Nous nous sommes engag\u00e9s \u00e0 suivre le protocole auto-immun (abr\u00e9g\u00e9 AIP, et parfois appel\u00e9 protocole auto-immun ou <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/comment-un-regime-anti-inflammatoire-peut-aider-a-equilibrer-les-hormones\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">r\u00e9gime anti-inflammatoire<\/a>) qui <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thepaleomom.com\/start-here\/the-autoimmune-protocol\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00e9limine les aliments potentiellement inflammatoires pendant au moins 30 jours<\/a> et les r\u00e9introduit un par un afin de d\u00e9terminer les d\u00e9clencheurs alimentaires propres \u00e0 chacun.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En pratique, cela signifie que nous avons \u00e9limin\u00e9 tous les aliments inflammatoires les plus courants, notamment les \u0153ufs, les produits laitiers, le sucre raffin\u00e9, les noix, les graines, les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et les aliments transform\u00e9s. Parall\u00e8lement, nous nous sommes efforc\u00e9s d'augmenter la densit\u00e9 nutritionnelle de notre alimentation en consommant une grande vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de l\u00e9gumes, de viandes, de poissons, de fruits avec mod\u00e9ration, d'aliments ferment\u00e9s et probiotiques, et de graisses saines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-why-i-turned-to-an-autoimmune-diet-nbsp-approach-nbsp\"><span id=\"why-i-turned-to-an-autoimmune-diet-approach\">Pourquoi j'ai opt\u00e9 pour un r\u00e9gime alimentaire auto-immun&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la plupart des gens, cette approche semble extr\u00eame, voire irrationnelle. Pour moi, cependant, elle s'est av\u00e9r\u00e9e un outil bienvenu pour traiter certains sympt\u00f4mes inqui\u00e9tants r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9s par l'\u00e9tablissement d'un tableau avec un <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/what-is-cervical-mucus\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">glaire cervicale<\/a>-La m\u00e9thode de connaissance de la fertilit\u00e9.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de commencer \u00e0 \u00e9tablir des graphiques \u00e0 l'aide d'un <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/theme\/les-methodes-de-sensibilisation-a-la-fertilite\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">M\u00e9thode de connaissance de la fertilit\u00e9 (FAM)<\/a>J'\u00e9tais bien conscient que j'avais <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/theme\/les-dysfonctionnements-du-cycle\/periode-irreguliere\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">cycles irr\u00e9guliers<\/a>. Cependant, ce n'est que lorsque j'ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9tablir des graphiques pendant plusieurs mois que j'ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 que j'observais \u00e9galement un exc\u00e8s de mucus tout au long du cycle. C'\u00e9tait plus qu'irritant. Ma praticienne en fertilit\u00e9 et mon gyn\u00e9cologue-obst\u00e9tricien m'ont indiqu\u00e9 que ce type de mucus, associ\u00e9 \u00e0 d'autres sympt\u00f4mes, indiquait la pr\u00e9sence d'une inflammation chronique de faible intensit\u00e9.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-is-nbsp-chronic-nbsp-inflammation-nbsp\"><span id=\"what-is-chronic-inflammation\">Qu'est-ce que l'inflammation chronique ?&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D'une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.health.harvard.edu\/heart-disease\/ask-the-doctor-what-is-inflammation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">l'inflammation<\/a>&nbsp;est la r\u00e9ponse immunitaire de l'organisme aux mol\u00e9cules qu'il per\u00e7oit comme des menaces. Lorsque nous nous coupons ou que nous tombons sur un coude, nous pouvons voir le syst\u00e8me immunitaire \u00e0 l'\u0153uvre \u00e0 travers la rougeur et le gonflement. L'aspect rouge de la peau, qui donne l'impression que la zone est \"en feu\", a donn\u00e9 son nom au mot, par l'interm\u00e9diaire du verbe latin <em>inflamm\u0101re<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une inflammation aigu\u00eb comme celle-ci est un m\u00e9canisme de d\u00e9fense essentiel \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 de l'organisme. Le gonflement est une bonne chose : c'est le signe que des milliers de globules blancs se sont pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9s pour prot\u00e9ger la zone bless\u00e9e, \u00e9liminer les stimuli nocifs et entamer le processus de gu\u00e9rison.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'inflammation chronique de bas niveau, en revanche, survient lorsque le syst\u00e8me immunitaire ne parvient pas \u00e0 \u00e9liminer la menace (ou prend quelque chose pour une menace) et reste en \u00e9tat d'alerte. Ces menaces peuvent \u00eatre des agents pathog\u00e8nes, des toxines ou - et c'est l\u00e0 que le r\u00e9gime AIP entre en jeu - des aliments auxquels vous \u00eates sensible. Parmi les signes et sympt\u00f4mes courants de l'inflammation chronique figurent la fatigue chronique, les douleurs corporelles g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9es, l'anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et la d\u00e9pression, les troubles gastro-intestinaux et les infections fr\u00e9quentes. Pire encore, les scientifiques pensent aujourd'hui que la production continue de mol\u00e9cules pro-inflammatoires<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41591-019-0675-0?fbclid=IwAR3DAUfM0Ee0gnHOGBU0juIEfsvkDAXQ3Ew1RY0ORRWmjZtkXCQzPW-wZkg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;nous expose \u00e0 des risques de maladies graves<\/a>Le diab\u00e8te, les maladies cardiaques et le cancer en sont des exemples.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-the-nbsp-autoimmune-protocol-aip-diet-addresses-inflammation\"><span id=\"how-the-autoimmune-protocol-aip-diet-addresses-inflammation\">Comment le r\u00e9gime du protocole auto-immun (AIP) traite-t-il l'inflammation ?<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma praticienne en fertilit\u00e9 et mon gyn\u00e9cologue-obst\u00e9tricien m'ont recommand\u00e9 de commencer \u00e0 traiter mon inflammation chronique \u00e0 l'aide de suppl\u00e9ments et en adoptant un r\u00e9gime alimentaire anti-inflammatoire sans gluten, produits laitiers et autres substances toxiques. <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/resistance-a-linsuline-pcos-fertilite-prediabete\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sucre raffin\u00e9<\/a>. Ils ont recommand\u00e9 de commencer ce voyage par le protocole auto-immun (AIP), qui aide \u00e0 r\u00e9guler le syst\u00e8me immunitaire en donnant \u00e0 l'organisme une chance de gu\u00e9rir de l'assaut des aliments inflammatoires auxquels il a \u00e9t\u00e9 expos\u00e9.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le PIA a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis au point par le Dr Sarah Ballantyne, biophysicienne m\u00e9dicale dont les recherches doctorales ont port\u00e9 en partie sur l'inflammation et l'immunit\u00e9 inn\u00e9e. Comme son nom l'indique, le protocole auto-immun est souvent utilis\u00e9 par des personnes souffrant de <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/liens-surprenants-entre-lendometriose-et-les-maladies-auto-immunes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">les maladies auto-immunes<\/a>Le syst\u00e8me immunitaire s'attaque alors aux cellules saines plut\u00f4t qu'aux v\u00e9ritables menaces. En raison de son objectif de r\u00e9gulation du syst\u00e8me immunitaire, il est \u00e9galement efficace pour les personnes souffrant d'intol\u00e9rances alimentaires ou d'inflammations chroniques.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur son blog The Paleo Mom, le Dr Ballantyne \u00e9crit qu'elle a con\u00e7u le r\u00e9gime auto-immun pour \"fournir \u00e0 l'organisme les ressources nutritionnelles n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la r\u00e9gulation immunitaire, \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 intestinale, \u00e0 la r\u00e9gulation hormonale et \u00e0 la gu\u00e9rison des tissus, tout en \u00e9liminant les stimuli inflammatoires de l'alimentation et du mode de vie\". Cela fait \u00e9galement du r\u00e9gime auto-immun un outil puissant pour lutter contre les irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9s du cycle, qui sont souvent une indication de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC5730019\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres hormonaux<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-eliminating-foods-nbsp-to-improve-fertility-nbsp-and-cycle-related-nbsp-issues-nbsp\"><span id=\"eliminating-foods-to-improve-fertility-and-cycle-related-issues\">\u00c9limination d'aliments pour am\u00e9liorer la fertilit\u00e9 et les probl\u00e8mes li\u00e9s au cycle de vie&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Avant de commencer le PIA, ma praticienne en fertilit\u00e9 m'a encourag\u00e9e \u00e0 d\u00e9barrasser mon garde-manger des aliments emball\u00e9s et \u00e0 trouver un \"compagnon PIA\" qui me rejoindrait pour relever ce d\u00e9fi. Elle m'a \u00e9galement sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 de choisir quelques restaurants qui accepteraient de faire quelques substitutions, de sorte que je puisse me r\u00e9jouir de ne pas avoir \u00e0 cuisiner tout en restant fid\u00e8le au programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une telle pr\u00e9paration r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie m'a permis de r\u00e9ussir le PIA. J'ai \u00e9galement trouv\u00e9 extr\u00eamement utile de planifier mes repas et de pr\u00e9parer des en-cas sains \u00e0 l'avance, car le fait d'avoir un plan m'a \u00e9vit\u00e9 de c\u00e9der aux fringales. L'essentiel \u00e9tait de pr\u00e9parer des aliments que j'avais envie de manger. Cela m'a permis de passer d'un \u00e9tat d'esprit de privation \u00e0 un \u00e9tat d'esprit d'abondance. Cela m'a \u00e9galement permis de me rappeler que cette fa\u00e7on de manger \u00e9tait un choix que j'avais fait, plut\u00f4t qu'un cadre qui m'avait \u00e9t\u00e9 impos\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours de mes deux premi\u00e8res semaines de r\u00e9gime AIP, j'ai ressenti quelques sympt\u00f4mes d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables pendant que mon corps se d\u00e9sintoxiquait. J'ai notamment souffert de maux de t\u00eate, d'acn\u00e9 douloureuse et d'inconfort digestif. Cependant, d\u00e8s la troisi\u00e8me semaine, j'ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 me sentir beaucoup mieux que d'habitude. En tant que personne sujette aux migraines, j'ai \u00e9t\u00e9 particuli\u00e8rement choqu\u00e9e par les semaines qui se sont \u00e9coul\u00e9es sans migraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J'ai trouv\u00e9 dans ma biblioth\u00e8que locale une multitude de blogs sur l'alimentation et de livres de cuisine pour m'aider dans ma d\u00e9marche, et mon praticien sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans la sensibilisation \u00e0 la fertilit\u00e9 m'a apport\u00e9 son soutien et m'a donn\u00e9 des informations sur ce \u00e0 quoi je pouvais m'attendre chaque semaine. Parmi mes recettes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es, citons la sauce marinara sans mouche de nuit, le saumon au pesto, le \"nem dans un bol\" \u00e0 base de porc hach\u00e9 et de chou, et un rago\u00fbt d'agneau agr\u00e9ment\u00e9 d'un l\u00e9gume nouveau pour moi, le c\u00e9leri-rave. J'ai \u00e9galement essay\u00e9 de faire du yaourt \u00e0 la noix de coco dans ma marmite instantan\u00e9e et j'ai utilis\u00e9 de la farine de manioc sans gluten ainsi que du miel cru et du sucre de coco pour me faire plaisir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-reintroducing-foods-nbsp\"><span id=\"reintroducing-foods\">R\u00e9introduction des aliments&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque le moment est venu de r\u00e9introduire des aliments, j'\u00e9tais \u00e0 la fois enthousiaste \u00e0 l'id\u00e9e d'essayer d'anciens aliments favoris et nerveuse \u00e0 l'id\u00e9e de commencer \u00e0 les incorporer. J'avais constat\u00e9 un certain nombre d'effets positifs au cours de la phase d'\u00e9limination et je ne voulais pas interrompre les progr\u00e8s que j'avais r\u00e9alis\u00e9s. Mon praticien de la fertilit\u00e9 a toutefois insist\u00e9 sur le fait que la phase d'\u00e9limination n'est pas cens\u00e9e se poursuivre ind\u00e9finiment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L'une des raisons pour lesquelles les r\u00e9gimes d'\u00e9limination constituent l'\u00e9talon-or pour d\u00e9terminer les intol\u00e9rances alimentaires est que, lorsqu'il est r\u00e9introduit, le groupe d'aliments incrimin\u00e9 provoque des sympt\u00f4mes faciles \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre. L'objectif est d'inclure la plus grande diversit\u00e9 de nutriments possible tout en \u00e9liminant uniquement les aliments inflammatoires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cette optique, la phase de r\u00e9introduction de l'AIP consiste \u00e0 r\u00e9introduire un seul groupe d'aliments \u00e0 la fois et \u00e0 noter les sympt\u00f4mes sur deux jours. Apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9termin\u00e9 si l'aliment provoque des effets n\u00e9gatifs, vous passez au groupe d'aliments suivant. Comme vous pouvez l'imaginer, l'\u00e9limination de tous les aliments pendant la phase d'\u00e9limination est un processus de longue haleine. Cependant, les informations qu'il fournit sur les r\u00e9actions uniques de votre corps aux aliments sont inestimables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant la phase de r\u00e9introduction, j'ai r\u00e9agi n\u00e9gativement aux blancs d'\u0153uf et \u00e0 quelques \u00e9pices \u00e0 base de morelle. Mon mari a \u00e9galement eu des r\u00e9actions n\u00e9gatives aux morelles, notamment aux tomates, aux poivrons, au cumin et \u00e0 la poudre de chili, ce qui explique pourquoi il se sentait si mal lorsqu'il cuisinait des plats mexicains quelques jours par semaine \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole de m\u00e9decine ! Plus important encore pour la suite de notre r\u00e9gime alimentaire, j'ai d\u00e9couvert un <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/existe-t-il-un-lien-entre-la-consommation-de-gluten-et-linfertilite-maladie-coeliaque-non-diagnostiquee-cd-infertilite-inexpliquee-2020\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sensibilit\u00e9 au gluten<\/a>J'ai donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de me rendre \u00e0 l'Institut de la sant\u00e9 publique et de l'environnement, et j'ai eu la confirmation de mon intol\u00e9rance au lactose. Il est \u00e9galement apparu clairement que le sucre transform\u00e9 provoquait des sympt\u00f4mes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-changing-perceptions-changing-habits-nbsp\"><span id=\"changing-perceptions-changing-habits\">Changer les perceptions, changer les habitudes&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il n'a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 facile d'\u00e9liminer ces aliments de mon r\u00e9gime alimentaire et il m'arrive encore de laisser le sucre raffin\u00e9 s'immiscer dans mon alimentation lorsque je mange en famille ou avec des amis. J'ai toutefois \u00e9t\u00e9 surprise de constater que mon \u00e9tat d'esprit a permis de modifier radicalement ma fa\u00e7on de percevoir la nourriture. Lorsque je regarde un de mes anciens plats pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s et que je sais qu'il ne me fera pas du bien, il ne me para\u00eet soudain plus aussi attrayant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au fil des mois, ces choix deviennent des habitudes et il devient de plus en plus facile d'\u00e9viter les aliments inflammatoires. En outre, je suis motiv\u00e9e par l'impact positif que mes choix alimentaires ont eu sur mon cycle menstruel. En 2019-2020, j'ai eu plusieurs cycles extr\u00eamement longs. Cela fait maintenant quatre mois que je suis sortie de la phase d'\u00e9limination du PAI, et j'ai pu confirmer l'ovulation chacun des quatre derniers mois. Cherchez donc un m\u00e9decin qui soit ouvert \u00e0 l'id\u00e9e d'utiliser les aliments comme m\u00e9dicaments, parall\u00e8lement aux m\u00e9thodes plus traditionnelles.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce qui est merveilleux avec l'AIP, c'est que vous n'avez rien \u00e0 perdre - vous encouragez simplement la densit\u00e9 des nutriments et un syst\u00e8me immunitaire sain gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des aliments entiers.
