En estos casos, unas observaciones m\u00e1s astutas significan adaptar los h\u00e1bitos diarios a las necesidades de la fisiolog\u00eda \u00fanica de cada jugadora.<\/p>\n<p>Para trazar su ciclo, una mujer <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/es\/puedo-hacer-un-grafico-cuando-tomo-la-pildora\/\">no puede tomar anticonceptivos hormonales al mismo tiempo<\/a>porque suprime la ovulaci\u00f3n y sustituye la menstruaci\u00f3n natural por una hemorragia artificial que no es una menstruaci\u00f3n propiamente dicha, es decir, el desprendimiento de la pared uterina, sino algo llamado <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/es\/puedo-hacer-un-grafico-cuando-tomo-la-pildora\/\">hemorragia intermenstrual<\/a>. En otras palabras, si una mujer est\u00e1 tomando un f\u00e1rmaco que suministra hormonas sint\u00e9ticas, no puede leer las se\u00f1ales naturales del cuerpo sobre su ciclo y sus niveles hormonales y tomar decisiones de salud basadas en ellas.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"what-this-has-to-do-with-sports\">Qu\u00e9 tiene que ver con el deporte<\/h2>\n<p>Es habitual que los entrenadores y preparadores personales ayuden a las atletas en varios aspectos de la gesti\u00f3n de su salud para que puedan rendir al m\u00e1ximo. Lo que la USWNT ha aprovechado es la gran cantidad de informaci\u00f3n que podemos obtener del ciclo menstrual sobre la salud de la fertilidad, y esa informaci\u00f3n puede servir para tomar decisiones sobre la nutrici\u00f3n y el ejercicio.<\/p>\n<p>Juntos, el entrenador Scott y el Dr. Bruinvels crearon un perfil para cada miembro del equipo, mostrando en qu\u00e9 fase de su ciclo se encontraba cada d\u00eda. Es estupendo ver que se impone una mentalidad m\u00e1s constructiva, nada menos que en la escena mundial.<\/p>\n<p>Los que no contamos con un equipo de entrenadores profesionales podemos seguir utilizando el <a href=\"https:\/\/healthfully.com\/1012634-workout-phase-monthly-cycle.html\">conocimiento de nuestros ciclos<\/a> para ayudarnos a sentirnos mejor dentro o fuera del gimnasio. Al trazar tu ciclo menstrual con un <a href=\"https:\/\/naturalwomanhood.org\/es\/aprender\/empezar\/\">M\u00e9todo basado en el conocimiento de la fertilidad<\/a>Con una dieta equilibrada, puedes saber en qu\u00e9 fase de tu ciclo te encuentras y adaptar tu dieta y ejercicio para maximizar tu energ\u00eda y bienestar. <a href=\"https:\/\/healthfully.com\/1012634-workout-phase-monthly-cycle.html\">Cardio ligero<\/a> y el yoga pueden ser buenas opciones de entrenamiento durante la menstruaci\u00f3n, cuando puedes experimentar calambres.
