Ahora existe la teor\u00eda de que lo que comemos puede afectar a nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psychologytoday.com\/us\/blog\/the-fallible-mind\/201712\/good-mood-bad-mood-blame-the-bacteria-you-eat\">intestino, que a su vez puede afectar a nuestro estado de \u00e1nimo<\/a>. Si eres una mujer que ya realiza un seguimiento de su estado de \u00e1nimo, o est\u00e1 pensando en hacerlo, es muy probable que ya hayas notado ciertas tendencias en tus cambios de humor y c\u00f3mo se corresponden con el momento del ciclo en el que te encuentras (incluso si lo \u00fanico que haces es marcar el inicio de la menstruaci\u00f3n cada mes).<\/p>\n<p>Muchas mujeres notan su <a href=\"https:\/\/www.everydayhealth.com\/womens-health\/how-your-menstrual-cycle-affects-your-behavior.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.everydayhealth.com\/womens-health\/how-your-menstrual-cycle-affects-your-behavior.aspx&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1543614762873000&amp;usg=AFQjCNFUogaUC3V9XHH1_D6_9IIYbyovFg\">sensaci\u00f3n de felicidad y nivel de energ\u00eda<\/a> pueden fluctuar en funci\u00f3n del ciclo. Y aunque el SPM (s\u00edndrome premenstrual) es una afecci\u00f3n sobre la que a menudo se bromea, sin duda hay algo de cierto en sentirse un poco rara durante un determinado \"momento del mes\".
