Mais qu'est-ce qu'un diagramme du cycle vous apprend vraiment ? Par cons\u00e9quent, l'enregistrement de certains ou de tous ces biomarqueurs de l'ovulation dans votre dossier peut vous donner une image claire de votre sant\u00e9 hormonale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est int\u00e9ressant de noter que si vous ovulez, vous avez de vraies r\u00e8gles, car l'ovulation d\u00e9clenche la formation de la muqueuse ut\u00e9rine. L'\u00e9limination de la muqueuse ut\u00e9rine est visible sous forme de r\u00e8gles (menstruations). D'apr\u00e8s le <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/guide-complet-des-methodes-de-connaissance-de-la-fertilite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">La FEMM<\/a> Selon les param\u00e8tres de l'OMS, tout cycle d'une dur\u00e9e de 24 \u00e0 36 jours est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme normal. Un cycle de 24 \u00e0 36 jours nous indique que les \u0153strog\u00e8nes augmentent de mani\u00e8re appropri\u00e9e et, avec un peu de chance, que la progest\u00e9rone se maintient \u00e0 un niveau suffisamment \u00e9lev\u00e9 pendant une p\u00e9riode ad\u00e9quate. Bien que la dur\u00e9e du cycle ne soit pas exhaustive et que nous voulions toujours savoir ce qui se passe r\u00e9ellement pendant ces 24 \u00e0 36 jours, il s'agit sans aucun doute d'une pi\u00e8ce importante du puzzle de votre sant\u00e9 hormonale. Les cycles de plus de 36 jours sugg\u00e8rent que <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/quatre-facons-dinduire-naturellement-lovulation-reguler-les-cycles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l'ovulation est retard\u00e9e<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-biomarkers-from-your-ovulatory-phase-what-a-healthy-pattern-should-look-like\"><span id=\"biomarkers-from-your-ovulatory-phase-what-a-healthy-pattern-should-look-like\">Les biomarqueurs de la phase ovulatoire : A quoi devrait ressembler un sch\u00e9ma sain<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La phase ovulatoire (qui fait partie de l'ensemble des <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/principes-de-base-de-la-fam-quest-ce-que-la-phase-folliculaire\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">phase folliculaire<\/a> qui comprend la premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9 du cycle, environ) d\u00e9marre apr\u00e8s la fin des r\u00e8gles. Pour les femmes de plus de 30 ans et les m\u00e8res qui allaitent, des phases lut\u00e9ales plus courtes sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9es comme normales. Mais autrement, une phase lut\u00e9ale ne devrait pas \u00eatre plus courte qu'environ 12 jours. Si la phase lut\u00e9ale est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 12 jours, une femme souffrira souvent de maux de t\u00eate et d'autres sympt\u00f4mes du syndrome pr\u00e9menstruel tels que la sensibilit\u00e9 des seins, la d\u00e9pression ou l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/fam-basics-progesterone\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Progest\u00e9rone<\/a> est le pendant de <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/quest-ce-que-lhormone-oestrogene\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u0153strog\u00e8ne<\/a>. Si les \u0153strog\u00e8nes occupent souvent le devant de la sc\u00e8ne dans les discussions sur les hormones f\u00e9minines en raison de leurs effets stimulants sur l'humeur et la libido, la progest\u00e9rone joue un r\u00f4le tout aussi important dans la sant\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9sique des femmes. La progest\u00e9rone (qui signifie litt\u00e9ralement \"pro-gestation\") aide \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer le corps \u00e0 la grossesse et contrebalance les effets stimulants des \u0153strog\u00e8nes, ce qui est important ind\u00e9pendamment de l'intention de grossesse.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 des niveaux appropri\u00e9s, la progest\u00e9rone apaise, r\u00e9pare et gu\u00e9rit. La phase lut\u00e9ale est la \"phase de repos et de r\u00e9initialisation\" du cycle, n\u00e9cessaire au bien-\u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Une phase lut\u00e9ale \u00e9court\u00e9e, accompagn\u00e9e ou non de saignements intermenstruels (saignements survenant en dehors des r\u00e8gles), est un signe r\u00e9v\u00e9lateur de <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/le-manque-de-progesterone-est-un-gros-probleme-pms-pmdd-infertilite-fausse-couche-depression-post-partum-2020\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">faible taux de progest\u00e9rone<\/a>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-your-period-is-trying-to-tell-you-about-your-health\"><span id=\"what-your-period-is-trying-to-tell-you-about-your-health\">Ce que vos r\u00e8gles essaient de vous dire sur votre sant\u00e9<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La menstruation est la partie la plus famili\u00e8re du cycle pour de nombreuses femmes. M\u00eame si elles n'ont pas not\u00e9 leurs biomarqueurs en tant que tels, elles vivent avec leurs r\u00e8gles depuis la pubert\u00e9. En r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, selon les param\u00e8tres de la FEMM, les saignements menstruels doivent durer de 4 \u00e0 7 jours, avec un maximum de trois jours de saignements abondants, d\u00e9finis comme la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de changer de produit menstruel toutes les deux heures.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La qualit\u00e9 des menstruations est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de votre dossier qui est facile \u00e0 surveiller et \u00e0 renseigner, car elle est litt\u00e9ralement le sous-produit des niveaux d'\u0153strog\u00e8nes et de progest\u00e9rone du cycle pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent. Les saignements abondants vont souvent de pair avec une exposition prolong\u00e9e aux \u0153strog\u00e8nes, puisque ceux-ci sont responsables de la prolif\u00e9ration de l'endom\u00e8tre. Les saignements doivent \u00eatre rouge vif, pas marron, avec peu ou pas de caillots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-when-to-seek-outside-help\"><span id=\"when-to-seek-outside-help\">Quand demander de l'aide ext\u00e9rieure<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous avez l'impression que votre cycle ne correspond pas \u00e0 l'un de ces crit\u00e8res, parlez-en \u00e0 un \u00e9ducateur certifi\u00e9 de la sensibilisation \u00e0 la fertilit\u00e9 ou \u00e0 un praticien de la m\u00e9decine reproductive restauratrice (MRR). Si vous commencez tout juste \u00e0 tracer votre cycle, sachez qu'il y a une courbe d'apprentissage.
