Pero las grasas de animales que han seguido una dieta natural son muy nutritivas. Soportan altas temperaturas de cocci\u00f3n sin ponerse rancias. Hacen que casi todo sepa delicioso. Ayudan a digerir la carne y a absorber las vitaminas liposolubles como la A, D, E y K.
