Qu'ils soient en surpoids ou non, j'\u00e9tais triste d'imaginer les probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 que ces personnes risquaient de rencontrer \u00e0 l'avenir (ou qu'elles connaissaient peut-\u00eatre d\u00e9j\u00e0).<br><br>Bien qu'il ne s'agisse pas du seul facteur en jeu, la consommation excessive de glucides raffin\u00e9s et de sucre est un facteur cl\u00e9 du d\u00e9veloppement de la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'insuline. \u00c0 son tour, la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l'insuline favorise (ou conduit au d\u00e9veloppement) d'autres probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9, comme le diab\u00e8te de type II. Il s'accompagne g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de naus\u00e9es, d'une perte d'app\u00e9tit, de diarrh\u00e9e ou de constipation, de douleurs li\u00e9es aux gaz et d'une pression dans l'abdomen et le bas du dos. Le ventre de l'endom\u00e9triose peut durer des heures, des jours ou des semaines.
