Nos compadecimos y sacudimos la cabeza. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 nadie nos hab\u00eda hablado de las hormonas, la ovulaci\u00f3n y las distintas fases de nuestros ciclos antes de que necesit\u00e1ramos utilizar esta informaci\u00f3n?<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed que para aclarar el tema de la perimenopausia, ped\u00ed a un par de instructores de FABM su opini\u00f3n, y aprend\u00ed que, con una comprensi\u00f3n de los biomarcadores observables de uno y c\u00f3mo interpretarlos, esta etapa de transici\u00f3n no es nada que temer.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"fabms-are-effective-at-all-stages-of-your-reproductive-years\">Los FABM son eficaces en todas las etapas de la edad reproductiva<\/h2>\n<p>Para empezar, Lisa Lomneth, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fertilitycare.org\/\">Fertilidad<\/a> Practitioner Intern (FCPI), afirma que los FABM pueden ser maravillosos para las mujeres que entran en la perimenopausia porque \"trabajan con personas en todas las \u00e1reas de la fertilidad. . . .
