Mais les couples d\u00e9couvrent souvent, lorsqu'ils adoptent une m\u00e9thode de prise de conscience de la fertilit\u00e9, qu'elle peut \u00eatre un outil formidable pour renforcer leur relation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cet \u00e9pisode (Saison 1 \/ \u00c9pisode 6), nous avons une conversation \u00e9clairante avec Jackie Aguilar, praticienne en fertilit\u00e9 et membre du conseil d'administration de Natural Womanhood. Elle d\u00e9crit comment la pilule contraceptive a perturb\u00e9 sa relation de jeune mari\u00e9e et comment son cheminement vers une m\u00e9thode de sensibilisation \u00e0 la fertilit\u00e9 lui a permis de mieux comprendre son corps et de renforcer son mariage.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jackie est \u00e0 la fois une praticienne de FertilityCare qui enseigne aux femmes et aux couples le mod\u00e8le Creighton de prise de conscience de la fertilit\u00e9, et (avec son mari) la moiti\u00e9 d'un couple enseignant la m\u00e9thode sympto-thermique par l'interm\u00e9diaire de la Couple to Couple League (Ligue des couples). Elle fait \u00e9galement partie du conseil d'administration de Natural Womanhood, et en tant que conf\u00e9renci\u00e8re pour cette organisation, Jackie partage ses essais personnels avec les moyens de contraception artificiels, et la d\u00e9couverte d'une intimit\u00e9 plus profonde et d'une plus grande autonomie gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la connaissance de sa fertilit\u00e9.
