Chacun de ces probl\u00e8mes de reproduction peut trouver son origine dans un probl\u00e8me survenant au cours de la premi\u00e8re moiti\u00e9, ou phase folliculaire, du cycle menstruel - des probl\u00e8mes que la contraception ne peut malheureusement pas traiter.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9cemment, dans notre s\u00e9rie \"Principes de base de FAM\", nous avons abord\u00e9 les sujets suivants&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/quest-ce-que-lhormone-oestrogene\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u0153strog\u00e8ne<\/a>,<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/les-bases-de-la-fam-quest-ce-que-lovulation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;ovulation<\/a>et&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/fam-basics-quest-ce-que-la-glaire-cervicale\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">glaire cervicale<\/a>Dans cet article, nous ferons le lien entre ces sujets en nous plongeant dans la phase folliculaire du cycle menstruel, la partie du cycle qui commence avec les r\u00e8gles et se poursuit par la mont\u00e9e des \u0153strog\u00e8nes menant \u00e0 l'ovulation. Nous explorerons ce qui se passe normalement pendant la phase folliculaire ainsi que ce qui peut mal se passer, et comment trouver des r\u00e9ponses au-del\u00e0 de la solution de fortune qu'est la contraception hormonale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-menstrual-cycle-has-two-phases-follicular-and-luteal-nbsp\"><span id=\"the-menstrual-cycle-has-two-phases-follicular-and-luteal\">Le cycle menstruel comporte deux phases : la phase folliculaire et la phase lut\u00e9ale.&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le cycle menstruel comporte deux phases distinctes : la phase folliculaire et la phase lut\u00e9ale. Un moyen facile de se souvenir de l'ordre correct est de se rappeler que \"le follicule vient en premier\".&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La phase folliculaire commence avec les r\u00e8gles et se termine avec l'ovulation, tandis que la phase lut\u00e9ale commence apr\u00e8s l'ovulation et se poursuit jusqu'\u00e0 la fin du cycle, pour se terminer le dernier jour avant la reprise des r\u00e8gles. Une p\u00e9riode menstruelle saine dure de trois \u00e0 sept jours, avec des saignements moyens ou abondants (trois serviettes ou tampons ou plus par jour) pendant au moins un de ces jours.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/les-regles-irregulieres-sont-le-signe-dune-endometriose\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Spotting avant le flux menstruel<\/a>&nbsp;commence pourrait \u00eatre le signe d'une endom\u00e9triose, une maladie dans laquelle un tissu semblable au tissu endom\u00e9trial se d\u00e9veloppe en dehors de l'ut\u00e9rus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le&nbsp;<em>Manuel de r\u00e9paration p\u00e9riodique<\/em>&nbsp;Lara Briden, naturopathe, explique qu'en plus du sang, les r\u00e8gles contiennent \u00e9galement de la glaire cervicale, des s\u00e9cr\u00e9tions vaginales et du tissu ut\u00e9rin. Briden note que certaines femmes, en particulier celles qui ont des r\u00e8gles abondantes, peuvent avoir quelques caillots, mais ceux-ci doivent \u00eatre de la taille d'une pi\u00e8ce de dix centimes. Des r\u00e8gles abondantes avec beaucoup de caillots peuvent \u00eatre le signe de quelques troubles de la reproduction courants (plus d'informations \u00e0 ce sujet dans un instant !).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-follicle-maturation-nbsp\"><span id=\"follicle-maturation\">Maturation du follicule&nbsp;<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Au d\u00e9but de la phase folliculaire, l'hormone folliculostimulante (FSH) incite plusieurs ovules, chacun contenu dans un sac appel\u00e9 follicule, \u00e0 se d\u00e9velopper \u00e0 l'int\u00e9rieur des ovaires. L'un des ovules devient dominant et arrive \u00e0 maturit\u00e9. Le follicule de l'ovule dominant commence \u00e0 produire des \u0153strog\u00e8nes, qui stimulent alors la lib\u00e9ration de grandes quantit\u00e9s d'hormone lut\u00e9inisante (LH). \u00c0 son tour, la LH demande au follicule dominant de lib\u00e9rer l'ovule m\u00fbr. Ce processus de lib\u00e9ration est appel\u00e9 ovulation. L'ovulation se produit environ 24 \u00e0 36 heures apr\u00e8s l'augmentation de la LH, ce que l'on appelle la pouss\u00e9e de LH.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-observable-signs-aka-biomarkers-of-the-follicular-phase-nbsp\"><span id=\"observable-signs-aka-biomarkers-of-the-follicular-phase\">Signes observables (biomarqueurs) de la phase folliculaire&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L'observation de signes tels que la glaire cervicale et les taux d'hormones peut aider une femme \u00e0 surveiller sa sant\u00e9 et \u00e0 obtenir ou \u00e9viter une grossesse. Ces signes sont connus sous le nom de biomarqueurs et peuvent indiquer \u00e0 une femme ce qui se passe \u00e0 chaque phase de son cycle.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une femme qui suit assid\u00fbment son cycle peut observer plusieurs biomarqueurs pendant la phase folliculaire, notamment la glaire cervicale, la temp\u00e9rature basale du corps et les fluctuations hormonales (via des bandelettes de test hormonal et\/ou des moniteurs). Certaines femmes peuvent \u00e9galement observer un spotting (saignement tr\u00e8s l\u00e9ger) autour de l'ovulation.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cervical-mucus\"><span id=\"cervical-mucus\">Mucus cervical<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Au d\u00e9but, de nombreuses femmes peuvent ressentir une s\u00e9cheresse pendant plusieurs jours apr\u00e8s les r\u00e8gles, alors que les niveaux d'\u0153strog\u00e8ne et de progest\u00e9rone sont bas. D'autre part, les femmes ayant des cycles plus courts ou des p\u00e9riodes plus longues peuvent commencer \u00e0 observer des sympt\u00f4mes de s\u00e9cheresse apr\u00e8s les r\u00e8gles.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/fam-basics-quest-ce-que-la-glaire-cervicale\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">glaire cervicale<\/a>&nbsp;d\u00e8s la fin de leur p\u00e9riode de validit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l'approche de l'ovulation et lorsque les niveaux d'\u0153strog\u00e8nes augmentent, le col de l'ut\u00e9rus s\u00e9cr\u00e8te un liquide glissant, transparent ou d'aspect blanc d'\u0153uf, appel\u00e9 glaire \u0153strog\u00e9nique. Les femmes peuvent observer cette glaire fertile comme une sensation d'humidit\u00e9 ou de lubrification, ou la voir sur les tissus lorsqu'elles vont aux toilettes. Apr\u00e8s les rapports sexuels, cette glaire fertile aide \u00e0 transporter les spermatozo\u00efdes jusqu'\u00e0 l'ovule afin que la conception puisse avoir lieu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-basal-body-temperature\"><span id=\"basal-body-temperature\">Temp\u00e9rature basale du corps<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une femme qui fait le bilan de sa&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/methode-de-connaissance-de-la-fertilite-bases-temperature-corporelle-basale-bbt\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">temp\u00e9rature basale du corps<\/a>&nbsp;dans le cadre d'une m\u00e9thode symptothermique observera g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement une temp\u00e9rature stable et plus basse pendant la phase folliculaire. Elle observera un changement de temp\u00e9rature significatif apr\u00e8s l'ovulation, au d\u00e9but de la phase lut\u00e9ale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hormone-monitors\"><span id=\"hormone-monitors\">Moniteurs hormonaux<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/confirmation-de-lovulation-avec-les-bandelettes-proov-suivi-de-lovulation-sante\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tests hormonaux urinaires<\/a>&nbsp;tels que les tests de LH et d'\u0153strog\u00e8ne \u00e0 domicile, peuvent aider \u00e0 identifier l'ovulation imminente pour les femmes qui utilisent des m\u00e9thodes symptohormonales de prise de conscience de la fertilit\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-long-does-the-follicular-phase-last\"><span id=\"how-long-does-the-follicular-phase-last\">Combien de temps dure la phase folliculaire ?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre les deux phases du cycle hormonal, c'est la dur\u00e9e de la phase folliculaire qui d\u00e9termine la dur\u00e9e globale du cycle. Contrairement \u00e0 la phase lut\u00e9ale, dont la dur\u00e9e est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement tr\u00e8s stable, la dur\u00e9e de la phase folliculaire peut varier consid\u00e9rablement en fonction de multiples facteurs qui influencent le moment o\u00f9 le cerveau lib\u00e8re la FSH (appel\u00e9 lancement de la FSH).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par exemple, de nombreuses femmes peuvent observer une phase folliculaire plus longue et donc une ovulation retard\u00e9e lorsqu'elles sont malades ou tr\u00e8s stress\u00e9es. Lorsqu'une femme a un cycle anormalement long, c'est-\u00e0-dire sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 36 jours, cela est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d\u00fb \u00e0 un retard dans le lancement de la FSH.  Un cycle plus court que la normale, c'est-\u00e0-dire qui dure moins de 24 jours, peut \u00eatre d\u00fb \u00e0 une phase lut\u00e9ale d\u00e9ficiente li\u00e9e \u00e0 des d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres hormonaux, ou \u00e0 une phase folliculaire plus courte due \u00e0 un d\u00e9clenchement pr\u00e9coce de la FSH. En d'autres termes, si vous avez des \"r\u00e8gles irr\u00e9guli\u00e8res\", c'est parce que&nbsp;<em>ovulation&nbsp;<\/em>est irr\u00e9guli\u00e8re !&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-problems-originating-in-the-follicular-phase-nbsp\"><span id=\"problems-originating-in-the-follicular-phase\">Probl\u00e8mes survenant au cours de la phase folliculaire&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-not-ovulating-anovulation\"><span id=\"not-ovulating-anovulation\">Absence d'ovulation (anovulation)<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est possible de faire l'exp\u00e9rience&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/que-faire-en-cas-danovulation-et-de-cycles-anovulatoires\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cycles anovulatoires<\/a>-cycles au cours desquels il n'y a pas d'ovulation. Un cycle anovulatoire est caus\u00e9 par un faible taux d'\u0153strog\u00e8nes et de progest\u00e9rone, bien qu'il puisse y avoir suffisamment d'\u0153strog\u00e8nes pour stimuler la croissance de l'endom\u00e8tre et provoquer des saignements (remarque : pour qu'un saignement soit une v\u00e9ritable p\u00e9riode menstruelle, il doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 d'une ovulation, c'est pourquoi les saignements des cycles anovulatoires ne sont pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des p\u00e9riodes menstruelles).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des cycles anovulatoires constants peuvent augmenter le risque de cancer de l'ovaire et de perte min\u00e9rale osseuse. Les causes possibles des cycles anovulatoires sont les suivantes&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/theme\/les-dysfonctionnements-du-cycle\/kystes-pcos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">le syndrome des ovaires polykystiques (SOPK)<\/a>Les cycles anovulatoires sont normaux au d\u00e9but de la pubert\u00e9, pendant l'allaitement et pendant la p\u00e9rim\u00e9nopause. Les cycles anovulatoires sont normaux et attendus au d\u00e9but de la pubert\u00e9, pendant l'allaitement et pendant la p\u00e9rim\u00e9nopause.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est possible d'avoir des saignements constants ou \"r\u00e9guliers\" sans ovuler, et c'est l'une des raisons pour lesquelles il est important que les femmes fassent le suivi de leurs cycles. Si une femme a des saignements r\u00e9guliers mais n'observe pas d'autres signes d'ovulation (par exemple, une glaire cervicale fertile, une pouss\u00e9e de LH et\/ou une augmentation de la temp\u00e9rature), il se peut qu'elle connaisse des cycles anovulatoires. Un prestataire de soins reproductifs r\u00e9parateurs, tel qu'un prestataire form\u00e9 en&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/fertilitycare.org\/find-a-mc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NaPro<\/a>&nbsp;ou<a href=\"https:\/\/femmhealth.org\/medical-providers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;FEMM<\/a>L'\u00e9quipe d'experts de l'OMS peut confirmer si c'est le cas et identifier la bonne approche th\u00e9rapeutique.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-not-having-a-period-amenorrhea-nbsp\"><span id=\"not-having-a-period-amenorrhea\">Absence de r\u00e8gles (am\u00e9norrh\u00e9e)&nbsp;<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>L'am\u00e9norrh\u00e9e est un terme utilis\u00e9 lorsqu'une femme n'a pas de r\u00e8gles. Elle peut \u00eatre due au stress, \u00e0 une maladie, \u00e0 un traumatisme, \u00e0 une intervention chirurgicale, \u00e0 une alimentation insuffisante ou \u00e0 des conditions m\u00e9dicales telles que&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/existe-t-il-un-lien-entre-la-consommation-de-gluten-et-linfertilite-maladie-coeliaque-non-diagnostiquee-cd-infertilite-inexpliquee-2020\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">maladie c\u0153liaque<\/a>&nbsp;ou&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/la-sante-thyroidienne-et-hormonale-entretien-avec-laurie-christine-king-19\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">maladie thyro\u00efdienne<\/a>Selon le livre du Dr Briden, l'am\u00e9norrh\u00e9e peut \u00e9galement survenir chez les femmes atteintes du SOPK. L'am\u00e9norrh\u00e9e peut \u00e9galement survenir chez les femmes atteintes du SOPK. L'absence de r\u00e8gles est une source d'inqui\u00e9tude, car cela signifie probablement que vous n'ovulez pas, ce qui est essentiel pour la sant\u00e9 d'une femme. En effet,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/theme\/les-methodes-de-sensibilisation-a-la-fertilite\/raisons-pour-lesquelles-les-femmes-ont-besoin-de-regles\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sont n\u00e9cessaires<\/a>&nbsp;pour la sant\u00e9 du cerveau, du c\u0153ur, des os et du syst\u00e8me immunitaire, tel que d\u00e9crit dans le pr\u00e9sent document.&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=1tIKL0i9mRI&amp;t=4s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">courte vid\u00e9o<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-heavy-periods-menorrhagia-nbsp\"><span id=\"heavy-periods-menorrhagia\">R\u00e8gles abondantes (m\u00e9norragie)&nbsp;<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Briden d\u00e9finit les r\u00e8gles abondantes comme une perte de sang de plus de 80 millilitres, ce qui \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 changer de serviette ou de tampon plus souvent qu'une fois toutes les une \u00e0 deux heures. Des saignements pendant plus de sept jours cons\u00e9cutifs constituent \u00e9galement des r\u00e8gles abondantes. Les saignements abondants peuvent \u00eatre caus\u00e9s par&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/?s=copper+iud\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DIU en cuivre<\/a>Les troubles de la coagulation, la p\u00e9rim\u00e9nopause, les cycles anovulatoires, les maladies thyro\u00efdiennes, les troubles de la coagulation,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/theme\/les-dysfonctionnements-du-cycle\/endometriose\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">endom\u00e9triose<\/a>et&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/adenomyose-vs-endometriose-symptomes-traitements\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ad\u00e9nomyose<\/a>&nbsp;(une condition dans laquelle un tissu similaire au tissu endom\u00e9trial se d\u00e9veloppe dans les muscles de l'ut\u00e9rus).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-painful-periods-dysmenorrhea-nbsp\"><span id=\"painful-periods-dysmenorrhea\">R\u00e8gles douloureuses (dysm\u00e9norrh\u00e9e)&nbsp;<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Une g\u00eane mineure avant les r\u00e8gles et au moment de l'ovulation est fr\u00e9quente. Des crampes mineures juste avant le d\u00e9but des r\u00e8gles ou pendant les deux premiers jours des r\u00e8gles sont normales. <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/fertilite-sensibilisation-aide-regles-douloureuses-dysmenorrhee\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">En revanche, la dysm\u00e9norrh\u00e9e<\/a>La dysm\u00e9norrh\u00e9e, ou douleur intense pendant les r\u00e8gles qui n'est pas soulag\u00e9e par l'ibuprof\u00e8ne et qui interf\u00e8re avec la vie de la femme, est moins fr\u00e9quente et n'est pas normale.
