Vous avez peut-\u00eatre lu que la temp\u00e9rature basale \u00e9tait associ\u00e9e \u00e0 d'autres termes ou noms potentiellement peu familiers, tels que Sensiplan, SymptoPro, la m\u00e9thode symptothermique ou la ligue de couple \u00e0 couple. La prise de temp\u00e9rature sous l'aisselle donne des r\u00e9sultats peu fiables et n'est pas recommand\u00e9e.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si vous travaillez de nuit ou en horaires d\u00e9cal\u00e9s, votre temp\u00e9rature basale doit \u00eatre mesur\u00e9e apr\u00e8s votre plus longue p\u00e9riode de sommeil ininterrompu, et \u00e0 moins d'une heure de la m\u00eame heure chaque jour. Si vous travaillez de nuit et avez tendance \u00e0 vous r\u00e9veiller vers 15 heures, vous devez r\u00e9gler votre alarme pour vous r\u00e9veiller \u00e0 15 heures chaque jour afin que les mesures soient exactes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-bbt-can-be-used-to-track-your-cycle-and-confirm-ovulation\"><span id=\"how-bbt-can-be-used-to-track-your-cycle-and-confirm-ovulation\">Comment la TBC peut-elle \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e pour suivre votre cycle et confirmer l'ovulation ?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les femmes suivent la TBC pour identifier l'ovulation, car l'ovulation est corr\u00e9l\u00e9e \u00e0 une augmentation significative de la TBC. En suivant ses temp\u00e9ratures basales mois apr\u00e8s mois, une femme apprend \u00e0 conna\u00eetre les niveaux de temp\u00e9rature \u00e9lev\u00e9s et bas \"normaux\" de son corps.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9calage notable de la TBC entre la premi\u00e8re et la seconde moiti\u00e9 du cycle s'explique par le fait que la TBC r\u00e9agit \u00e0 l'augmentation et \u00e0 la diminution cycliques de l'\u0153strog\u00e8ne et de la progest\u00e9rone qui se produisent au cours du cycle menstruel de la femme. Avant l'ovulation, lorsque les niveaux d'\u0153strog\u00e8nes sont \u00e9lev\u00e9s (et que la progest\u00e9rone est faible), la TBC est basse. La temp\u00e9rature basale d'une femme moyenne \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0 tend \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.uofmhealth.org\/health-library\/hw202058\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">s'\u00e9chelonnent de<\/a>&nbsp;97\u00b0 F \u00e0 97,5\u00b0 F. Parfois, lorsque les niveaux d'\u0153strog\u00e8nes sont les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s juste avant l'ovulation, une femme peut voir sa TBC baisser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement (bien que toutes les femmes ne voient pas cette baisse avant l'ovulation, \u00e0 chaque fois).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La lib\u00e9ration d'un ovule pendant l'ovulation entra\u00eene une augmentation de la progest\u00e9rone et un pic correspondant de la TBC d'une femme. L'ovulation \u00e9tant elle-m\u00eame \u00e0 l'origine de l'augmentation de la temp\u00e9rature, elle ne peut \u00eatre confirm\u00e9e par les relev\u00e9s de la TBC que r\u00e9troactivement, ou apr\u00e8s qu'elle s'est d\u00e9j\u00e0 produite.&nbsp;<em>pr\u00e9voir&nbsp;<\/em>l'ovulation. Comme les niveaux d'\u0153strog\u00e8nes diminuent (et restent bas) et que les niveaux de progest\u00e9rone augmentent (et restent \u00e9lev\u00e9s) au cours de la seconde moiti\u00e9 du cycle apr\u00e8s l'ovulation, la TBC restera \u00e9lev\u00e9e jusqu'au d\u00e9but des prochaines r\u00e8gles de la femme (\u00e0 moins qu'elle ne soit tomb\u00e9e enceinte au cours de ce cycle, auquel cas sa TBC restera \u00e9lev\u00e9e bien au-del\u00e0 de la date pr\u00e9vue pour le d\u00e9but de ses prochaines r\u00e8gles). La temp\u00e9rature post-ovulatoire d'une femme moyenne&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.uofmhealth.org\/health-library\/hw202058\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">tend \u00e0 \u00eatre<\/a>&nbsp;entre 97,6\u00b0 F et 98,6\u00b0 F.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"which-fams-want-you-to-track-your-bbt\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quels sont les FAM qui veulent que vous suiviez votre TBC ?&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Plusieurs m\u00e9thodes de connaissance de la fertilit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessitent le suivi de la temp\u00e9rature basale du corps. Les m\u00e9thodes de la famille des m\u00e9thodes de f\u00e9condation assist\u00e9e \"symptothermiques\" utilisent&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/fam-basics-quest-ce-que-la-glaire-cervicale\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">observations de la glaire cervicale<\/a>&nbsp;(sympto) et les relev\u00e9s de la TBC (thermique). Les couples qui souhaitent tomber enceinte doivent veiller \u00e0 avoir des rapports sexuels pendant la p\u00e9riode de f\u00e9condit\u00e9 de la femme, qui peut \u00eatre identifi\u00e9e par des changements dans les observations de la glaire cervicale ainsi que par des changements de temp\u00e9rature. Les couples qui cherchent \u00e0 \u00e9viter une grossesse \u00e9viteront les rapports sexuels pendant la p\u00e9riode de fertilit\u00e9, qui se termine trois jours apr\u00e8s l'ovulation, comme l'indiquent les changements de la glaire et de la temp\u00e9rature. Les femmes qui travaillent en horaires d\u00e9cal\u00e9s peuvent \u00e9galement \u00e9prouver des difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 suivre leur temp\u00e9rature de mani\u00e8re coh\u00e9rente.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre, les MAF utilisant la TBC peuvent \u00eatre moins efficaces pour \u00e9viter les grossesses chez les femmes qui ont&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/thyroidite-dhashimotos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hypothyro\u00efdie<\/a>&nbsp;(fonctionnement insuffisant de la thyro\u00efde), qui pr\u00e9sentent constamment des valeurs basses de la TBC, ou qui souffrent de <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/thyroidite-dhashimotos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hyperthyro\u00efdie<\/a> (fonctionnement excessif de la thyro\u00efde), qui pr\u00e9senteront constamment des valeurs \u00e9lev\u00e9es de la TBC.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"what-about-bracelets-and-rings-that-track-skin-temperature\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu'en est-il des bracelets et des bagues qui mesurent la temp\u00e9rature de la peau ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, le march\u00e9 en pleine expansion des produits de technologie f\u00e9minine a trouv\u00e9 des moyens cr\u00e9atifs de rendre le suivi de la temp\u00e9rature moins al\u00e9atoire. Qu'il s'agisse de dispositifs comme le TempDrop, du bracelet Ava ou de la bague Oura, les dispositifs portables et les bijoux qui surveillent la TBC d'une femme r\u00e9volutionnent la fa\u00e7on dont les femmes surveillent certains biomarqueurs de la fertilit\u00e9.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon une \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en 2020&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.factsaboutfertility.org\/wrist-wearables-as-fertility-tracking-tools-a-research-review\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">article<\/a>&nbsp;Selon une \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en 2018 par le Fertility Appreciation Collaborative to Teach the Science (FACTS), les relev\u00e9s de temp\u00e9rature de la peau du poignet (WST) effectu\u00e9s \u00e0 l'aide d'un dispositif portable au poignet tel que le bracelet Ava imitent de mani\u00e8re fiable les relev\u00e9s de la TBC. La pr\u00e9sence d'un instructeur permet de combler le foss\u00e9 entre la lecture d'un article, d'un livre, etc., et l'observation pr\u00e9cise de ce qui se passe dans votre propre corps, en particulier si vous utilisez ces informations pour \u00e9viter ou mener \u00e0 bien une grossesse.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00e9licitations pour avoir franchi cette premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape importante.
