QS n'est qu'un exemple parmi d'autres de personnes qui prennent leur sant\u00e9 en main en s'informant et en s'observant elles-m\u00eames. Les sites web consacr\u00e9s aux modes de vie sains, les applications de journal alimentaire et les traqueurs d'exercice font fureur. Exemple rapide : le\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/lifehacker.com\/5946152\/most-popular-alarm-clock-your-smartphone\">r\u00e9veil le plus populaire<\/a>\u00a0est un smartphone \u00e9quip\u00e9 d'une des applications de cycle de sommeil.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous utilisez une m\u00e9thode de contraception non hormonale (pr\u00e9servatif, diaphragme, \u00e9ponge, capuchon, retrait, certains st\u00e9rilets), je vous mets au d\u00e9fi de faire de m\u00eame avec votre fertilit\u00e9. Essayez tous ces trucs de \"sensibilisation \u00e0 la fertilit\u00e9\" sans risque, sans mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 votre m\u00e9thode actuelle. Vous ne pourrez que profiter de la connaissance de soi que vous allez acqu\u00e9rir, et ce n'est pas difficile.<\/p>\n<p>N'ajoutons rien \u00e0 votre journ\u00e9e charg\u00e9e et gardons l'observation simple. (Toutes les \"r\u00e8gles\", les \"signes\", le jargon et les graphiques sont en fait ma b\u00eate noire). Choisissez l'un des ensembles de donn\u00e9es suivants \u00e0 collecter.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"easy-data-set-one-sensations\">Premier ensemble de donn\u00e9es : Sensations<\/h2>\n<p>Mesdames : avez-vous d\u00e9j\u00e0 remarqu\u00e9 une sensation particuli\u00e8rement glissante lorsque vous marchez ou lorsque vous vous essuyez aux toilettes ? Il s'agit de la glaire produite par le col de l'ut\u00e9rus et qui est descendue dans la vulve (la peau autour de l'ouverture du vagin), et c'est un excellent indicateur de fertilit\u00e9. Posez-vous la question suivante : ai-je senti ou vu des glaires glissantes ou claires aujourd'hui ? Ai-je not\u00e9 l'une ou l'autre de ces s\u00e9cr\u00e9tions hier ? Si vous r\u00e9pondez \"non\" aux deux questions, vous \u00eates probablement infertile. Si vous r\u00e9pondez \"oui\" \u00e0 l'une ou aux deux questions, vous \u00eates probablement fertile. En vous posant ces deux questions \u00e0 la fin de chaque journ\u00e9e \u00e0 propos de cette glaire, vous utilisez (imm\u00e9diatement, gratuitement et sans travail suppl\u00e9mentaire ou grossier) la m\u00e9thode des deux jours, qui est la suivante\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/15482764\">aussi efficaces que les pr\u00e9servatifs<\/a>\u00a0dans l'utilisation id\u00e9ale et typique pour \u00e9viter une grossesse (pas pour pr\u00e9venir les IST).<\/p>\n<p>La glaire cervicale appara\u00eet normalement cinq \u00e0 sept jours avant l'ovulation et devient de plus en plus glissante, extensible et humide jusqu'\u00e0 un point culminant tr\u00e8s proche de l'ovulation. Apr\u00e8s l'ovulation, la glaire cervicale diminue g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en quantit\u00e9 et ressemble moins \u00e0 du blanc d'\u0153uf qu'\u00e0 de la colle (plus \u00e9paisse et plus opaque).<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"easy-data-set-two-temperature\">Deuxi\u00e8me s\u00e9rie de donn\u00e9es simples : la temp\u00e9rature<\/h2>\n<p>Avez-vous un thermom\u00e8tre chez vous ? Si vous prenez votre temp\u00e9rature tous les matins \u00e0 la m\u00eame heure, avant de vous lever, vous pouvez observer l'ovulation de votre corps. Vous n'\u00eates pas oblig\u00e9e de la noter, mais si vous la repr\u00e9sentez sur du papier millim\u00e9tr\u00e9, l'horloge hormonale de votre corps vous sautera aux yeux. Avant l'ovulation, votre temp\u00e9rature au r\u00e9veil est plus basse qu'elle ne le sera apr\u00e8s l'ovulation.<\/p>\n<p>Le mieux est d'utiliser un thermom\u00e8tre basal, car il est pr\u00e9cis \u00e0 0,1 degr\u00e9 pr\u00e8s ; mais si vous n'avez qu'un thermom\u00e8tre ordinaire, ne vous laissez pas arr\u00eater ! Les thermom\u00e8tres classiques ont une pr\u00e9cision de 0,2 degr\u00e9, ce qui vous permettra probablement d'observer vos changements.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"what-have-you-got-to-lose\">Qu'avez-vous \u00e0 perdre ?<\/h2>\n<p>L'auto-observation ne peut que renforcer votre libert\u00e9 d'action et votre qualit\u00e9 de vie (\u00e0 l'instar des contributeurs de QS qui ont arr\u00eat\u00e9 le caf\u00e9, travaill\u00e9 sur leur image corporelle et surveill\u00e9 leur sant\u00e9). La p\u00e9riode des r\u00e9solutions du Nouvel An approche, et celle-ci serait g\u00e9niale.
