Tanto el estr\u00f3geno como la testosterona son cruciales para el crecimiento, el mantenimiento y la reparaci\u00f3n del tejido reproductivo, as\u00ed como para la formaci\u00f3n de masa \u00f3sea.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"cortisol\"><b>Cortisol<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>El cortisol, conocido como el \"sistema de alarma incorporado\" del cuerpo, alerta al cerebro cuando hay estr\u00e9s (f\u00edsico o mental), regula la presi\u00f3n sangu\u00ednea, reduce la inflamaci\u00f3n, controla los ciclos de vigilia\/sue\u00f1o y aumenta la energ\u00eda. As\u00ed que es importante.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"thyroid-hormones\"><b>Hormonas tiroideas<\/b><\/h3>\n<p>Por \u00faltimo, el tiroides es un factor importante en el equilibrio hormonal del organismo. Este tr\u00edo es responsable de regular el metabolismo de nutrientes y vitaminas vitales y tiene un efecto sobre nuestra temperatura corporal basal, \u00a1un t\u00e9rmino con el que las cartas sintot\u00e9rmicas est\u00e1n muy familiarizadas!<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 tiene que ver todo esto con la libido? Todo. Dependiendo de la estaci\u00f3n reproductiva en la que te encuentres, es posible que produzcas diferentes cantidades de hormonas. Las mujeres pu\u00e9rperas y lactantes producen menos estr\u00f3geno debido a que la prolactina suprime la ovulaci\u00f3n. Las pu\u00e9rperas tambi\u00e9n son propensas a<i> hipo<\/i>tiroidismo (producci\u00f3n de niveles demasiado bajos de hormonas tiroideas) o<i> hiper<\/i>Tiroidismo (producir demasiado). Si est\u00e1s experimentando niveles extremos de estr\u00e9s, el cortisol podr\u00eda estar inundando tu sistema, lo que probablemente te har\u00e1 sentir hiperactivo. <i>y<\/i> agotado.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo normal?
