Puedes hacerlo simplemente observando tu entorno y a ti mismo mientras te preguntas: \"\u00bfQu\u00e9 veo\/oigo\/ huelo\/gusto\/siento?\". Tambi\u00e9n puedes hacer este ejercicio mascando chicle, comiendo una pasa o un trozo de chocolate y haci\u00e9ndote estas mismas preguntas. A veces, tener algo espec\u00edfico en lo que centrarse facilita este ejercicio, sobre todo cuando est\u00e1s empezando.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una variaci\u00f3n de este ejercicio consiste en sentarse tranquilamente y, despu\u00e9s de respirar hondo y concentrarse, simplemente sentarse y observar los pensamientos sin juzgarlos.
