clients ont \u00e9t\u00e9 en mesure de les traiter et de trouver une fa\u00e7on saine de r\u00e9agir \u00e0 leurs exp\u00e9riences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"how-to-grow-in-emotional-awareness\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment d\u00e9velopper sa conscience \u00e9motionnelle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous souhaitez cultiver et appliquer la comp\u00e9tence de la conscience \u00e9motionnelle, la th\u00e9rapie peut \u00eatre un outil puissant. La th\u00e9rapie offre une structure s\u00fbre, confidentielle et sans jugement pour d\u00e9couvrir et traiter les exp\u00e9riences n\u00e9gatives ou traumatisantes. Votre th\u00e9rapeute sera en mesure d'offrir un point de vue objectif et de guider la conversation en posant des questions, en \u00e9tablissant des liens et en proposant des strat\u00e9gies. Il pourra \u00e9galement vous aider \u00e0 nommer les \u00e9motions pertinentes et \u00e0 d\u00e9cortiquer ce que ces \u00e9motions tentent de vous dire au sujet de vos exp\u00e9riences. (Il est \u00e0 noter que tous les clients et tous les th\u00e9rapeutes ne s'accordent pas forc\u00e9ment.
