Las mujeres no deber\u00edan tener que sucumbir a programas de entrenamiento lineales de mentalidad masculina, ser presionadas para no comer lo suficiente o ser objetivadas f\u00edsicamente en aras de la publicidad o el patrocinio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Me hubiera gustado que incluyera m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n sobre su actual carrera como entrenadora y sobre c\u00f3mo marca la diferencia en la vida de sus atletas femeninas. Cualquiera que lea este libro saldr\u00e1 de \u00e9l un poco m\u00e1s informado sobre c\u00f3mo ayudar a las mujeres a cuidar de su cuerpo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-verdict-to-buy-borrow-or-skip-good-for-a-girl-altogether-nbsp\"><span id=\"the-verdict-to-buy-borrow-or-skip-good-for-a-girl-altogether\">El veredicto: Comprar, tomar prestado o salt\u00e1rselo <em>Bueno para una chica <\/em>\u00bfTodos juntos?&nbsp;<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Recomiendo su lectura. Mientras le\u00eda Good for a Girl para esta rese\u00f1a, me encontr\u00e9 compartiendo lo que le\u00eda con m\u00e9dicos, amigos e incluso extra\u00f1os en las salas de espera. La vulnerabilidad y los conocimientos de Fleshman tienen el potencial de evitar que las mujeres deportistas renuncien a sus sue\u00f1os debido al des\u00e1nimo o a lesiones evitables.
