Il est donc logique qu'un r\u00e9gime visant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire l'inflammation puisse aider \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les sympt\u00f4mes du SOPK.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Endom\u00e9triose,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.endofound.org\/inflammation-a-possible-new-source-for-early-detection-of-endometriosis\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">selon l'Endometriosis Foundation of America<\/a>L'endom\u00e9triose \"est souvent caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e comme une maladie de l'inflammation\". Malheureusement, le r\u00e9gime alimentaire ne permet pas de se d\u00e9barrasser de l'endom\u00e9triose ; une intervention chirurgicale est n\u00e9cessaire pour cela. Apr\u00e8s ma propre intervention chirurgicale visant \u00e0 retirer des l\u00e9sions endom\u00e9triales, mon m\u00e9decin m'a dit qu'un r\u00e9gime anti-inflammatoire devrait contribuer \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir, ou du moins \u00e0 att\u00e9nuer, la r\u00e9currence de la maladie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-nbsp-3-most-common-inflammatory-triggers-lurking-in-your-diet-nbsp\"><span id=\"the-3-most-common-inflammatory-triggers-lurking-in-your-diet\">Les 3 d\u00e9clencheurs d'inflammation les plus courants qui se cachent dans votre alimentation&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le gluten, la prot\u00e9ine des produits laitiers connue sous le nom de cas\u00e9ine A1 et le sucre raffin\u00e9 sont \"trois d\u00e9clencheurs inflammatoires possibles\", explique M. Coglianese, qui pr\u00e9cise que notre sensibilit\u00e9 \u00e0 ces ingr\u00e9dients varie en fonction de notre g\u00e9n\u00e9tique, de notre environnement et de notre \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 (et en particulier de nos habitudes de vie).&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/is-the-pill-wrecking-your-gut\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">sant\u00e9 intestinale<\/a>).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-refined-sugar\"><span id=\"1-refined-sugar\">1. Sucre raffin\u00e9<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le sucre raffin\u00e9, c'est-\u00e0-dire le sucre \"extrait de sources v\u00e9g\u00e9tales et donc d\u00e9pourvu du contexte des nutriments v\u00e9g\u00e9taux\", peut \u00eatre inflammatoire \"lorsqu'il est consomm\u00e9 fr\u00e9quemment\", pr\u00e9cise M. Coglianese (et combien d'entre nous&nbsp;<em>ne&nbsp;<\/em>consomment souvent du sucre raffin\u00e9 ?) Pour les femmes atteintes de SOPK, le sucre peut donc repr\u00e9senter un double fardeau, car&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/resistance-a-linsuline-pcos-fertilite-prediabete\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">la plupart d'entre nous ont \u00e9galement des probl\u00e8mes de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'insuline et de r\u00e9gulation de la glyc\u00e9mie<\/a>. La r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'insuline qui accompagne <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/17895281\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">entre 30 et 76% des cas de SOPK<\/a> provoque \u00e9galement des d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibres des principales hormones reproductives, notamment l'\u0153strog\u00e8ne, la testost\u00e9rone, la LH, la FSH et la GnRH. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-gluten\"><span id=\"2-gluten\">2. Gluten<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le gluten (pr\u00e9sent dans le bl\u00e9, l'orge et le seigle) \"peut d\u00e9clencher une attaque immunitaire contre les propres cellules de l'organisme\", explique M. Coglianese, \"un processus appel\u00e9 auto-immunit\u00e9, qui provoque des fuites dans l'intestin et d\u00e9clenche une nouvelle cascade immunitaire dans d'autres parties de l'organisme\". Il est int\u00e9ressant de noter que si le gluten n'est pas mauvais pour tout le monde, il provoque une r\u00e9ponse inflammatoire dans d'autres maladies,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/fr\/existe-t-il-un-lien-entre-la-consommation-de-gluten-et-linfertilite-maladie-coeliaque-non-diagnostiquee-cd-infertilite-inexpliquee-2020\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">comme la maladie c\u0153liaque<\/a>&nbsp;(une maladie auto-immune qui provoque une inflammation des intestins en r\u00e9ponse au gluten).&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/23334113\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Une \u00e9tude<\/a> a montr\u00e9 qu'un r\u00e9gime sans gluten pouvait \u00eatre efficace pour r\u00e9duire les douleurs li\u00e9es \u00e0 l'endom\u00e9triose. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-dairy-protein\"><span id=\"3-dairy-protein\">3. Prot\u00e9ines laiti\u00e8res<\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, les prot\u00e9ines laiti\u00e8res, en particulier la cas\u00e9ine A1, \"peuvent \u00eatre un facteur de fuite de l'intestin et un d\u00e9clencheur immunitaire\", explique Mme Coglianese. Elle pourrait \u00e9galement augmenter \"l'IGF-1 (facteur de croissance analogue \u00e0 l'insuline), ... qui peut \u00eatre associ\u00e9 \u00e0 l'acn\u00e9 et \u00e0 la croissance excessive des tissus dans l'endom\u00e9triose\".&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien que ces ingr\u00e9dients ne soient pas nocifs pour tout le monde (surtout lorsqu'ils sont consomm\u00e9s en quantit\u00e9s mod\u00e9r\u00e9es), il semble possible qu'en les \u00e9vitant, on puisse att\u00e9nuer une partie de l'inflammation associ\u00e9e au SOPK et \u00e0 l'endom\u00e9triose. Si vous souffrez de l'une de ces maladies, cela vaut au moins la peine d'en parler avec votre professionnel de la sant\u00e9 pour savoir ce qu'il vous recommande. Pour moi, le plus difficile n'a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 de renoncer au fromage ou m\u00eame aux sucreries, mais au pain et au beurre de cacahu\u00e8te sucr\u00e9 (qui est en fait la marque de beurre de cacahu\u00e8te la plus r\u00e9pandue). Il m'a fallu un certain temps pour m'adapter au beurre de cacahu\u00e8te non sucr\u00e9 et pour ne plus avoir envie de pain, mais c'est arriv\u00e9. (M\u00eame si, pour \u00eatre tout \u00e0 fait honn\u00eate, certaines de ces envies sont revenues pendant la grossesse). Je ne crois m\u00eame pas que j'appr\u00e9cierais le beurre de cacahu\u00e8te sucr\u00e9 aujourd'hui, alors que c'\u00e9tait mon aliment pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9. Vous vous adaptez, et vos papilles aussi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le secret de tout changement de mode de vie est de s'y tenir jusqu'\u00e0 ce que l'on commence \u00e0 voir des r\u00e9sultats. Cela peut bien s\u00fbr \u00eatre difficile \u00e0 faire ! Mais vous constaterez qu'\u00e0 mesure que vous vous sentirez mieux, il vous sera beaucoup plus facile de dire \"non\" \u00e0 ce bagel au fromage frais, car vous vous souviendrez de l'\u00e9poque o\u00f9 vous ne vous sentiez pas aussi bien. Et il peut y avoir d'autres avantages. Par exemple, mon traitement contre le SOPK et l'endom\u00e9triose s'est si bien d\u00e9roul\u00e9 que mes hormones se sont \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es et que mon cycle de fertilit\u00e9 s'est r\u00e9gul\u00e9 suffisamment pour que mon mari et moi puissions concevoir notre fille (qui doit na\u00eetre en juin). Le fait de me souvenir de ce fait me motivera \u00e9norm\u00e9ment \u00e0 poursuivre mon r\u00e9gime anti-inflammatoire et \u00e0 suivre les autres recommandations de mon m\u00e9decin en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9quilibre hormonal \u00e0 l'avenir.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici quelques autres conseils pour s'adapter \u00e0 un r\u00e9gime anti-inflammatoire que je peux partager d'apr\u00e8s mon exp\u00e9rience :&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Si vous avez envie de quelque chose de sucr\u00e9, optez pour un fruit. Je me r\u00e9gale de bananes ou de pommes avec du beurre de cacahu\u00e8tes pour un en-cas \u00e9tonnamment sucr\u00e9. Si je veux me faire plaisir, je pr\u00e9pare quelque chose en utilisant du miel ou du sucre de coco comme \u00e9dulcorant ; ce sont toujours des sucres, mais ils sont moins transform\u00e9s que le sucre raffin\u00e9 et moins \u00e9lev\u00e9s dans l'indice glyc\u00e9mique (une consid\u00e9ration importante pour le SOPK). Leur impact peut varier d'une personne \u00e0 l'autre, mais personnellement, je n'ai pas trouv\u00e9 que leur utilisation mod\u00e9r\u00e9e ait eu un impact n\u00e9gatif sur les effets positifs de mon r\u00e9gime.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prenez l'habitude de lire les \u00e9tiquettes nutritionnelles et de reconna\u00eetre tous les noms diff\u00e9rents du sucre ; il s'est gliss\u00e9 dans beaucoup plus de choses que vous ne le pensez probablement !\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modifiez votre point de vue sur les sorties au restaurant : Si vous pouvez trouver un ou deux restaurants que vous appr\u00e9ciez dans le cadre d'un r\u00e9gime anti-inflammatoire, c'est parfait ! Mais si vous vous retrouvez dans un restaurant o\u00f9 votre d\u00eener finit par \u00eatre ennuyeux, profitez de l'exp\u00e9rience d'\u00eatre au restaurant avec votre famille ou vos amis plut\u00f4t que de vous focaliser sur le contenu de votre assiette.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Apprenez \u00e0 aimer la cuisine ! Je n'ai jamais aim\u00e9 cuisiner, mais trouver des recettes qui conviennent \u00e0 mon r\u00e9gime et qui ont bon go\u00fbt peut \u00eatre amusant et tr\u00e8s gratifiant. Vous avez tellement plus de libert\u00e9 pour manger des aliments d\u00e9licieux et sains lorsque vous cuisinez vos propres repas que lorsque vous commandez des plats \u00e0 emporter.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le r\u00e9gime anti-inflammatoire ne convient probablement pas \u00e0 tout le monde. Si vous le suivez depuis un certain temps et que vous ne constatez aucun r\u00e9sultat, parlez-en \u00e0 votre m\u00e9decin. S'il estime que c'est une bonne id\u00e9e, laissez tomber et essayez autre chose.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Les maladies hormonales telles que le SOPK et l'endom\u00e9triose sont complexes et les m\u00e9decins en ignorent encore beaucoup. Par cons\u00e9quent, il en va de m\u00eame pour leur traitement. Mais nous savons, d'une mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, que l'alimentation a un impact consid\u00e9rable sur notre sant\u00e9 - et il en va de m\u00eame pour notre sant\u00e9 reproductive et notre \u00e9quilibre hormonal.
