En otras palabras, les resultaba m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil concentrarse y sus pensamientos se desviaban hacia otros temas.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Y por \u00faltimo, un 2011 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedaily.com\/releases\/2011\/09\/110909141637.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.sciencedaily.com\/releases\/2011\/09\/110909141637.htm&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1564607776260000&amp;usg=AFQjCNGLtiCE8Y_Tl7JVGg-26ZuPPBbT0A\">estudiar<\/a> de la Universidad de California - Irvine descubri\u00f3 que las mujeres del estudio que tomaban p\u00edldoras anticonceptivas recordaban los puntos principales de una historia traum\u00e1tica, mientras que las mujeres que no tomaban anticonceptivos recordaban m\u00e1s detalles de la historia. Los investigadores creen que esto se debe a los cambios en los niveles de estr\u00f3geno producidos por los anticonceptivos.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"back-into-focus\" dir=\"ltr\">De nuevo en el punto de mira<\/h2>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Aunque estos posibles efectos puedan parecer menos llamativos que otros posibles <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/es\/aprender\/problemas-con-los-anticonceptivos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/learn\/problems-with-contraceptives\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1564607776260000&amp;usg=AFQjCNGGAvaPBanRuD3TOqNSrL5RB4djjQ\">efectos secundarios de los anticonceptivos<\/a> que se han notificado, como co\u00e1gulos de sangre, trombosis venosa profunda o enfermedades de la ves\u00edcula biliar, merecen no obstante nuestra atenci\u00f3n. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9? Porque afectan a su vida cotidiana. Aunque estos s\u00edntomas puedan parecer m\u00e1s subjetivos que objetivos, son motivos leg\u00edtimos de preocupaci\u00f3n. Ir por la vida sinti\u00e9ndose \"plano\" y \"no como uno mismo\" puede afectar a sus h\u00e1bitos de toma de decisiones, a sus interacciones con los dem\u00e1s y a su experiencia general de la vida.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Y esto lo convierte en una cuesti\u00f3n de autocuidado.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">El aut\u00e9ntico autocuidado tiene menos que ver con la mentalidad de \"darte un capricho\" y m\u00e1s con estar en sinton\u00eda con lo que necesitas para sentirte m\u00e1s aut\u00e9ntico en cada momento y satisfacer esas necesidades. El autocuidado consiste en aprender a escuchar tus necesidades f\u00edsicas, emocionales, mentales, relacionales y espirituales. Para algunos, eso significa ocuparse de los problemas de salud (como el ejercicio, la nutrici\u00f3n, el sue\u00f1o), mientras que para otros puede significar ocuparse de los problemas de relaci\u00f3n (como aprender a comunicarse de forma saludable o a establecer l\u00edmites).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Por ejemplo, dormir poco suele manifestarse al d\u00eda siguiente en forma de irritabilidad, problemas de concentraci\u00f3n, falta de energ\u00eda y falta de memoria. Cuando notas estos cambios, es la forma que tiene tu cuerpo de decirte que necesitas dormir m\u00e1s. Si te sientes estresado, nervioso y tenso cuando est\u00e1s en el trabajo, es tu cuerpo dici\u00e9ndote que necesitas abordar esas fuentes de estr\u00e9s (carga de trabajo, problemas interpersonales, etc.) porque est\u00e1n afectando negativamente a tu mente y a tu cuerpo.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Pero, si los anticonceptivos hormonales est\u00e1n contribuyendo a disminuir tu sensaci\u00f3n general de bienestar, tu estado de \u00e1nimo, tu autocontrol y tus niveles de energ\u00eda, est\u00e1n afectando a tu capacidad de estar en sinton\u00eda contigo misma, lo que, a su vez, dificulta que te des cuenta y abordes la presencia de cualquier factor negativo en tu vida.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Por eso, adem\u00e1s de ayudar en otras formas de gesti\u00f3n de la salud, <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/es\/aprender\/graficos\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/learn\/charting\/&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1564607776260000&amp;usg=AFQjCNFuV2Kjgl4sNzE0ZdAdjpP883RrrA\">M\u00e9todos basados en el conocimiento de la fertilidad<\/a> pueden ayudar a las mujeres con su autocuidado y su salud emocional. Como formas probadas, eficaces y naturales de planificaci\u00f3n familiar, los m\u00e9todos basados en el conocimiento de la fertilidad no s\u00f3lo eliminan la posibilidad de que se produzcan efectos secundarios que alteren la mente (entre otros), sino que tambi\u00e9n capacitan a las mujeres para detectar y tratar cualquier desequilibrio hormonal que pueda estar contribuyendo a la aparici\u00f3n de s\u00edntomas f\u00edsicos y emocionales. Notar lo que tu cuerpo y tu mente necesitan es m\u00e1s sencillo cuando tu conciencia no est\u00e1 nublada por sentirte \"plana\" o unidimensional debido al control hormonal de la natalidad.
