J'ai donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'exposer les raisons pour lesquelles l'\u00e9tablissement d'un tableau de fertilit\u00e9 s'est av\u00e9r\u00e9 tr\u00e8s utile dans ma vie. Voici ce que je vous propose :<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"1-found-a-clue-to-my-migraines\">1. J'ai trouv\u00e9 un indice sur mes migraines !<\/h2>\n<p>La plus grande d\u00e9couverte que j'ai faite en \u00e9tablissant mon tableau de bord a r\u00e9pondu \u00e0 une \u00e9nigme persistante que je me posais depuis mon adolescence : mes migraines. J'ai toujours eu des migraines terribles. J'ai essay\u00e9 tous les m\u00e9dicaments, qui me donnaient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement la naus\u00e9e. J'ai pris du Topomax il y a longtemps, mais j'ai perdu la sensibilit\u00e9 de mes mains et de mes pieds comme effet secondaire et je me suis dit : \"Euh, non, ce n'est pas pour moi\". J'ai donc d\u00fb me contenter d'ibuprof\u00e8ne et d'une sieste. Ce qui, bien s\u00fbr, dans le monde du travail, n'est pas toujours possible. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 mon dossier, j'ai d\u00e9couvert que mes migraines surviennent presque toujours \u00e0 la phase 3 de mon cycle. En fait, c'est le signe r\u00e9v\u00e9lateur de mon ovulation. Bizarrement, j'ai appris \u00e0 aimer mes migraines ; je comprends maintenant d'o\u00f9 elles viennent. J'aimerais \u00e9tudier de plus pr\u00e8s les vitamines ou les changements de r\u00e9gime qui peuvent \u00eatre apport\u00e9s pour soulager mes migraines.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"2-figured-out-what-is-really-going-on-inside-me\">2. J'ai compris ce qui se passait vraiment en moi !<\/h2>\n<p>Je pense que dans tous nos cours de sant\u00e9, les filles acceptent que la pubert\u00e9 et le cycle menstruel soient synonymes de r\u00e8gles. Vous saignez une fois par mois. Fin de l'histoire. Nous ne nous int\u00e9ressons pas au fait qu'il y a 25 autres jours bizarres dans un cycle. En dressant des graphiques, j'ai appris \u00e0 quel point chaque jour d'un cycle est intrins\u00e8quement li\u00e9 \u00e0 un autre. Les r\u00e8gles sont un produit direct de l'ovulation, et c'est donc l'ovulation qui d\u00e9termine le d\u00e9but des r\u00e8gles. C'est vrai, je sais 14 jours \u00e0 l'avance quand j'aurai mes r\u00e8gles. Chaque mois. Je ne suis pas s\u00fbre qu'ils le disent clairement dans les cours de sant\u00e9. Vos r\u00e8gles ne sont jamais en retard, elles sont toujours (enfin, la majorit\u00e9 du temps) \u00e0 la m\u00eame distance de l'ovulation, soit environ 14 \u00e0 16 jours. Qu'est-ce que c'est ?\u00a0<em>fait\u00a0<\/em>Il arrive que l'ovulation soit retard\u00e9e (par le stress, un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre hormonal, une maladie, ou simplement parce que les ovaires n'en ont pas envie). ) et que, par cons\u00e9quent, nos r\u00e8gles arrivent \"en retard\". J'ai lu un jour sur Internet un article dans lequel une femme disait : \"Vous pouvez tomber enceinte une semaine avant vos r\u00e8gles. Je l'ai fait.\" Techniquement, il y a beaucoup d'erreurs dans cette phrase. Vous pouvez tomber enceinte une semaine avant vos<em> s'attendre \u00e0<\/em> vos r\u00e8gles si vous comptez simplement les jours (m\u00e9thode des jours standard) et que vous n'avez pas encore ovul\u00e9. Mais si vous savez que vous avez ovul\u00e9 (en tenant compte du fait que votre phase lut\u00e9ale est sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 6 jours, ce qui, d'un point de vue m\u00e9dical, devrait \u00eatre le cas), tomber enceinte une semaine avant vos r\u00e8gles est pratiquement impossible. L'\u00e9tablissement de graphiques m'a fait prendre conscience que chaque jour d'un cycle est li\u00e9 \u00e0 celui qui le pr\u00e9c\u00e8de et \u00e0 celui qui le suit. C'est une chose qui, de mani\u00e8re assez embarrassante, ne m'a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 expliqu\u00e9e dans les cours de sant\u00e9 de mon enfance.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"3-made-sense-of-my-moods\">3. J'ai compris mes \u00e9tats d'\u00e2me !<\/h2>\n<p>Mes \u00e9motions et mes humeurs changent vraiment tout au long de mon cycle. Je ne sais pas pourquoi les femmes sont si sensibles \u00e0 ce sujet, c'est comme si nous voulions nier le fait que nous avons des cycles menstruels. En ce qui me concerne, je constate une corr\u00e9lation directe entre la fa\u00e7on dont je me sens et la phase dans laquelle je me trouve. \u00c0 la fin de la phase 3, je suis tr\u00e8s sensible. Je prends tout personnellement. Les graphiques m'ont en fait aid\u00e9e, car je suis consciente que ce que je ressens n'est peut-\u00eatre pas le reflet direct de la situation. Dans une semaine environ, je me sentirai peut-\u00eatre diff\u00e9remment par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame situation. Je ne veux pas que cela prenne des proportions d\u00e9mesur\u00e9es - nos cycles ne nous rendent pas folles. Le st\u00e9r\u00e9otype du syndrome pr\u00e9menstruel est une horrible illustration. Mais le fait d'\u00eatre conscient de la fa\u00e7on dont nos hormones affectent nos humeurs peut, je pense, nous donner un peu plus d'autorit\u00e9 sur elles.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"4-discovered-what-that-monthly-infection-really-is\">4. J'ai d\u00e9couvert ce qu'est r\u00e9ellement cette \"infection mensuelle\" !<\/h2>\n<p>Je pr\u00e9viens toujours les gar\u00e7ons (parce que j'ai tellement de lecteurs masculins...*sarcasme*) des articles qui contiennent des d\u00e9tails sur l'anatomie f\u00e9minine, mais si vous n'avez pas pris le premier avertissement, voici le second - je suis sur le point de parler de liquide cervical. D\u00e9crochez tant que vous le pouvez. OK, le liquide cervical - pour \u00eatre honn\u00eate, je n'avais jamais entendu parler du liquide cervical jusqu'\u00e0 ce que je prenne le journal<em>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tcoyf.com\/\">Prendre en charge sa fertilit\u00e9<\/a><\/em>. Toni Weschler a racont\u00e9 qu'elle n'arr\u00eatait pas d'aller chez le m\u00e9decin en disant qu'elle avait une infection \u00e0 levures, toujours \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode de son cycle. Je suis pr\u00eate \u00e0 parier que plus de la moiti\u00e9 des femmes ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 pens\u00e9 qu'un liquide cervical parfaitement sain, normal et fertile \u00e9tait une \"infection\". Je l'ai fait. Je l'ai fait. C'est un crime - qu'on n'enseigne pas aux femmes\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/iusenfp.com\/home\/nfp-methods\/mucus-only-methods\/the-science-of-mucus\/\">\u00e0 quel point le liquide cervical est incroyablement merveilleux et important<\/a>. Lorsque l'on \u00e9tablit un diagramme, on est une femme heureuse lorsque l'on voit du liquide cervical fertile, car cela signifie que \"mon corps est en bonne sant\u00e9\". Mon corps fonctionne. Le corps f\u00e9minin, lorsqu'il n'est pas fertile, est naturellement tr\u00e8s hostile aux spermatozo\u00efdes. (J'ai toujours eu l'impression, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des cours de sant\u00e9 pourris, que le corps f\u00e9minin \u00e9tait une sorte de bombe de grossesse qui pouvait exploser \u00e0 tout moment. Je comprends, beaucoup de <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/peut-on-tomber-enceinte-nimporte-quel-jour-du-mois-pourquoi-la-verite-est-elle-importante\/\">les professeurs d'\u00e9ducation sexuelle ne pensent pas qu'ils doivent dire \u00e0 une jeune fille de 14 ans qu'elle n'est fertile que pendant une petite p\u00e9riode.<\/a> de leur cycle, mais j'ai eu l'impression d'\u00eatre un idiot \u00e0 21 ans lorsque je l'ai d\u00e9couvert.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"6-gained-trust-in-my-body\">6. J'ai pris confiance en mon corps<\/h2>\n<p>Pour ceux d'entre vous qui commencent \u00e0 \u00e9tablir des graphiques, continuez \u00e0 le faire, continuez \u00e0 le faire, continuez \u00e0 le faire. Les premiers mois peuvent \u00eatre frustrants. J'ai pass\u00e9 des semaines \u00e0 lire et \u00e0 faire des recherches sur l'exp\u00e9rience des autres avant de commencer. Je m'attendais \u00e0 ce que mes graphiques soient parfaits et j'\u00e9tais frustr\u00e9e lorsque mon pic de temp\u00e9rature ne correspondait pas au jour du pic de liquide cervical. Votre corps a un rythme, il suffit de le trouver. Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9tabli des graphiques pendant un an, j'ai d\u00e9couvert que je pouvais faire confiance \u00e0 mon corps. Il me parle, il me donne des signes et j'ai parfois l'impression que mon corps est plus intelligent que ma t\u00eate. La raison pour laquelle les gens disent qu'il est facile d'\u00e9tablir un graphique est qu'il\u00a0<em>peut \u00eatre\u00a0<\/em>tr\u00e8s facile une fois que l'on a trouv\u00e9 son rythme. Mais chaque individu a son propre rythme \u00e0 suivre.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"7-fertility-is-womens-health\">7. La fertilit\u00e9 est la sant\u00e9 des femmes.<\/h2>\n<p>La fertilit\u00e9 n'est pas seulement une question de procr\u00e9ation ! C'est le syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 de la femme. J'avais l'habitude de penser que les diagrammes de fertilit\u00e9 \u00e9taient r\u00e9serv\u00e9s aux femmes mari\u00e9es qui voulaient fonder une famille. Je me disais : \"Je ne suis pas mari\u00e9e, je ne fonde pas de famille, pourquoi m'int\u00e9resserais-je \u00e0 la fertilit\u00e9 ?\" Cela m'a ouvert les yeux sur une vision beaucoup plus large de la biologie et de la beaut\u00e9, tout en me permettant de surveiller ma sant\u00e9. Je sais quand je suis stress\u00e9e, quand je commence \u00e0 avoir un rhume, quand j'ai besoin de plus d'\u00e9l\u00e9ments dans mon alimentation, quand j'ai besoin de faire tel ou tel type d'exercice. La fertilit\u00e9\u00a0<em>est\u00a0<\/em>la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"8-learned-that-my-body-is-awesome\">8. J'ai appris que mon corps est g\u00e9nial !<\/h2>\n<p>OK, il s'agit en fait de 8 choses. . . . J'ai appris que le corps f\u00e9minin est impressionnant et qu'il est d'une sagesse insoup\u00e7onn\u00e9e.
