Quels sont les conseils pour avoir un b\u00e9b\u00e9 \u00e0 plus de 36 ans apr\u00e8s une vasectomie ?\"&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette demande a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e sur <a href=\"https:\/\/community.whattoexpect.com\/forums\/35-moms-to-be\/topic\/vasectomy-reversal-for-baby-in-mid-late-30s.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">un forum en ligne en mai 2017<\/a> et illustre bien ce que vivent et esp\u00e8rent les couples qui souhaitent une inversion de vasectomie. L'une des principales raisons pour lesquelles les hommes demandent une inversion de vasectomie est le regret de d\u00e9couvrir que, quelques ann\u00e9es apr\u00e8s leur st\u00e9rilisation, ils aimeraient \u00e0 nouveau \u00eatre p\u00e8re. Ensuite, la grande question est de savoir si l'inversion va fonctionner.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous voulons encourager ces hommes \u00e0 proc\u00e9der \u00e0 une inversion lorsque cela est possible, tout en pr\u00e9sentant une image r\u00e9aliste du processus et des r\u00e9sultats, afin que les hommes qui envisagent de subir une vasectomie sachent ce qu'une inversion implique s'ils changent d'avis par la suite.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-effectiveness-in-getting-pregnant-nbsp\"><span id=\"the-effectiveness-in-getting-pregnant\">L'efficacit\u00e9 pour tomber enceinte&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/3d-StSU6QEc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Dans une r\u00e9cente interview avec Natural Womanhood<\/a>Le Dr Joseph F Harryhill, professeur clinique associ\u00e9 d'urologie \u00e0 l'universit\u00e9 de Pennsylvanie, explique que l'efficacit\u00e9 d'une inversion de vasectomie est mesur\u00e9e de deux mani\u00e8res diff\u00e9rentes. La premi\u00e8re consiste \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer si les spermatozo\u00efdes peuvent circuler normalement dans les canaux et se m\u00e9langer au liquide s\u00e9minal pour produire un sperme fertile. Le Dr Harryhill rapporte que c'est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le cas pour 80 \u00e0 90% des inversions, si la vasectomie a eu lieu moins de 10 ans avant l'inversion. Le taux diminue apr\u00e8s 10 ans.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le deuxi\u00e8me aspect de l'efficacit\u00e9 est ce que la plupart des gens recherchent vraiment avec une inversion : la capacit\u00e9 de concevoir un enfant qui aboutira \u00e0 une naissance vivante. Ce taux est beaucoup plus faible, allant de 50% \u00e0 30%. Plusieurs facteurs entrent en ligne de compte pour d\u00e9terminer l'efficacit\u00e9 d'une inversion. Outre la m\u00e9canique qui permet aux spermatozo\u00efdes de reprendre leur chemin, la quantit\u00e9 et la qualit\u00e9 des spermatozo\u00efdes sont des facteurs essentiels de la conception. Comme nous l'avons indiqu\u00e9 dans notre article <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/la-realite-des-risques-et-des-effets-secondaires-de-la-vasectomie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\"La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des risques et des effets secondaires de la vasectomie\".<\/a>&nbsp; une vasectomie peut entra\u00eener une fuite de spermatozo\u00efdes dans le scrotum, o\u00f9 ils d\u00e9clencheront une r\u00e9action auto-immune au fil du temps, affectant n\u00e9gativement la qualit\u00e9 et la viabilit\u00e9 des spermatozo\u00efdes.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"how-does-a-vasectomy-reversal-work\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment fonctionne l'inversion d'une vasectomie ?&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L'une des raisons pour lesquelles une inversion peut \u00e9chouer est la complexit\u00e9 de l'op\u00e9ration.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La fertilit\u00e9 de l'homme comprend deux fonctions principales :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>la production de liquide s\u00e9minal par la prostate et les v\u00e9sicules s\u00e9minales, et\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La production de spermatozo\u00efdes par les testicules\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les spermatozo\u00efdes sont transport\u00e9s et ajout\u00e9s au liquide s\u00e9minal par deux petits tubes, appel\u00e9s canaux d\u00e9f\u00e9rents, qui relient les testicules aux v\u00e9sicules s\u00e9minales.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lors d'une vasectomie, le m\u00e9decin sectionne le canal d\u00e9f\u00e9rent, emp\u00eachant ainsi les spermatozo\u00efdes d'atteindre les v\u00e9sicules s\u00e9minales et de se m\u00e9langer au liquide s\u00e9minal. Apr\u00e8s une vasectomie, l'homme continuera d'\u00e9jaculer, mais son sperme sera d\u00e9pourvu de spermatozo\u00efdes et donc infertile.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour r\u00e9tablir la fertilit\u00e9, il faut r\u00e9parer le canal d\u00e9f\u00e9rent. Ce tube est tr\u00e8s fin (environ 3\/16 de pouce de diam\u00e8tre) et doit \u00eatre sutur\u00e9 sous microscope \u00e0 l'aide d'un fil plus fin qu'un cheveu. L'op\u00e9ration dure deux heures, m\u00eame en l'absence de complications.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Parfois, le canal d\u00e9f\u00e9rent doit \u00eatre rattach\u00e9 directement \u00e0 l'\u00e9pididyme, un tube enroul\u00e9 \u00e0 l'arri\u00e8re de chaque testicule, o\u00f9 les spermatozo\u00efdes sont stock\u00e9s et m\u00fbrissent. Cela rend la chirurgie d'inversion beaucoup plus complexe et plus susceptible d'\u00e9chouer.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"the-cost-of-a-vasectomy-reversal\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le co\u00fbt d'une inversion de vasectomie&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le co\u00fbt constitue un obstacle majeur pour les hommes et les couples d\u00e9sireux d'inverser une vasectomie. Le Dr Harryhill explique que le co\u00fbt, qui n'est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pas pris en charge par l'assurance maladie, varie de 1 000 \u00e0 15 000 euros. \"Certains cabinets tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s de New York peuvent vous facturer jusqu'\u00e0 1 4T70 000\", pr\u00e9cise-t-il. De toute \u00e9vidence, cela met l'inversion de vasectomie hors de port\u00e9e de nombreux couples. Le co\u00fbt exorbitant d'une inversion devrait donc \u00eatre pris en compte au moment de d\u00e9cider d'une vasectomie, \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que, selon le Dr Harryhill, jusqu'\u00e0 20% des hommes peuvent regretter leur vasectomie \u00e0 un moment ou \u00e0 un autre apr\u00e8s l'intervention.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S'il est noble pour un homme de vouloir partager la responsabilit\u00e9 de la planification familiale du couple au lieu de laisser ce fardeau \u00e0 sa femme ou \u00e0 sa partenaire, une vasectomie n'est ni facile ni abordable \u00e0 annuler. Pour citer le <a href=\"https:\/\/my.clevelandclinic.org\/health\/treatments\/4423-vasectomy-sterilization\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Clinique de Cleveland<\/a>: \"Vous devriez consid\u00e9rer la vasectomie comme un moyen permanent de contr\u00f4le des naissances. Les hommes mari\u00e9s ou engag\u00e9s dans une relation s\u00e9rieuse devraient discuter de cette question avec leur partenaire. Si vous envisagez une inversion maintenant, vous devriez peut-\u00eatre prendre plus de temps pour d\u00e9cider si la vasectomie vous convient.\"&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"doing-the-noble-thing\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faire ce qui est noble&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Que doit donc faire un homme, surtout s'il est pr\u00e9occup\u00e9 par le fait que sa conjointe utilise des contraceptifs hormonaux ou d'autres formes de contr\u00f4le des naissances qui peuvent \u00eatre g\u00eanantes dans le meilleur des cas, et qui peuvent aussi avoir des effets n\u00e9gatifs sur la sant\u00e9. <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/theme\/effets-secondaires-du-controle-des-naissances\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nuisible \u00e0 sa sant\u00e9<\/a> au pire ? Une m\u00e9thode de connaissance de la f\u00e9condit\u00e9 ou une m\u00e9thode de planification familiale naturelle (PFN) peut permettre \u00e0 un homme d'assumer la t\u00e2che commune de la planification familiale, sans qu'il ait \u00e0 subir une intervention chirurgicale ou que sa partenaire ait \u00e0 utiliser un moyen de contraception.
